I'm a mother of 2 boys who are 13 months apart. Talk about a handful. I'm a wife to the best husband I could have ever dreamed of.
I'm one of the very blessed.

I have Bipolar 1 Disorder. I hate taking all these medications and always going to doctors appointments, but life is too short to let mental illness get the better of me.

Often times life is a challenge, and nobody knows that better than me. I wake up wondering if this is going to be a day my illness overpowers my meds, and either sends me flying like a bat out of hell, or leaves me laying on the couch like a wet dish rag.

Thank all that is good in the world that I have an excellent support system at home.

There is nothing wrong with you. It is just called growing up. It isn't that you are growing away from him, but that you are no longer seeing him as "dad the invincible, immortal superhero" as you once saw him.

One day you just wake up and realize your parents are people just like the man and woman next door are people.

Don't worry. I'm sure that he would find it equally as awkward as you do if you were to walk about the house with your shirt hanging open or something of that nature.

Hi, This is kinda long but I really need help.
I been going with this boy for a month now and I was really feeling him. Like he made me so happy. But now I dont even know if he even cares anymore. Like I planned on having SEX with him. I was doing to show how much I cared about him. Like i was thinking I loved him. But He had said he didn't love me I understood, but he had said he was lost without me, i asked him did he mean it he said no! So now i dont even know if I still like him or if he likes me anymore. I certainly wouldn't even consider having sex with him until he can mean what he says to you.

You have only been together for a month, so he may not honestly know how he feels about you at this point. Give him a little more time to figure it out, and if he still can't make you feel as though he cares, don't continue to waste your time.

Okay I previously had a problem with pads irritating me now, I looked at my vagina this moring and it looks like its shedding. My period was on for the last week and all I did was wear pads. I'm so scared because I am not sexually active so I don't think its some kind of disease. It just looks like dead skin is coming off of it. It doesn't hurt just feels funny. PLEASE HELP ASAP

If you use Always pads, they have a tendency to irritate skin.
After I had my baby, (of course you bleed for up to 6 weeks) I used Always for most of the time until my skin became literally raw, and I had to change to another brand without dry weave.

Try changing to a different brand of pad if you are using Always and see if that helps.

I know that doesn't help you presently, but it may help next month. :)

It really depends on your age and weather or not you are sexually active.

Since it has been 3 weeks, you should at least call the nurse at your doctor's office to see what would be best for you to do.

okay well my friend introduced me to her guy friend
he didnt really know who i was or anything but we started talking and all and i think i might like him.

I may be wrong, but from what I understand it is healthy to lose no more than 4 pounds per week.

As for what you do about this guy- what is there to do? Decide weather or not you like him. If you do, then go for it. You can't beat a guy who likes you for your personality, and who doesn't care what you look like.

Personally, I think an ex is an ex for a reason. I would say move on, weather he has feelings for you or not.

Okay.
I am currently reading a book called “After Diana: William, Harry, and the Royal House of Windsor.” And in one of the chapters they were talking about how drunk the Princes get and when they do drugs the Princes’ Royal Protection Officers are told not to watch. And how there family doesn’t care if they get drunk in the different Castle’s (Buckingham, Windsor, Balmoral, Etc.).
So my family is very wealthy and I think it would be so fun to be crazy like the Princes’.
I want to get drunk.
I want to do drugs.
I want to have Pharm Parties.
I want to have huge parties at my house when my parents are gone.
I want to crash my Mercedes.
I want to be the kids in school who everyone wants to party with.
And I know that I won’t get in trouble. Except maybe by the police, but that’s what lawyers are for.

Is it weird to think that?
Or does everyone have a bad streak like that.

Yes it is weird to want those things.

Did your parents ever teach you that fiction is meant for ENTERTAINMENT ONLY?

If you do those things, you could get hurt, get in trouble, get sent to prison, or get dead.

By the way, lawyers can't always get you off the hook, and you need to learn that just because your family is wealthy, you still can't just buy your way out of trouble.

How long would it take after you have sex to be able to take a pregnancy test and have an accurate reading?

If you are a teen the wisest time would be 2 weeks after your next due period (meaning if it hasn't come.)
Reason being because your cycle is likely not yet regulated and can be late or early on a whim.

Also, it allows for enough progesterone to build up in your system to show in your urine for the test.

If you are an adult with a regulated cycle, 1 week.

Ok, according to my midwife, I am in labor. But my cervix wont open, and my water wont break. I am in so much pain that I have been in tears for 4 days. I want to find a way to self induce. Some people have said have sex, but since she has dropped I am scared that will hurt her. Someone else said castor oil but I dont know where to get that....has anyone got any ideas on how to make her break my water? And please dont say "She will come when she is ready"

When I was pregnant, they said Castor Oil was a big no-no.
Why? Because it works like a strong laxative. According to the information booklet my hospital gave me, taking Castor Oil can cause the BABY to have diarrhea. Their feces goes into the amniotic fluid, and the baby can swallow it or suck it into their lungs causing dire consequences.

Some people don't have their water just break. My doctor had to break mine. Your midwife should know how to do that. If not, better start heading for the hospital.

Well I have been drinking alot of water lately, and it seems to be getting better.
And ever since i notcied the stench i stopped having sex without a condom. But I think it might be becuase i am dehidrated.
And my urine is dark yellow, it isnt like light. it is dark. So does that meen that it most likely is just not drinking enough water?
Plust ive had this stentch for a while like four months or so. and nothing bad has happened.

I would say definately keep up on drinking that water. I don't know about where you live, but I know it is hotter than homemade sin here, and drinking plenty of water is a must!
It could be as simple as needing more water. I hope it is, because that is the easiest fix you can get! :)

If it doesn't get better by this time next week, then think about setting that appointment.

I don't know what a suiting punishment would be, but as an animal lover I find it very disturbing.

However, I don't think he should "fry" if you mean that as death penalty. That is giving an animal's life equal value to a human's life, and that isn't right either.
Believe me, I'm an animal lover, but I would shoot a good dog over a bad person if I absolutely had to make such a wacky decision.

Well my mom has notice the smell.
And asked me why it smelt like that.

Well, it all depends on when your gyno appointment is. If it is within a few days, I would say you could wait, but if it is a ways off, you should have your mom take you to the doctor to be on the safe side.

It could be something as simple as holding your bladder, or it could be that bacteria was forced in during sex.

Drink lots of water! If your urine is dark yellow, you aren't getting enough water to flush your kidneys and urinary tract. It could be that.

If you go in to give a urine sample, they should be able to tell you during your visit. Doctor's offices have small labs where they can do tests to check for bacteria, infection, etc.

I don't know if they could check for STDs. They may have to send the sample to a bigger lab, meaning it could be 3+ days before you hear results.

Personally, I would guess it is either not enough water intake, or maybe bacteria in your urinary tract. I don't want to scare you about STDs, but I want you to be aware of the possibilities.

From now on, be sure that you always use a condom, even with birth control. Condoms are the only thing out there that protect you from STDs.
Keep one in your purse just in case he doesn't happen to have one. If he doesn't like to wear one, tell him no condom, no sex. Don't ever be embarrassed about protecting yourself. :)

I have this weird heart condition called P.O.T.S its where my blood of my body puddles in my ankles.
Also I cant drink caffineee.
I cant walk around for too long or I will faint.
My doctor said that it will last for 2 years or so. This year I missed like 3 months if you add it all up I bet. A lot of my friends dont understand whats when I dont feel good and I never feel like explaining it to people. I hate it when people feel bad for me, I feel so little. I just want something that I can say to my friends that would help them understand I dont feel good. Please please pleaseee help!

Maybe find a site with POTS information that you can print for your friends to read.

Then let them know that there is no reason for them to feel bad for you. You are just like anyone else with the only difference being you have certain physical limitations.

You want to go to your doctor and do a urine test to make sure you don't have unwanted bacteria in your bladder/urinary tract. That may be what is causing the smell. Then again, it may not be.

Having foul smelling urine like that is not normal. Only your doctor can tell you what is causing the problem, and it is definitely something you need to have checked.

ALWAYS use condoms during sex. Not saying it is an STD or something, but you really don't know until a doctor tells you what is going on.

This may be a dumb question, but I just now started to wear the bras with cups and how do you wash those? Wouldn't a washing machine damage them?

Wash on delicate (hooks fastened to prevent hooking on other delicates) and hang dry.
The harsher wash cycles and the dryer is what damages them.

i got a horrible sunburn a few days ago, now its starting to peel. ive been putting aloe on it once a day but it says to not put it on raw skin since my skin is very sensative now. what else can i put on it to help the peeling, cause it really itches. :) thanks if you can help.

Use a good moisturizing lotion, and of course you know not to pick at the skin, no matter how tempting. ;)
