Is she my friend or not
She is really mean to me and ignores me half the time. We always fight. she says she is my friend but she doesn't act like it. Is she my friend or not.

I think she is nottt your friend because friend's treat friends with respect not like crap. So if i were you i'd ignore her & drop her and find some other good friends who'd be nicer. :]

she is not your friend, if she doesnt act like she is, then she isnt! you dont deserve to be treated badly. you should just ignore her!

Someone who ignores you and treats you like crap is not your friend.
I think I would stop wasting my time with her and go find a REAL friend who will treat you with the respect you deserve.

This matters to wether or not she has always acted like this ? if she has just started acting like this she may just be having a hard time& doesnt know what to do so she is being well pissy! but if she always has then she doesnt sound like much of a friend! i've had a friend kind of like that but we havent talked in a while it will either pass or get worse just figure out what you want to do.

i mean do you WANT to be friends with her?
if you don't want to be friends with her nobody is making you.
but if you want to be friends with her just tell her whenever shes being mean to you or ignoring you that it upsets you and you don't enjoy it.
