I've have a reasonably long term health complaint, and I feel that I've been fobbed off a lot by doctors. I was wondering how to get the most out of my doctors appointments? I tend to end up ranting out of anger at still not having found a cure, but then clam up when I'm pressured for specific details about when a symptom cropped up or how long a spell lasted, because I am bad at remembering details and don't want to give incorrect or misleading information (which might hinder their diagnosis). What is the best way to tell your doctor everything that's relevant without getting sidetracked or having him/her give his/her diagonisis before you've said everything you want to?
maybe you get nervous when you go into a doctor's office, and that's probaly why you can't remember everything. if the doctor cuts you off while you're trying to explain something, politely tell them you're not finished.

i don't think you should hook up with him, because there could be bad consequences. like you mentioned it could ruin your friendship with the boy and with your other friend that went out with him.

if you're afraid to tell your mom about your dad sexually harassing you then you should tell someone else that trust, so they can help you deal with the problem.
The year I decided to try out for volleyball. Before the tryouts, we had 3 days of practice to get us ready. The 3 practice days are over, and they were pretty rigorous. After every practice, my wrists and legs would hurt for hours. It hurts to walk. Before practice, we run a few laps around the track and run up stairs to warm up. Tryouts are on Tuesday. Is there anything I can do to stop the pain from coming after practice? Or is it just because I'm not used to working out this hard and I'll get used to it after a while?
your out of shape. the same thing happened to me when i first started playing field hockey. if you keep working out then eventually the pain will go away.
One nyte i was with this guy, nathan who i knew a long time and we ended up going down on eachother and doing "69". We are just really good friends. no,it just seems like you don't know how to deal with pressure( i'm talking about when you gave the other guy head) if you don't wanna do something then don't do it. but i really don't think you're slutty, unless you do that type of stuff all the time.

It's allergy season and my nose won't stop running, and I can't stop sneezing! I am thinking of getting a nose spray, but have never used one because I am always scared it might hurt. Can anyone recommend something?
nose sprays don't hurt. they just feel a little weird , but they're pain free. the allergy medicine Allegra-D works well for my allergies too.
I was obbsessed with this guy for like 6 months. I just got over liking him but my one of my best friends told me she went to a party and asked him to slow dance and they danced together 3 times. i'm going into highschool as a freshman and for a couple of years now i haven't been doing that good in school. i used to be an honor student and then i got hit with depression really bad and my grades fell to C's D's and F's and i always had A's and B's. I've been struggling since last year to get my grades up because i want so badly to become a doctor and i can't get my grades up. my delema is that if i keep struggling i want to hire a tutor for myself. normally i don't care what people think about me but i'm not sure what people would say if they found out that i had a tutor. i don't want to feel stupid. what should i do to make myself feel better about this?
sylvan learning center would be a good place to get a tutor. no one should think your stupid for having a tutor! in fact it's smart because you're trying to get your grades up.

you should go to the party with friends, to make you more comfortable in the situation. if the guys at the party or doing things or saying things thats making you uncomfortable then you should leave.
My ex boyfriend whom I haven't talked to in a month just called me the other day. We went out for 6 months and he is 19 and im 17. Then for the last 3 or 4 months we talked like a couple times a month until last month when we didnt talk at all and during those 3 months i would always cry because i missed him so much and couldnt talk to him or anything. i hate to say this but your friend doesn't sound like a really good friend. he went out with the girl you liked knowing that you had feelings for her. if i were in your position i would probaly go out with the girl. your friend will eventually forgive you.

did you get a pregnancy test? if you didn't then you should. if you're pregnant i would call the cops on him for rape and let them handle him. Even if you aren't pregnant i would still call the cops because what he did was wrong.

i don't think there is. for most of my friends it's whenever their parents allow them to get their belly buttons peirced. but most of them started when they were like 14 or 15.
ok so i got those glasses with the plastic frames last year cuz i liked them (at the time). they r blue with sparkles. i got them from da adult section cuz they werent in the kids section. at the time i didnt realize that they were too big for my small face soo i never wear em anymore. im afraid people will make fun of me, so i dont risk it. im only supposed to wear them at school and at home watching tv or sumthin anyway but sometimes i feel like i cant see anything without it being blurry. i dont want to wear the glasses at school cuz they look bad on me but i need to c the board. last year i got bad grades cuz i couldnt see anything. please dont nag me for getting the glasses in the first place, i cant fix that now. its already been done. please, i dont want to wear them cuz i made fun of enough but i need to see. what should i do?
have you thought about contacts? you should try them. but if you don't wanna try contacts then i think you should wear the glasses. i mean they couldn't be that bad looking. and you really shouldn't worry about what other people think.
