i have this annoying and neat freak teacher i was doing a project and my page was wrinkled she told me to start the whole thing over. then i was leaning over my desk infront of her to put my pencil away then she came up and smaked my but. and said poop couldnt resite i told my 3 bff and they all agreed with me. my ? is how do i put up with her for the rest of the year. another thing is she was talking to another teacher and when they were finshed and the other teacher moved on my teacher turned and checked her out and then another teacher cut herself and my teacher said did it hurt. plz tell me how to put up with her the rest of the year? Okay, honestly. I can understand why you'd be mad over the whole thing about her smacking your butt, and you should definitely tell someone. But you don't know she's a lesbian, and why would that be a bad thing anyways? Tell your mom to go up to school & have a talk with her, that's the only thing you could do, unless you went and talked to your counselor. But in the same sense, it doesn't mean anything bad if she's a lesbian. And you're half way through the year anyways, so you can't really switch classes. =]

I got rated a three, obviously because it's not what you want to hear. I'm sorry sweetheart, but there isn't anything wrong with lesbians, so don't talk negatively about them, when obviously you don't know any lesbians.

I have this really weird lump on the outside of my vagina. Like near my leg. I just noticed it like a few minutes ago and I have no clue how I got it or what it means. I have never engaged in sexual activity. I'm 14/f. Do you know what it is?

It's very normal. If you just started going through puberty, that could be why. OR it could just be a pimple. Don't worry too much about it, because it'll eventually go away, if it doesn't go away in a month or so, tell your mom! You could try like acne creams. =]

When you lost weight, did you do SIDE crunches? If so, do you feel they helped slim your tummy any? Also, besides jogging, bicycle riding, and sit ups, what can be done to tone tummy flab? THANK YOU!

I did a lot of exercising, and stretching. After I ran I would come home and exercise a lot. =] Jogging can help you tone up your legs, which will automatically help you lose weight everywhere else, same for bicycling. Sit ups are really good if you want to lose tummy flab. It won't exactly "burn off" the layer of fat covering your muscles around your stomach area, to lose fat from a particular area, you have to trim ALL OVER. =]

Is gatorade healthier/better than water?

Gatorade is always good when you exercise, because you lose lots of sweat, and your liquid in your body needs to be replaced by carbohydrates & sodium, [which you lose when exercising.] Gatorade is mostly made up of water though. =] But, it is not better then water.

ok so lately i've been trying really hard to be someone different. someone i'm not. look-wise, i've gotten preppier. but when i get on the computer sometimes, i'm all scene. i like to listen to techno music...a lot. but only my best friend knows about that. if everyone knew i listened to it, they would call me a poser. i've already had people call me a prep. but i'm really not. i hate makeup and hairspray. but then again, i love to feel like i look pretty even though i don't. people still see me as the over weight ugly girl that i really am. and i'm not some skinny girl saying i'm fat. i really am fat. i'm sorry this is so long but if you could please give me some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

I totally understand what you mean. Whenever I was overweight I hung out with the "rich/popular" people. But people still saw me as this fat person who tried too hard to hang out with the popular people. I'm not rich & I definitely didn't care to be popular at all, but in the same sense I felt totally out of place because they liked me, they'd love hanging out with me because I was their funny fat friend. But, people would make jokes to them saying "Are you only hanging out with that fat cow to do her a favor?" or "Is her mother paying you to hang out with her?" My friends would always stick up for me though, they'd tell the people to just shut the hell up and keep their dumbass comments to themselves. =] So that made me feel good. Eventually I stopped hanging out with the popular people, I just felt out of touch and joined a different group, which is no where near popular. In the end, the people you hang out with in highschool will probably not be there for you as you grow older. People grow apart, so I don't think it really matters.

Don't listen to those stupid people that say shit about you. They're just jealous that they aren't hanging out with the popular people, & that's just how it is. As far as you being scene, if you're popular friends think that's gay and de-friend you, then so be it! =] As long as you have that ONE best friend all the time, that's all that matters. If they choose to not be your friend anymore because of the way you are behind close doors, they aren't worth anything anyways! =]

well the guy i like has a girlfriend, and he knows i like him. they have been going out since like the end of october.. well anyway, almost everytime i pass him in the hall, he's hugging her! and it almost seems like every time i come around, he hugs her. also, today in one of my classes that i'm in with him, he was playing hangman on the board and his word, well sentence, was " i love [and his girlfriend's name]! ..and like he KNEW i was in the room, most likely watching him, which i was.. and it like makes me so frustrated.. ughhh it's so annoying! it's like he's doing it to make me jealous. anyway, do you think that hes trying to make me jealous? or idk. i hate boys. they're so immature..

sorry im the person with the burnt face agaiin.. but i was wondering..my mom said it was really good to put the neosporin on..do you think so? will this help it from not blistering or making it really dry afterwards..because i mean it takes the heat away! and you cant really put anything else on when you have the neosporin on it yanno? well sorry to bug you about it again..but this is really depressing me..im soo stupid :( jeesh this is ruining my whole freakin break already..how embarassing.

:( F**K! i went tanning today and OH MY GOSH. i really burnt my face bad i mean like its SUPER bad. my face kinda swelled a bit but its suuuper red! it hurts really bad..my face is on fire! my mom and dad know about it and they put neosporen (spelling) on my face to help it. before i was putting an ice pack on my head cuz it hurt and a cold wash cloth on my face. is there anything else i could do that you know of rather than like going to the doctor? because its not that serious..ive had worse so dont worry. but i just want this to go away! or at least get better. i was spose to have plans tonight but i had to cancel because of this. what a great way to start off christmas break right? well yeah anyways to maybe make the swelling go down or the reddness? thanks ALOT

Oh gosh. I hate when that happens. I used to tan all the time & my face burned like CRAZY. Usually I just put Aloe Vera all over my face & eventually it'd go away after a few days, so I definitely suggest that if you don't have it. But some other remedies tried:

-Rubbing mustard all over your face, let it dry, & this will pull out all of the heat on your sunburn & turn it into a tan faster! =] Goofy, huh?

-Using a cotton ball with vinegar on it, you might stink after a while, but it works.

-Put noxema where your burns are. Let the noxema sink into your skin, DO NOT WASH OFF. Do it about 4 times a day. =]

-Putting slices of cold cucumbers over your burns, may help.

-Crushing ice & tomatoes and putting them into a ziploc bag will help relieve your sunburn [Highly recommend, it feels great!!]

Opposite. =] Because if you shave in the way the hair grows, you'll just keep going over it and over it again. It'll irritate your skin too! So definitely in the opposite way. =]

Do teen guys (around 14/15 years old) care a lot about a girl's weight? I get a dress down day tommorrow for school (my school wears uniforms) and i want to look nice but im really insecure about my thighs and i dont know if all the guys will be like OMG shes sooo fat and not like me. I know it shouldnt matter but i want to know if its a big issue with guys in general. (directed towards teenage guys reading this: ) when you look at a girl a you think shes pretty would she be unattractive to you if her legs are kinda big? do a girls looks really matter if you like her?

Most teen boys are dumb. Sorry to say, but it's true. I can bet you 10 bucks that no one will say anything negative about you tomorrow. =] Everyone's going to be worrying about themselves looking good. I can easily answer this question for you, even though I'm not a guy, no; To some guys, yes looks matter, to others personalities the key. But honestly, who cares. You aren't going to school to please anybody. It varies from guy to guy, but honestly just don't worry too much about it. =]

You need to have a serious talk with your friend. It's not right for her to do that to you, especially in front of your face. Although, she is your friend and you should be happy for you. But, it's so unfair that she did what she did. =[ I'm sorry. Don't get back at anybody, and don't even let them know you're mad. Just tell her that she really hurt you, and tell him that he hurt you, too! You don't want to be rude like them, and stoop down to their level, do ya? =]

okay i have a total big problem with biting my fingernails..i want to stop but i don`t know how. its like a bad habit i have tried to stop but couldn`t..sorry sounds sooo weird..

Don't worry about it, so many people have habits that are hard to break. =] You could try, dark nail polish, if you keep them painted a dark color you are less likely to chew on them knowing you could potentially get dark specs all over your teeth. You can also buy stuff called, "Mavala Stop for Nail biting & thumb sucking." & "Orly no bite" I'm not sure where you can get them, but maybe try CVS or Walgreens? Maybe paint your nails or make them pretty? It might help because you won't want to ruin your nails when they're freshly painted. =) Chewing gum can also keep your mind off of biting your nails.
