When you lost weight, did you do SIDE crunches? If so, do you feel they helped slim your tummy any? Also, besides jogging, bicycle riding, and sit ups, what can be done to tone tummy flab? THANK YOU!

I did a lot of exercising, and stretching. After I ran I would come home and exercise a lot. =] Jogging can help you tone up your legs, which will automatically help you lose weight everywhere else, same for bicycling. Sit ups are really good if you want to lose tummy flab. It won't exactly "burn off" the layer of fat covering your muscles around your stomach area, to lose fat from a particular area, you have to trim ALL OVER. =]
