I'm going on vacation extremely soon and I just noticed on my arms I have bumps that are most likely pimples. I used this clean and clear acne pad thing and wiped it on my arms. Is there anything else I can do to get the pimples smaller and dried out quickly?

Okay, well I'm 5'6 and 135lbs, & I'm aware that for my heights that's a good weight.. But it's all focused in my stomach. I want to lose my pudge, and have a flat stomach. But what kind of excersises would be good, are aerobics classes any help? And a lot of people tell me if you workout too much, your body will get use to it and it wont be affected by excersise, what's the deal with that. You wanna gain muscle and burn fat doing this is you have to mark the days where you did 50 push-ups and 80 crunches a day and 30 sit-ups in a provided journal or notebook.
Dont eat sitting down and take it one at a time dont push it and dont try to work your body to the limit dont push your body harder then it can go
