Okay, well I'm 5'6 and 135lbs, & I'm aware that for my heights that's a good weight.. But it's all focused in my stomach. I want to lose my pudge, and have a flat stomach. But what kind of excersises would be good, are aerobics classes any help? And a lot of people tell me if you workout too much, your body will get use to it and it wont be affected by excersise, what's the deal with that. A list of some foods to & not to eat would be amazing alsoo. Thanks!

Work on only your abs because that is what your main focus is so you might wanna buy a crunch or ab equipment.
do at least 50 crunches a day I did 82 crunches in a day and it wasnt hard but start slow.
I suggest you drink lots of protein shakes and drink lots of water also
You wanna gain muscle and burn fat doing this is you have to mark the days where you did 50 push-ups and 80 crunches a day and 30 sit-ups in a provided journal or notebook.
Dont eat sitting down and take it one at a time dont push it and dont try to work your body to the limit dont push your body harder then it can go
pinacoladaX3 answered Friday February 23 2007, 9:44 pm: okay i am experiencing the same problem. doing the ellyptical machine and doing crunches makes you have a tight flaat stomache. and running works to. In seventeen magazine they give you a ton of tips. try eating foods that taste good and are healthy. like non fat frozen yogurt. or fruit pops. Dont eat to much chewy candies because they are extremly bad for your body and teeth!! also eat a variety of foods because if you have a little bit of each food type your food diet will be much more well rounded!
