people are telling you to tell your dad how you feel. but i've been through the exact same thing as you. and it is next to impossible to talk to my dad. the one time i did talk to him, i said some things he needed to hear, and he still uses it against me. it was 6 months ago. the way i deal with it now, is whenever he yells at me i just take it, calmly. and ignore it. then when i can, i go to my room and write. poetry, letters, whatever it takes. i never give them to him, but it's a way of getting it out.

at 13, most diets won't work for you because yo're still growing [especially south beach diet]. you need a balanced diet. for snacks eat fruits or vegetables. back off the chocolate and sweets. easy way to do that is to tell your parents not to buy them at them grocery store, so when you really want sweets, there's nothing for you to eat. secondly, you should exercise. the easiest things are walking, jogging, bicycling, crunches, and push-ups. stay active and back off the sweets. trust me it works.

Q: OK, im looking for a decent tennis racket that is priced $20-30. so far the ones that i have liked are the Wilson Fusion 110, Head Ti Smash, Prince Powerline Synergy, Prince PowerLine Zone, and the Wilson '05 Grand Slam 115. i have a wilson and a prince. the prince is definitely much better. and it's holding up really well. it was about 25-30 bucks at academy. but prince is good for if you have a lot of power and it's good for groundstrokes because it's top heavy. head is very lightweight and good for hitting longer distances or if you don't have a lot of power. (if you hit it into the net a lot)

Q: Alright I want whoever is reading this right now to kno that I am not anorexic or balemic and will never become either of those. My problem is that my friends and family say that I am really thin and that I am so lucky... you know all those encouraging things... I feel like I'm kind of chubby and that I put on weight Im 5"4 and I weigh 106 am i overweight? If so are there any healthy ways to lose weight quickly. you really don't need to stress over it. i know exactly how you feel. i watched my best friend go out with a girl and when they broke up, he cried to me. all i could do was cry because i liked him so much. if i was in that situation again, i would have gone for it before i lost him. but, if it's not serious, i was say that you should keep your friendship with him, and just wait and see. it could turn into something great, or you could find someone better. love is just a friendship caught on fire.

they are really fun. but if you aren't tough, stay out. people really can get hurt. i was at a show last week and this guy busted his nose in the pit. but, if you're a girl, most likely when you get in, guys will back off. you can get hurt, but in my opinion it's worth it.
