Falling Designs

ok, i've seen alot of these lately on peoples websites, there designs, "x"s or something and there falling from the top of the page, does anyone know what there called ?? And how to get them .. thanks !! <33

Go to www.xanga.com and search for HTML codes or layouts. You should find them under things like "Falling X's" or "Falling Stars". Good luck!
