i dont know how to make them but i know where you can get them... and really cool ones too... do you have a xanga? well if you dont just go 2 xanga.com and get one... it doesnt matter if you never use it... but anyways once you get one.. on your xanga page.. type in icons and then select users... and there will be tons of users that will come up that have wayy cool icons... and some even do requests!!
