fat and skinny Alright I want whoever is reading this right now to kno that I am not anorexic or balemic and will never become either of those. My problem is that my friends and family say that I am really thin and that I am so lucky... you know all those encouraging things... I feel like I'm kind of chubby and that I put on weight Im 5"4 and I weigh 106 am i overweight? If so are there any healthy ways to lose weight quickly. I'll rate anyone who gives me a good answer very well

Hun, I am 5'4" too and weigh 123 lbs. and i thought i was over weight!you really arn't over weight at all.infact, you are some what under weight.go to www.am-i-fat.com, and on 6the side click on am i fat? then type in your weight and height, and it will tell you if your over weight or what.hope i helped! ]
ok that is a perfect weight for your height. theres no need for you to loose weight or youll start looking like a skeleton. You could maybe even gain like 2 lbs. But i mean the weight you are now is perfect. Your not fat. ]

if that was overweight, i would be obese!! that is a good weight for you...possibly even UNDERweight. try a tae bo style thing to keep you healthy and active, it never hurt anyone to excersize. <3 ]
i'm 5'4 and i WISH i weighed 106 pounds. you are underweight. but don't worry about it. it's no one's body but yours.

Whoa. you're thin! I'm the same height and 115. I'm not fat at all.. So that makes you in the perfect weight range. ]
ok well first of all you might think you are fat because u r going through a stage in life where you tink everything about yourself is bad.And second of all you are tall. A lot of tall people weigh in the 100's. (i know i do) the only thing to do to make yourself more confident is to eat rigtht and exersise.good luck! ]
hey, the reason why you think you weigh alot is because your tall. im 5'5 and i weigh around that too.so that is the average weight for somone that tall and you dont need to lose wieght )unless you really wanna) good luck! ]
You are so not over weight! Just eat healthy and excercise and u will stay skinny. i know everyone thinks that their fat or overweight but really i dont think ur family and friends would really tell you that you are skinny if you really werent. I REALLY HOPE I HELPED~!~!~!~PLEASE RATE HIGH!~!~!~!

♥I don't think anyone in the world is satisfied with their weight, so this is your case. You are most definitly not overweight, you could in fact be underweight. You don't need to lose any pounds, but if you really want to (which there is no need for) try cutting out sodas and breads. ]
if you weight 106 and are 13-15 ur rele thin and u dont need 2 loose weight so yea and if you still want to loose weight eat more veges and fruits and less fatty foods ]
