I have Bipolar 1 Disorder. I hate taking all these medications and always going to doctors appointments, but life is too short to let mental illness get the better of me.


Often times life is a challenge, and nobody knows that better than me. I wake up wondering if this is going to be a day my illness overpowers my meds, and either sends me flying like a bat out of hell, or leaves me laying on the couch like a wet dish rag.

here's what you need to know:
i've been with this girl for about 6 months now and we've had a great run, full of it's ups and downs. the problem is that she lives really far from me, we see each other every 2 or 3 weeks, and we argue a lot.
i met this new girl,she lives a couple blocks away, goes to school somewhat near to me, friends say she's into me, and i'm into her to.

how do i let go of my gf if in a solid yet gentle way? i know it's gnna hurt her, but how can i soften the blow?

p.s. my gf really really really really really really likes me, so its guna b hard!

There is no easy way. There is no gentle way to do it. Of course you don't want to be rude, because that isn't right, but there is no nice way to break up.
Just tell her you have grown apart and it isn't fair to either one of you to continue with this relationship. If she says you haven't grown apart, then remind her how much you fight. Then say "Goodbye."
It is still going to hurt her, but saying it isn't fair to continue is an honest statement. Correct?

Hello,
I wanted to thank you 4 the advice. I have one more question though. My girlfriend and i have been togehter for 2 years now. My girlfriend lost my trust awhile ago by lying but once i explained it happend to be hurting me she has shown inprovment and seems to have stopped lying. Do you think by her showing she wants not to hurt me that she can be fully trust again?!?!?

Well, I can't honestly tell you weather or not she can fully be trusted.
It's like this- when someone breaks your trust, it hurts, and it does damage. The saying rings true that it is easier to forgive than forget.
If she is trying, then that is worth something, but she will most likely have to work a lot harder to fully regain your trust.
The fact that you say she 'seems to have stopped lying' goes to show that she has a ways to go before she regains your trust. That statement tells me that you don't trust that she stopped lying.
Don't worry about your feelings of mistrust, because this is perfectly normal. Meaning you are doing nothing wrong by trusting your instinct.
I know this is just a common answer, but you will know when you can fully trust her again. Listen to your gut. It is 9 times out of 10 right.

According to the link below, there is no known evidence of any side effects due to knuckle cracking- this includes the idea that it will cause arthritis.

Well, a good indicator would be if she has been notorious for such behavior in the past. There are really no specific signs that guarantee she is a cheating whore unless you know for fact that she is. Make sense?

okay. so for about 6 days i've had sharp
pains in my right side..well its like right below my tummy and inbetween my area.

Is there any way of getting my braces off faster?

Not if you want your braces to do their full job.
You can have them removed, but it isn't recommended, considering the money spent on them would basically be wasted.
You just have to have patience. I know having braces sucks, but it is worth it in the long run.

Well, I know the whole "bad boy" thing can be appealing, but not when you are talking about a 6 time convicted criminal, as well as you thing he is scary.

My friend (like my best friend) was just talking to me about how she used to be so popular last year but this year shes not. It felt like she was putting me down because we hang out everyday at lunch and always call each other and everything. I've never really been popular. I've got a bunch of friends but usually i only hang out with one or two people all the time. So I don't know what she was telling me by saying that. It's like I'm not good enough to be her friend or something and she's only hanging out with me to have someone to hang out with. What should I do? Should I talk to her about it? Ignore it? From what you say, it really sounds like you are reading too much into this.

I wager she just told you this because she feels comfortable telling you how she feels about things, such as her popularity status. That being the case, it just means she has a friend to confide in.

Realistically? If she felt you were the reason she isn't so popular, and her popularity was THAT important, she would have ditched you for a different crowd of friends.

I would ignore it, and be glad she thinks enough of you to talk to you about things. Unless, that is, she has actually said something about you are the reason.

I just got a zune and i put the setting to load pictures and videos onto my zune and now i dont want that anymore because there are milions of pictures that i do not want on there

how do i change the setting? and how do i delete the pictures already on there?

Don't go against what you know is right on his behalf.

Well, as a teen, your cycle is not regulated, for starters. Heavy exercise and such can effect it.
It never hurts to be seen by your doctor. It is best to get into the habit of having yearly pelvic exams anyhow.
