I tryd telling my parents i needed to go to a hospital and get help and they made me go to my theripist and my theripist said w.e the hospital can do they can do but they dont understand! im trying to get help and they wont listen! the quarterback hikes the ball, and should have a really good arm to throw the ball to some one,

the tight ends, are the outside players. they are usually massively huge to like, run over people,

the line men, are the inside players. they are usually pretty big too, just in case the other team wants to run through the middle of the field.

Don't give something as easy as DIET or whatever. Maybe something you or someone you know has done to lose wright? i'm 70 lbs over weight and i hate myself for it...

your more than just fat. you are a person you have feelings and you should not hate yourself because of it.

definitly dont die. thats the only decision you cant redo or anybody cant undo for you.

start walking around the park or neighborhood nice and slow just even to get your heart going. then after you get used to that, walk around a little faster, or start doing sit ups.

anything that gets you moving. but do try eating healthy.lots of veggies, less of bread. for one week, i only ate 20 carbs a day, and in that one week, i lost 15 pounds. and i have a friend that tried it for two months and he lost 60 pounds.

I am 13 years old, about 5'8", and I weigh 156. Am I fat? My mom and friends say it's muscle because I ride my bike 5-7 miles a day and I play soccer. But I'm not sure if they are just saying that..

it also sounds like your pretty tall for your age.. sometimes your height makes a big difference in your weight
