this is going to sound retarded but....i need your help. my boyfriend asked me out on january 15th. is one month february 15th, 4 weeks from when he asked me out, or 28 days since hes asked me out?!?

i know most of the advice givers get over 10 boy stories a day & im sorry this is another one of those typical "he doesn't realize im alive" stories. well there is this boy at my church, he is nice to everyone in my youth group, girls and boys. most of the time he doesnt want to talk to me. im falling hard for him and i just want to know--if he is nice to everyboddy in church and a generally nice guy out of church why doesnt he talk to me? here's some side stuff 1)everytime i look up at him singing on stage he is always looking at me 2) i took his phone and put my number in it and he didnt delete it:) 3)he always talks to my friends. i hope you can help! Well you can't tell for sure if he likes you or not. He seems like a nice guy so why don't you talk to him? If he isn't talking to you then you should go and try talking to him. Then if he doesn't really seem interested to talk to you or something like that, then you'll know he isn't really interested. He probably won't be mean though, saying that you said he was nice to everyone. There is a chance he will talk to you, since he still has your number in his phone. Good luck! So, there's this kid that I've been talking to for a while. We used to be totally into each other, but we weren't dating because of how far we lived from each other (an hour) and the both of us can't drive. He's also sixteen and I'm fourteen.
We used to talk a lot, but he figured out that he liked this other girl who went to his high school, so he just forgot about me and dated her. We stopped talking for a couple months and he still occassionally talks to me. I recently told him I never got over him and it's been about five months since he told me he liked the other girl. Sometimes I ask him if he's completely over me and he goes, "Idk." So, that gives absolutely no help whatsoever. He dated the girl for about a month until they broke up, but I'm pretty sure he's still in love with her. He still tells me he misses me and wishes he could see me more often and when he does, it makes me feel great, but then there are days when I talk to him and I can just tell that he doesn't want to talk to me because he only answers with one word. For example, I would say, "What's up?" and he would just go, "Nothing." And then the conversation would end. Then, there are other days when he's totally hype about talking to me! My friend makes fun of him and calls him bipolar, but I still love him.
My actually question is, Does he still like me? Or does he just feel bad that I still like him and he doesn't feel the same way, so he flirts with me?
And, what can I do to get over this kid? Everytime I hear, see, or someone mentions his name, I cringe. It's really that bad. I can't go through a day without thinking of him.

He could still like you, but he also may not. But if he doesn't, be glad you guys are friends. You really can't tell how he feels with the "idk" doesn't help much right? I think you should try and find other stuff to do if you want to get over him. If he could go out with other girls, why can't you? I think you should go out with your friends and have fun. Also try and meet some other guys. There are so many guys out there, he isn't the only one so don't worry. He is important to you and he will be a part of your life but I think you should try and find other guys. Good luck! I hope everything goes well.

You guys can go out to eat somewhere nice, or anywhere you guys can hang out together and spend time having fun together. You guys can even have dinner at one of your houses and you can make him something, if you like and can cook. You can get him lots of things. Get him things that reminds him of you or of stuff you guys have done together. You could make him cookies or brownies too. One other thing is that you could get a cute picture frame and put the two of you guys in it. You could be creative. Good luck and have fun!

I don't know what your question was but I don't think you should be advertising on here. People come from all over the world and won't be able to have you babysit unless you can travel all over. So you should go somewhere local and try there. Good luck.

Okay, so i've known this guy for about three years now. He's two grades ahead of me. we dated over summer, and i didn't know i liked him so much until we began "talking" again this year. he got mad because i couldn't ALWAYS go to his house, and couldn't meet up with him 24/7.he said we had to stop "talking" because he flirts around. and hooks up with other girls to much, and he wouldn't want to hurt me. on the other hand, we still talked, as f riends. but still flirted. then he stopped texting me one day and i wondered why...... a few weeks later i bumped into his at the local mall,and he said hey, and i responded saying hey back. well, i was really getting over this ignoring me thing, and i was wondering the whole time why though...... well today i was on myspace.com and i went to his myspace profile to see what's new. turns out he has thing new GORGEOUS cheerleader girlfriend. and, i was just getting over him. and now i feel like crap again. what should i do to get over him, and stoip thinking about him?

It is going to be really hard to forget about him after all that and now seeing this. You will eventually get over him so don't worry that you never will. You will. Just go out with your friends to forget about this guy and keep yourself busy. Him and that girlfriend probably won't last that long anyways, you never know but...just my thoughts. I would go out and meet some guys. There are way more guys out there than just him. One that will be worth your time. Good luck!

Alright, so I started falling for this guy in my second hour class pretty hard this year. We flirt all of the time, and sometimes I get the impression that he wants to ask me out, but the one thing holding up the relationship is that he has a girlfriend. Only I'm so confused because when he talks to me, he acts as if he doesn't have a girlfriend at all. & I know he wants me to flirt back with him. & I can tell that he likes me. & I think he knows that I like him too. We're not in the same grade; he's three years older than me, but I really don't see age as an issue. This situation has been driving me insane for months, and all I really need right now is some good advice on what I should do.
Should I flirt back? Just go for it, and not care? Or back off and be respectful towards their relationship?
I know I probably should be the better person and not flirt back, but you're only a teenager once and I'd rather be naughty now then naughty later.

In my opinion I'd back off. I mean you could still flirt with him but don't expect much coming from this guy if he has a girlfriend unless you are expecting him to break up with her or cheat on her with you. I wouldn't want to ruin a relationship. Because just think about being the other person. It would hurt to know that. You can flirt and all but don't try and break them up. I would also look for other guys. There are plenty out there! Good luck!

The reason why people cut is because they could be going through a tough time and they feel like they have no other way to let out the pain but to cut. They make whatever cuts they want. This isn't something no one really needs to know though. Its something people shouldn't do but they do because people have no other way to let it out. Some others do it for attention but lots do it for the pain.

Don't worry about it. I thought the same thing but you just need to be patient and just be yourself and have a good time. Guys are really confusing so just talk to guys and be normal. Sooner or later a guy will notice you and start to like you. You will get asked out. Don't worry about it. Hope everything goes well for you!

What would you do if you and your good friend had an issue with each other and then as you were working out the issue with this friend, all of a sudden you found out your friend is avoiding the situation in trying to work out the issue. and that friend deletes you off their friends list on a social networking site without any reason telling you why. If she ignores you I wouldn't try and waste my time trying to fix it when they aren't putting any effort into fixing it either. You've already tried so I would just see if they come around and want to try and fix it.

I wouldn't do it. There is a chance he would hurt you and in life you obviously will get hurt more than once. This guy doesn't want a relationship with you obviously he just wants this "fling" and he changed his mind over some other girl and was going out with her for a year. This is my opinion but I think you should go look for a better guy. Trust me, there are so many good guys out there who would really like you. Good luck!

(this isnt very long) so 17f and play basketball. well my mom is so consumed with work and everything, its kind of effecting her. she just got a job, and ever since she has changed a little. for example, on my bball team(second year im on it) theres some new people, one girl is a complete bitch, and doesnt cheer for anyone, never has a smile on her face, and yet gets played all the time (more than me and we are both really good players.) well the other day i found out she gave me errors on a stat sheet all the girls have to fill out, and i wasnt even playing! my mom was livid. a day later I over heard my coach talking about how she brings all the energy to the team (i wasnt even ease dropping, i litterally walked past her to go on the court.)i told my mom and said NOT to tell anyone, and not just that, but the girls mom complains about her daughter not getting playing time, when she plays all the time! so my mom went up to the coach privately, and told her everythinggg that happend, including how i overheard the convo. Im so embarrassed, and feel so akward now, my mom wont listen to me when i try to talk to her about how i feel about it. i just dont feel as though i can trust her anymore, help? (link)

Your mom was trying to help. She has alot going on just like you and she was trying to help so give her some credit for that. Some good might come out of this too. The coach might pay more attention to you and might see that you are the great player that you are. Now your coach knows whats going on too so now she can see whats really going on. It might be awkward and embarrassing but it will die down soon. Your mom is busy now and she might have alot on her mind. Focus on basketball and have a good time!

It depends on how much it costs. It will probably hurt when you first try them on. When I first got them they had me put them on while I was there and it hurt. But you will get use to them. It doesn't really hurt taking them off. Your doctor will probably pick out which ones you should use and which ones would be better for you. Every two weeks I need to change my contacts and that can be a drag but I don't know which ones you are getting. Its not too bad though. I love wearing contacts better than glasses. They will show you how to put them on and so on. I hope this helped you a little.

So I don't obsess over being popular and everything, but I've begun to realize that I don't really have a social life.... Like I have sleepovers and go to the mall, but really only with my best friend. I do have a lot of friends, but we never hang out. I was on Facebook awhile ago and I was looking at this really popular girl's pictures, and a lot of pictures were of her at house parties and big sleepover parties. I realized the last time I went to a party was... well I think a birthday party when I was 12. That's really sad. So I'm not saying I want to be all popular and have tons of parties, but I would like to be with more friends and everything instead of sitting at home playing on the computer. Help please? (link)

I know exactly what you mean. It use to be like that with me. I have a lot of friends but we didn't really hang out that much outside of school. I just brought up stuff like, "you know, we all need to hang out sometime" So once I started talking about it we all met up at the movies. I also go to the mall with some of them. So bring it up and invite them somewhere. If you have a pool, you can have a pool party sometime when the weather is nice or some sleepovers. Just invite them and they will probably show up unless they are doing something else. Just try and pick a good day for all of you, or most of you. Good luck!

Its possible. It depends on your hair though and if you end up running around or something it might fall out. If you have straight hair it might not hold. My hair is thick and straight and it barely even holds it for 2 hours. So yeah, but it mostly depends on your hair.
