2012 the end of the world??
sorry i didnt know under which category to put this.
erm so some ppl say that in year 1012 the poles are shifting or smth and that its the end of the world.

Only God knows when that will happen. It will happen in the twinkling of an eye, like a thief in the night. Just stay close to God and you will be fine. By that I mean trust Him as your personal saviour. Then, it won't matter when he comes back you will be ready.

It says in the bible that nobody knows when the Lord will come back. Believe me...i am scared to death of the world ending...and i hear so much but the bible says that nobody knows so don't worry :]

It's best to not actually believe in things that we are so unsure of. I mean, the end of the world in 2012 appears on the Mayan calender but..there have been many predictions of the world coming to an end from the past in which none of them really came true. Sure there were the usual numbers of natural disasters but no major events like a world-wide explosion or of some sort.
Just live out your life normally and if the day actually comes...well, not much you can do really. =3

No one knows. People are just making up lies and just saying dumb stuff. Don't go spreading that around because some people believe everything they hear. But know one knows.

Since you put this in the spirituality category, I'm going to give a spiritual answer directly from the Bible.
The Bible says in Matthew 24:36 "No one knows the day or hour. The angels in heaven don't know, and the Son himself doesn't know. Only the Father knows." (CEV)
Since no one knows, any prediction is false. You need only make sure you are prepared by having a relationship with God through His Son Jesus. If you know Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life, that day will be a joy for you because you will go home to be with Jesus forever. So if you know Jesus, you have nothing to fear no matter when that day occurs.

well of course, it's only a theory, i have another.
there's another theory that a star is going to crash into the earth 2012. but, i believe in 2012, the poles are going to shift and then there will be an imbalance with gravity. instead of attracting the star into the earth, the earth will repel it, sending it flying all the way back and into pluto. errupting and causing a great explosion in the middle of the infinite universe. Depositing a conspicuous disease that could be contracted in the oxygen for which we breath. It will kill many, leaving the ones immune deficient. They will all grow crazy angry because they're insufficient of power to end the insanity going on all around them.

nobody really knows, it may or may not, but I am pretty positive the world isn't going to end any time soon. besides, scientists has predicted the same thing around 10 times in the past 100 years and yet the world is still standing, so don't worry about it.

You can't beleive everything you hear. It's those doomsday cults that have been claiming the end of the world for decades that get these loco "the world is going to end" rumors out.
Take a few science classes, the world isn't going to end any time soon.

Some people also talk to their dogs and get aroused by feet. It is nothing more than a conspiracy nutjob belief so don't worry.
