Q: I was supposed to babysit tomorrow ,but my boyfriend's basketball game got cancelled today and resceduled for tomorrow ... at the same time that I have to babysit. The woman that I babysit for doesn't think going to his games is a good excuse to cancel ( I know this from past experiences). Q: okay i have HORRIBLE mensrtual cramps and i got my period just last night and i ended up going to the emergancy room because of the pain, i threw up and everything. i got home and i felt better and i took a nap but i woke up in pain again ive already takin every medicine that i can...please help :( how do i get rid of the EXCRUSIATING cramps?!?!?

ahhh that SUCKS!! ok make sure u get alot of exercise to help prevent the muscles from cramping up...taking a 30 min run REALLY helps...something else i do is get a warm water bottle and put in on my stomach while i settle up in bed and watch tv...tv distracts you from the pain, and the heat also helps relzx your muscles. hope you feel better! please rate!

no it is not normal at all! you might have a sinus infection! i suggest seeing a doctor, drinking alot of fluids, and getting a TON of rest. feel better! :D

Q: Hey,
I am 22 and a counsellor. I hang around in a group of three friends (not including me) and one of our friends, Emma, is constantly complaining. She always thinks that she is depressed but I know for a fact that she isn't; I deal with depressed people every day and she is NOT one of them. She thinks that just because she has a lot of things to complain about (her workload, bad love life, etc) then she is depressed. She never stops complaining and is obsessed with finding her 'Mr Right' (her last boyfriend dumped her because she was 'too clingy') and NEVER ever shuts up about it. It's gotten to the stage where I - and my other two friends - are so damn fed up of it that we are ready to explode on her any day now. We don't want an arguement but obvious rifts are being created between my other two friends and me and Emma. One of my other friends, Jen, is seriously ill and constantly in and out of hospital, yet Emma thinks HER life is so much worse, just because she can't get a boyfriend. How do we open her eyes to what's going on and how annoying she is being? She's even starting saying things like 'I want to go to sleep and never wake up, but I don't like taking tablets so I couldn't'. It's f*cking ridiculous and we are all so fed up of it...
Sorry this was long guys. Please don't just say 'tell her she is annoying' - we've tried (only nicer) and she gets so offended. It's not that simple and we don't want to argue.

if she feels depressed, that is her feeling. to tell her that she is not depressed is absolutely ridiculous...whether or not in a medical way, if a friend is depressed=extremely sad, you need to be there for them. why not help talk her through her problems instead of trying to ignore them? sorry to be harsh, i hope i helped!

Q: There aer these two girls in my year, lets call then Kate and Tara. Anyway, they have always been pretty slutty and worn loads of make-up and stuff, so I've never really liked them. But now for the school talent show they are doing pole dancing. Pole dancing! Parents and even grandparents are coming to the show! It really annoys me how they think everyone WANTS to see them writhe about on stage in next-to-nothing, and I am soo angry about it. Do they have absolutely no dignity?
Anyway, I guess my question is this; do I say somethin to them about it (remember, these girls are have lots of 'friends' and won't say no to a fight) or do I just simmer in silence?

the best thing you could do is not do anything. it is not your responsibility or your problem. if you involved yourself, you'd get into trouble, too. so stay calm. if you really need to tell some1, than talk to a teacher or someone of authority about what they are going to do...you might think it is gross, but the teachers know it is inappropriate. however, try your best not to go against your friends, if they are friends.

ahhh! I had that problem too long ago...but trust me, they're way easier, hassle-free, and comfortable than those granny pads...and it just keeps everything more sanitary.
so anyway, how too: relax, lean foward a bit, and stick it back there...there's only one place it could fit, unless you stick it up your butt hahahaha....so anyway, it's probably farther back than you think...and it does not hurt at all...if your cherry's gone...hope i helped! please rate!

The sucking would have raised the blood closer to the surface, forming a sort of bruise or hickeyed-breast. The pain will go away, there is nothing wrong with you except to let your boyfriend think he can do wierd experiments on you. Ew.

Wow, I know exactly how you feel...I struggle with the same problem. It's hard when you are around other girls who act trashy...but only loser guys like that. Just always be true to yourself, because the hottest guys in the world are going to like that, whether friend-wise or boyfriend & girlfriend...you should be confident with who u are and reach out to be social, because many guys are more shy than you are. fyi, straightenning your hair every day isn't wierd at all, but with a straightenner it is like ironning your hair which is really bad because it suffocates the oxygen and your hair will eventually turn brittle and dull (not shiny). so i suggest using a blow-drier cuz they make it all silky
