it sounds like you have it really bad. you might want to get a medicine from your doctor. a little thing that might help is drink cranberry juice around the time of your period, it helps me a ton! good luck!

I saw a commercial for Midol, but i have never tried it. Lol. Maybe you can ask your doctor about it, and you can use Midol!

wowww thats really extreme -- im not an expert on that kinda stuff, but i`d say that cramps hurting that bad isn`t right -- talk to someone, and maybe they can put you on birth control ( people with really bad cramps like you have to take birth control so they dont get them) otherwise take midol, and at night tylenol PM so it puts you to sleep and you arent awake as much from the pain. DONT take asprin, because that does something and makes you bleed more.

I'm no doctor but pain like that is not right. See a specialist and read up on 'endometriosis' and see if the symptoms match. Just a thought but worth the research. Get well :o)

You should go see a gyno. They can do various tests - if you are regularly having cramps this intense, there could be a medical reason for it. It's most likely a minor problem, but a doctor can sort you out and find you some stronger medication or treatment.

Your options are to see a doctor and get put on the pill, get proscribed stronger pain killers, get tested for various problems related to menstruation....and then get sorted out...

Or you can try some home remedies if your cramps are only bad on occasion. These include heating pads, exercise, cutting down on salt, drinking plenty of water all month long, etc.

Generally, though, it's always best to see a doctor anytime you've got problems with your body. They're trained in how to best help you, and there are several options to help control cramp pain.

ahhh that SUCKS!! ok make sure u get alot of exercise to help prevent the muscles from cramping up...taking a 30 min run REALLY helps...something else i do is get a warm water bottle and put in on my stomach while i settle up in bed and watch tv...tv distracts you from the pain, and the heat also helps relzx your muscles. hope you feel better! please rate!

To get rid of the pain, try taking Midol or any other pain relievers. Taking a warm bath will help. Hope I helped :)

I think you need to go see a gynocologist. That would be the only way to find out why you have these cramps. If there is a problem with that, like your mom won't take you, Send me a private message.
