i'm 13, 5'1 and i weigh 110 pounds. i have a big stomache that bulges and also huge thighs. please give me some advice on how i can lose this extra fat quickly. because of my enormous thighs i can't wear certain pants without looking fat in them and because of my stomach i can't wear clothes that aren't baggy without my stomach sticking out. so please, if you have any good advice to give, please tell me ways i can lose the fat in my legs, and my stomach before february 9th. thank you so much!

ok well i don't think you can become as skinny as you want in 4 days. but you can try and loose as much as you can. stop eatting a lot try and just eat 3 times a day. run for about an hour since you in a hurry if you aren't in a hurry i would say start slow and run for about 10 minutes and do 50 crunches and sit ups. but ur in a hurry so run for about an hour do about 1000 crunches and sit ups and stretch it makes you look skinnyer. hope you loose ur weight in 5 days ]
well i dont know if you can do it as fast as february 9th, but cut back on sugars and fats. dont eat unless you're hungry, and dont eat because you're bored. do some kind of excersise, like a tredmill or ride a bike or something. Good luck!!! ]

Well, to lose fat in your stomach, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. To lose fat in your legs, you need to run or jog on a tredmill, leg lifts, inner and outer thigh presses, and other leg exercises. Watching what you eat and eating healthy will help too. It takes a while to lose weight and you probably won't see results for a few weeks, especially not before February 9th. Hope I helped :)
