my best friends mom is realy rude. Liek we were supposed to meet up w.her @ the mall bc we were shopping and she was @ the movies. She called and left a message on my phone since my friends was dead to say she'd call us @ a quarter to six because the movie started @ 4..by the time we got the message it was past 4 so we didn't call bak. @ 6 we were heading to the front of the mall to get picked up and she called and was being really rude to me and was like "I want you guys at the front of the mall NOW" and stuff and made up something about my friend was supposed to call her @ 5 oclock..but the message said 6!! i erased it too..so we didn't have proof..and like she constantly argues w.my firned and her sister when i'm in the car or @ their house and shes nice sometimes but other times shes just so rude and i don't feel welcome and we were watching a movie that i brought over and her mom started it and wouldn't rewind it so we didn't get to see the begingin! and it was MY MOVIE! i wanted ot leave her house..but anyways my question is..i wanna go places w.my friend and go to her house and have her come over mine..but i don't wanna ride in the car w.her mom or go over her house..so what can i do! my parents won't drive both ways and i can't ALWAYS have her coming over my house and making excuses not to go over hers..

Wow, my mom is the same way!! lol. I feel really embarrassed when I have friends over cuz my mom is rude sometimes.. now i guess i know how my friends feel lol. But i wouldnt take any of her rudesness personally.. shes probably just in a bad mood all the time and stressed out a lot..maybe even going through menopause lol (mood swings) like MY mom. lol. Yea black is a good color to hide your figure because it doesn't show as many shadows which makes u seem thinner.

No I dont think ur underweight.. I weighed about that same thing when i was about that same height.. but also im a girl so it might be different. If you're muscular then your body is fine, just as long as ur not skinny and lanky and look like spaghetti. LOL which I dont think u do since u said ur muscular!! If u want u can just try eating more.. like protein (meat and stuff) But if ur gf loves ur body then uve got nothing to worry about! :-) hope i helped!

ok thers this guy that i thought i liked but he's really pushie if u know what i mean. he freaks out if i dont tell him i love him or if he thinks i didnt mean it when i hugged him... it's really weird. i feel weird talking to him now because i don't like him anymore and he thinks i still love him. we never actually went out or anything, we just went to the park together alot and played basketball and skateboarded and talked, but nothing more. besides the one time when we were sitting on a bench we... well nevermind thats a long story. and i tried to tell him the other day i didnt want to go to the movies and he started freaking out hes like "i thought you liked me! laura is there somthing you need to tell me? we have to talk don't we? theres somthing wrong." and i can't just go up to him and say "Lou, i don't like you." because hed get so mad. i don't know what i should do.
I just had a very similar situation.. I was going out with this guy and he thought I liked him but I realized that I really didnt like him so I had to break up with him. If I were you, I would just say something like "Hey, ur a really cool guy and any girl would be so lucky to date you, but I just don't think I'm that girl. I don't think its fair to either one of us if we keep going out because you deserve to be with someone who you really like and who really likes you back." It sounds like you've been thinking about your best friend a lot lately. He's definitately been on your mind. Does this guy have a girlfriend right now that maybe subconsciously you are jealous of? Or maybe you've been seeing him flirting with other girls lately and you don't know it but you are jealous because you have feelings for him. Or maybe you DONT have feelings for him like that, but you are simply afraid that someday your best friend will be taken away from you by another woman and he won't be your best friend anymore. My parents split up when I was 11 and it was very unexpected for me too, but I dont think there's anything you can do about it. You will get used to the idea of them being divorced after a while. Maybe you could suggest to ur parents that they go to marriage counseling.. thats something I wish I had done when I found out my parents were getting a divorce. Really push the idea into their heads and let them know you really dont want to see them like this because it hurts you. I'm sry about the divorce..good luck.

I have been taking paxil (An anti-depressent pill) for about 3 years, and I'm now 16. Recently I stopped taking it because I feel like it blinds me. I feel like i'm too happy on it and I'm not myself. I was thinking about lowering the dose but I've already been on that and It didnt seem to do anything. I think that by taking the pill it changes who I am. My parents are getting really worried now because I havent taken it, and i'm not sure if I should get back on it. Does anyone get what I mean?? I was born who I am, and that is depressed, anxious, and with anger. I think I should be myself and face these problems on my own, with out medicne. I dont think medicine is the best way to deal with problems. Can someone please give me some advice on what to do. Am I doing the right thing?? What do you think about this. Thanks! -Jenny
I think you should stop taking the medicine for a while and see how you feel. I would go to counseling if I were you and try to get help with ur problems. If counseling doesn't work, then you should probably go back on the pills because sometimes the reason for ur depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain and therefore medicine might be your only hope. Okay I have a guy friend 'Alexander' I know Alex from my tap dance, we are in the same class together and I sort of befriended him because he was extremely nice. Well he loves to dance, and he is really gifted but all the other girls in the class are being really really mean to him. He has such a friendly attitude that he goes up everyone and says hi, even the 'In' group which he wants to be a part of so badly. I honestly don't know why he would want to be nice to stuck up know-it-alls but thats just my opinion talking there. They give him threats and say he is gay, plus all his friends at school make fun of him and call him gay also. He was so hurt when told me all this he was near tears, I felt sooo sorry for him. I feel sorry for him because I have been the only person that has been nice to him, and I tend to want to make fun of guys and call guys names.
He told me how hurt he was last week and that he had made himself come to dance that day. I do understand how he feels, My entire life I have been made fun of.
my problem is I like Alex and I know I shouldn't because i'm setting myself up for pain. I want to stay away from him but then I would be hurting Alex because he would think I didn't like him either. I try not to think of him because I know he doesn't like me and I will get hurt like all the other times before, Plus I'm too ugly for any guy.
I think you should tell him how you feel. Right now, Alex's self-esteem is zero. When he finds out that a girl actually likes him.. as more than friends i mean, that will make his confidence go way up. And what makes u think he doesnt like u? Maybe he does because ur the only one who has actually been nice to him. So tell him how u feel, and if it turns out that he doesnt like u, then atleast u know u made him feel good, and u can still be friends.

Ok, well, I got my period on Thursday, Its not the 1st time I got it cuz I have had it since I was 10. The question I have is how long do they usually last? Before, mine were about 7-9 days and this one has only been 3 and it isn’t heavy at all, like im done with it and I usually get really bad cramps and have really heavy flows ad ahad neither. Have u tried flirting with him? Try that if u havent. Act really confident around him.. guys love that. Maybe play a little hard to get, but dont make yourself too out of reach. If u notice him flirting back or something, ask him to hang out. After u've hung out a couple times, ask him on a date.
