It might, but then it might not. He may just think ur a cool person and want to be your friend. Try to see if he flirts with u.. or u can try to flirt with him and see what happens. Also watch how he acts around other girls.. if he acts the same way with them as he does with u, then sry, but i dont think he likes u.

Not neccisarily. It could mean that but it could also mean that he is comfortable around you and is cool with being friends. Maybe if you want to know if he likes you then instead of just laughing and talking throw in some flirting and see how he reacts. Hope I helped. Good luck!
