Q: I usually sleep really well, but last night I didn't fall asleep until 2 o clock in the morning. I don't know why. I think it might've been because I was talking to this one guy and I really didn't want ot sign off and go to bed but I had too. So i was thinking about him and stuff and I couldn't sleep.
Does anyone have anything that might help me sleep?

Q: I got sick yesterday morning, and i stayed home from school today because of it. I have a really bad scratchy sore throat. Like those ones where you constantly have to cough and your throat feels dry and scratchy. Thats' what I have and I want to know how i can get rid of it asap because I have a dance to go to tomorrow night. Anyway have any home remedies I can try? Thank-you..

try taking medicene it should help..get a lot of rest....take a hot bath or shower and relax...try water with salt in it that and gargle...that should help...♥ alley

Q: OK i go to bed at 10 and get up at 6:20, which is the average ammt of sleep needed for a 14 year old girl. But somehow, i am always so tired and have huge bags under my eyes. What could that be from? I dont do any activity before i go to bed and i dont have caffeine/sugar. Any ideas?

i'm like that to but i don't get bags under my eyes...i go to bed 10 and wake up about 5:20....
you should try to go to sleep earlier....it could be your mattress too....you should take a night time medicene to keep you asleep...not that you are waking up in the middle of the night....but when i get like that i take medicene so i'm not that tired in the morning...

Q: Ok, so we put my dog, maddie (she was 16 yrs.), to sleep about 3 or 4 yrs. ago and i reely want a puppy and my mom and dad have been saying no, but now, my mom has changed her mind and wants one, but my dad doesn't wana to get one b/c he thinks i wont take care of it and i promised i would! what should i do to convince him i would take care of it?!

Q: I have two cats. One is an elderly cat +10 years of age, the other is almost a year old. The younger one was adopted from the Human Society and he's extremely loving so my cats adjusted ok to each other. The only problem I'm having now, is at night when I'm trying to sleep, the kitten wants to play. He makes noise all night long, playing with everything from his water bowl to my video games to just jumping off the furniture. I'd swear I had an elephant in my apartment sometimes. How can I get him to calm down more at night so I can sleep?

if you have the money to buy a big cage then you
should buy one of those then and put him in there at nite...or keep him active in the day time..play with him whenever you can...but make sure you give the same attention to the other

and acne products neutregena acne wash is good to use..this stuff from mary kay's volcity is a great acne wash...it is like $22.00 though..

I just don't feel right. I don't feel myself.
School is hard for me. Being in advanced math, its very hard.I used to be a very smart person till this year, when the computer took effect.
I guess seyin adds with skinny girls, made me think im fat. My friends don't think I am but I do.
I go into these random mood swings when I complain to my friends and tell me how im feeling.
I don't feel myself at all. I feel I can be a smarter, cooler, and better person, but I can't figure out how.
My friends are great. Although im very ugly, and very mean sometimes, I don't have alot of friends. I feel very unhappy often.
My parents don't let me go to the school dances. She says I have to wait till 8th grade. Its just not fair. Ive tried to explain to hr she can trust me and Im not going to dance with anyone, she still doesn't believe me. Ive tried to build up trust within my parents they just say maybe in a few years.
I feel like a nobody. I have no life. I used to be one of the best singers ever that anyone has ever heard. Guess what, I can't sing anymore. I sound like a dying moose.
Someone help me feel better about myself, Please.

well have you talk to another family member that you are close with maybe you can try talking about how you feel right now...you can also try asking if you can go see a teacher that can understand what you are going through right now..
