Some girls who participate in lots of sports or that exercise frequently may actually stop menstruating regularly; and that's all fine, dandy and normal.
Another thing to consider: have you been really stressed lately?? Stress is another reason someone might skip their cycle.
Also, eating disorders can cause this, definitely. What happens is, when a female is eating very little and getting thinner and thinner, Amenorrhea [the medical term for no periods] might set it.
Here's a thought for ya: an imbalance in some hormone levels can also lead to missed cycles or irregular bleeding.

There really is no such thing as "normal". Breast size is a personal growth that varies from person to person. 31A is fine for a 13 year old. 31A might also be the breast size of some full grown adults. Everyone is different. I think the only way skating could really get "boring" is if the attendants are none too friendly. I read that you're not super close to the ones you've invited, so I'd suggest holding the party for as many hours as you will be able to stand their company. 3 hours seems fine to skate and have cake and ice cream, to me.
And as for pricing at a roller rink, I'm not the one to ask - I've never been to one. I suggest looking up your nearest place in a phone book, and getting individual prices. Then ask about their birthday specials. I'm sure they'll cut you a deal there.
And if not the roller rink, how about some of these:
- Laserquest.
- Paintballing.
- Park.
- Fair.
- Bowling would be awesome!!
- Ice Skating, is a nice twist on roller skating, but less people might know how to ice skate, ya know?
- Go-Karting.
- Make overs. (if your crowd is all female)
- Mini-Golf - or even just the driving range would be super cool.
- Don't forget the ever popular and never out of style "catching a flick" at your closest cinema!!
- Beach, maybe?
- Swimming. I realize the end of the year is on us, but perhaps you can find a nice heated pool? (Also, take into consideration some people might choose not to attend if they're self-conscious about their body.)

Sometimes after you're done plucking your eye brows, puss will appear. I have "line" brows, and I've experienced this once or twice before. This is really the only reason I can think of, considering for the information you've provided.

You just take any picture on your computer. And paste it on Window's Paint program. Then go up to "FILE", "SAVE AS".. then a window will appear, and where it says "SAVE AS TYPE", if it DOESN'T say "JPEG. [*JPG, *JPEG, *JPE, *JFIF]"... then make it do so. Then to resize, go to "IMAGE" and down to "STRETCH/SKEW", and keep bringing down the top two percentage things little by little, ya know? :)
I got an mp3 player gadget that can hold 2,500 songs, I'd like to put as many songs on it as possible. Problem is that even tho I like TONS of songs, I can only think of about 12 off the top of my head.

Uhm, well I've never tried Revlon or Maybelline EYE LINER. I can tell you that OTHER Revlon products have done nothing but disappoint me. As for Maybelline.... I love the company's work, so I'd bet the eye liner is phenominal, too!! :D
Personally, I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! Well, it depends on how he does all of these things. I mean, snapping your bra could be sexual harrassment. Poking you could be assualt. Laughing at you could be teasing. However, I'm shore you would know if someone is treating you improperly at school. Also, due to that fact that you said he smiles at you, I'm shore he does this all in caring ways. I'm not sure how to do it perfect, because I've tried just putting my hair in a regular bun and messing with it a bit to give it the "messy" look, is there something more to it? Am I not doing it right? Lol, please help. Thanks.

This might not be what you're wanting/expecting to hear, but I figure you'd like all opinions here.
Personally, I don't believe in the word "whore". Nowadays the word "whore" is ridiculously thrown around to describe every female BREATHING, and it really bugs me. It seems that people particularly use "whore" to describe a sexually active female, committed or otherwise, and I don't find that to be fair. Perhaps she DOES engage in sexual activities, but that's no one business but her own (and her partner, for safety's sake). And who are THEY (the person naming someone a "whore") to be calling names like they skieve intimacy, ya know?!? I just feel that EVERYONE has every right to do what makes him/her happie and NOT be ripped apart, torn down, treated like filth, and made a disgrace out of, is all!
