Whenever i have like.. time to myself, i always seem sad, and sometimes even when im with friends, family, or people in groups im in.. i never talk..because.. well im just sad. sometiems there are no reasons, and i always wonder why.. but other times, its because since im adopted.. i never met my parents, and sometimes i just want to meet them so bad that i dream about who i would be if i never got adopted and stuff.. then i start crying... can you help me stop this, or find out.. why???

Hey, my family might move from here in Wisconsin to Florida. I want to sooo bad for the weather. But I just can't leave all my friends here. i love em all to death. And my best friend and I are really close and it will be so hard for me to leave her, and everyone else. How can I not miss her so much??

That happened to me a year ago, but I'm still really close with my bestfriends (even though they are half away around the world, literally) because I always call them and we write letters and e-mails to each other.

Okay Me and my botfriend just started going out, and i have ALOT of feelings for him. He is moving in April though and I dont want to break up with, but i dont want to get hurt. Okay, so! I'm 15/female and I met this guy last week and he seems pretty cool. He likes me and all, and I like him too. It's just that, I dont like him like boyfriend/girlfriend. Some girls are flat because they are skinny (born that way or starving), but I think that since you're only exercising to lose your belly (and since you already have boobs) you'll gain muscle (belly gone) and keep your chest as is. I hope I helped, good luck. =D

I thought I had the same problem before too. What I did was think of myself, how I could make myself better to reach my own standards, so I could eventually help other people somehow to put meaning back in life. Maybe you could do the same... Good luck. =D

ok, well my two friends ALWAYS fight. and this time it's about depression aka attention. anyways, my friend (we'll call mandy) had depression all this year because of guys. every single one that she liked, didn't like her, but my other friend (call her taryn). taryn has always been pretty popular,and now has a very popular boyfriend. anyhow, back to the real story. when mandy told us that she had depression, i was the only one that comforted her. a girl (call her sam) was mandy's best friend since like 4th grade. and sam didn't even say anything positive when mandy told her about her depression. and now, like a week ago, taryn told everyone that SHE was depressed. and when she told everyone, sam was like all over her asking if she was ok and stuff.so, sam made it seem like she only cared about taryn, and not mandy whom she was friends with much longer. this is confusing, but important. they are fighting and both of them are asking ME what THEY should do, and I don't even know what I should do. plz, anything constructive will help! i rate 5's!

I think you should really be there for Mandy since she's less popular, without a guy, and had an old friend betray her like Sam did. I don't think you should ignore Taryn or anything, but it seems like Mandy can fall deeper into depression in her situation. Good luck. =D

I like this boy called Daniel, but I don’t know what to do! Today in PE my friends were saying, "Let’s call Lauren's (my) crush Daz, as a code name. As in Daniel" (they have these sad code names for the boys they fancy, like carrot and cabbage). I didn't tell them that I fancied him, but they must know, and plus in art, one of them asked if I fancied Dan. I shook my head but I was smiling a bit so I guess they knew =( I'm really scared they'll tell him! he said he liked my drawing in art, and that it was better than his, and he kept touching my foot with his foot under the desk too. and my friend was making fun of me, and he stuck up for me, then he said "I'm only defending Lauren" when my mate asked why. that was a few days ago, and now he's just ignoring me (I think he was looking at me, but I was scared I would start blushing if I looked at him, so I guess I'm ignoring him too) I'm real shy + ugly lol so I don’t know what to do! I'm sorry but I don't have advice for shy girls on flirting, but I did read your whole thing and I think that Daniel might actually like you! You shouldn't care what your friends say because it's very immature to only like the 'popular' boys. A sweet guy is way better than someone who likes fights. I think you should break out of your shell, but even if you don't, I think you have a chance with Daniel. =D That's just my thoughts. Good luck. =D

i am in dance and i have to wear 2 piece costumes. My stomach is kind of flabby and I have love handles. Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Also how to tone my inner thighs. If you have a diet and exersise program 4 me it would be appreciated. Thanks for the help in advanced.

My teacher told me lovehandles won't go away and that most people have the, sorry. To lose inner thigh fat you need to eat a balanced diet and do other fitness workouts besides ones just for inner thighs. Here are some good exercises for inner thighs are squatting, leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls. Good luck! =D

Okay, so I'm 14 f. About a year ago my breasts had a growth spurt and now I have stretch marks! I can't wear anything slightly low cut or you see ugly red lines. I'm not a slut or anything, but going to the beach I need to show a little... anybody know what to do?
