k well i just found out about a week ago i have type 1 diabetes.
and i wanna lose some weight cos i gained alot back because i was really imicated or whatever.
its hard though because i have to have 4 carbs - 1 carb =15g of carbohydrates.
for breakfast lunch and dinner.
than i have to have a snack between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, and dinner and bed, which has to be 2.

how can i lose weight, like would jumping on the trampoline and stuff help?

please help &healthy food ideas with low calories that will fill me up would be nice.

my sister got type 1 diabetes 2 years ago and ik that she lost about 20 punds when she got it so you are suppose to gain back alot of weight when yo get diagnosed and are on the insulin injections.. it shows that your getting better and healthy again so i wouldn't diet at all just try to get everything to a normal schedule and just excercise how you normally would...but dont worry about gaining alot of weight back because you are suppose to.

I'm grounded for about 2 weeks about I'm off grounding April 4th.
That's when I'm gonna hang out with my bf.
But instead of him talking to me all day and comforting me while I can't do anything since I'm grounded..
He goes out and hangs out with his friends and does other stuff and talks to me on the phone a little.
He has his fun while I'm grounded and lonely and can't hang out with anyone.
I've been talking to my friends on the computer pretty much all day and talked to him a little because he was 'busy'.
Wouldn't it be right for him to comfort me and talk to me all day because I'm grounded??!
I don't get it..

well im not trying to be mean at all and i do see your point but your bf has a life too... he likes to hang out with his friends just as much as you do.. maybe he could call and talk to you for maybe an hourish give or take but you have to let him have his space too and let him have some fun..just because your grounded doesnt really mean that he should be too..

haha ok well when hes talking to you maybe make fun of him alittle like nothing to over the top but just silly things...but make sure he knows that your just kidding around with him.. its suppose to make him smile and make him be able to see that he can have fun hanging out with you... just be yourself and me laid back... guys arent that into girls who are all about themselves or who seem like they are total idiots... its actually a pretty big turn off when a girl is completely stupid and ditsy (for most guys this is a turnoff im sure there are a few exceptions) don't talk too much about yourself maybe ask him some questions about himself like does he play sports? whats his favorite____ team? what music do you like? etc. this will tell him that your interested in his life and you would like to get to know him alittle better.. hope i helped just shoot if you have any more questions haha

ok my best friend is like your twin... shes really pretty and has never had a bf and has never been kissed and shes 15 haha to be honest im sure lots of boys have liked you but thought that if they asked you out you would say no since youve never had a bf before...they r just scared to. so maybe if you flirted with this guy alittle he might be able to see you as more then a friend and then maybe u could have one of your friends talk to him for you and find out who he likes... if he says you then you should either just go for it and ask him out or have one of your friends tell him that you like him too... hope i helped!

there's thig guy and i talk to him all the time in 5th period...and since we have D lunch i get there early and we talk...we talk about anything...and before i would tell him my story and he would look at his paper and do his work and i could'nt tell if he was paying attention..but now he looks at me when i talk and asks questions sometimes...i don't know if he likes me or not...i like him...sometimes i get my hopes to high and sometimes i get jealous when he says someinthing like ya i've dated her or i've made out with her...or if he talks to another girl alot....or if he does thee things he does to me to other girls....he said he liked someone but i'm not sure....i could'nt tell if he was serious or not...i hope he likes me...from this does it sound like he does??...wat other signs might there be if he likes me??

well since he now actually pays attention to you and actually shows some interest in what you have to say it says that hes getting more friendly towards you ...im not sure if he likes you yet but he may in the future... what kinds of questions does he ask you? does he kinda make fun of you and tease you alittle when he talks to you? like does he joke around and maybe play tricks on you, like does he hide stuff from you? does he seem to be in a good mood when he talks to you( does he smile and look friendly)..if he looks annoyed and alittle pissed off i would back away from him but i would maybe flirt with him alittle and maybe he will start to like you and be able to see you as more then just a friend...but please dont go too overboard with the flirting.. hope i answered your question.. if you need more advice just ask

I have a wonderful boyfriend! We have been going out for a week now, and he is very nice, sweet, and pretty funny. Except he smells really bad some times when I am near him, like I smell no deodorant or cologne on him at all. It's very dreadful! Especially since he has gym at school and it makes it worse afterwards.

I would really hate to say anything, so what can I do to give him the message he stinks?

maybe if his birthday or something is coming up give him cologne as a present other then that i like the suggestions the person beneath me made

Ok, I have this friend, let's name her sally. Well sally and i were BEST friends all last year, but we got in a huge fight over the summer and decided to not be such close friends. We couldn't completely stop being friend because we're kind of in the same circle. Well we obviously hadn't resolved our feelings because for the next few months (up until around november or december) we kept getting in huge fights. One of us would talk about the other behind her back, etc. Things finally settled down and we've become ok friends, like we talk and can be normal around each other. I even went over and hung out at her house once. Lately, especially within the last two or three weeks, we've been a really nice to each other. She recently broke up (then later got back together) with her boyfriend and i helped talk her through that and she thanked me for being there. Today, she and i were talking on aim and we started talking about her and her bf and then got on the subject of my love life, i let it slip the guy i like (who she knows) and we talked about him and then later i told her not to tell anyone and she was like of course not. shes a good person, but theres so much history between us, good and bad (and once last year she got mad at me and accidently told the guy i liked i liked him -it was really an accident, its a long story-she keep apologizing and i knew she felt bad), i dont know whether or not i can trust her. I'm afraid to accuse her of being untrustworthy because of course that would get anyone pissed off. Can i trust her?

well i don't know if this helps much but i like live by this quote 'fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me' well it basically means that if some1 does something that betrays you or does something that loses your trust in them or w/e then its your friends fault entirely but if you take them back as a friend you are always going to have the chance that they will do it again-not many people are willing to change- so if she fools you twice then its kina in a way your fault cause you set yourself up for it... so if i were you i would maybe trust her one more time but i would be careful what i tell her...hope i helped!

k, im in 9th grade and i have to wake my 8 year old brother up for school and he never gets up when i tell him to. what can i do to make him get up the first or atleast the second time i tell him too? he has an alarm clock but it doesn't wake him up so i do it.

alittle water or by pulling down his pants usually works..u dont have to actually pull them down just pretend i have twin sisters and this usually worked for me

ik that what people say sometimes is really hurtful and all but you really just have to ignore it just let your friends know that that stuff isnt true and if they are your true friends then they will believe you and will still be your friend.. if ppl know that you arent bothered by what they are saying then they will stop..people want a reaction and when they get one they feel like they have succeeded...yea they are sucky people but thats life hope i helped!

well if your gf dumps you because you have HIV then she must not like you too much ...if she really loves you or really likes you or w/e then she will probably need 2 think for alittle while but in the end you 2 will work it out....if my boyfriend had HIV i would want to know about it though so i would tell your girlfriend... if you don't you might infect her too

ive clicked on those one bulletins that give you that virus thing before and it makes you post a ton of stupid stuff. but, idk if i have it. if you have it can you see all the bulletins that the virus posted for you? or do only other people see it?

you would be able to see the bulletins that you posted if a virus posted them...but if you just want to make sure then just change your password and don't click on other peoples bulletins that are viruses

Im 15/f, a freshman. In one of my classes theres a guy named connor and hes a sophomore. I talk to him sometimes, and i also went to the dance with him cause i asked and he said yes.and we grinded and shit. lol i get along with him. i dont know, i knew he didn,'t like me, and i only liked him as a friend.

Below are reasons i think he might like me, and reasons he's just ehh.

Why He Might Not
-hes a sophomore. even tho that might not matter
-i usually have to start the talk.
-he doesnt answer my texts.
-doesnt really seem to notice little things i do.
-were not like BONDED or anything
-doesnt seem EXTREMELY interested in me or anything
-we dont talk a lot outside of class. normally cause i dont see him


Why He Might
-okay so i sit next to him and he pokes me and touches me a lot.
-when im turned the other way to talk to my friend or im looking straight, i can feel that hes somewhat watching me.
-he asks me for help instead of the guy next to him .
-we talk.
-makes jokes.
-at the dance when he said "im gonna go hang with my sophomore people" i said "okay want me to look with u" he said "its ok. ill find them later.ill stay with u" and we danced...

ok so i am a freshman in highschool too and i go out with a sophmore now so i don't think that matters too much

if you usually have to start the talk then maybe he's just shy or doesnt want to sound dumb or something

ok if he doesnt answer your text then his bill is either too high or sorry but this is true maybe just doesnt feel like texting back...guys arent as addicted to texting as girls are usually haha

not many guys notice little thing that a girl does... which is kinda sad but yea

and for the last questions there maybe he just is nervous around you and it is possible that he doesnt like you.

ok so now for maybe y he does...

if a boy teases you or does little things to annoy you theres a chance that he likes you and just wants you 2 pay attention to you and if he stares at you then that is also a good sign and that's really cute how he stayed with you at the dance..the only thing is maybe he felt bad if he just left you since you asked him to go with you

but guys usually give mixted signals alot so maybe have some1 find out who he likes or if your comfortable doing it ask him yourself and see what happens....maybe its you..

13/f 5'4' 110lbs. my docter said im obese? but people think im really skinny i do to? should i gain or lose weight? whats wrong with my weight, or docters. i wana be normal. you can really see my ribs and my stomach is a upper and lower stomach but im the middle of it all im 5 in smaller. like all right below my ribs. i hate my body ive tried to gain weight just to get my stomach normal. ill do anything ive trid everything!

haha i dont think your doctor means that your like fat i think he or she means that you don't have enough muscle in comparison to you body size... they called me obese once too and i was 14 5'7 and about 120 pounds so yea i wouldnt worry to much about it...and no you don't have to lose weight you might want to gain some muscle weight though hope i helped!

hey if i were you this is what i would do, i would maybe ask miguel if he's sure that he likes you and not this other girl. If he says that he likes you and this isn't just like a fling then i would go for it... think about it if you didn't go out with him i dont think that would change how he feels about this other girl so either way she doesnt get to be with miguel unless he is the type of person who likes to jump around alot and date alot of different girls and in this case i would stay away..hope i helped!

ok there is this kid, lets call him josh for example. Well josh definitly likes me and there is no doubt about that and well i cant decide if i like him or not. he's a great friend and he listens to me and he cares about me and he doesn't think im pathetic when i cry and get depressed. He's a really nice guy but i can't see myself being intimate with him. He's not very attractive and sometimes he can be really dorky and he is also obsessed with the army which i am not so i don't know what to do. ok so if i were you i would just ask my friend if he's cool with you going out with her and find out if he still has feelings for her and if he says no then ask him why hes all over her... and why he's always quiet but be sure to not like attack him with questions cause then he might get kinda pissed. so yea just talk to your friend about it and if he says he kinda likes her which i doubt he would admit 2 her bf then just ask him if hes like mad that u 2 are goin out but maybe you should find out from other sources if he still does like the girl and maybe you will have to chose between the two which would really suck but yea hope i helped!

ok before i tell you what usually works for getting your bf whipped im just warning you that it's not always a good thing. ok so you have to leave him wanting more.. play hard to get basically make him want you really badly ...it's sometimes good to have you bf whipped... it usually guarentees that hes not going to break up with you anytime soon. they would be totally like infatuated and obsessed with you. the only downside is that you are the one who usually has to do the breaking up and sometimes it's better if your the one being broken up with it's hard to break up with some1 but yea just leave him wanting more be a tease hope i helped!

I DESPERATELY NEED ABS! can anyone give me advice on getting abs eg. how many times do i need to do sit ups each day and how many times is too much? and also how long will it take approx. for me to get atleast a four pack? even better a six pack? supply me with all the advice you have thanks!

if your doing situps i would do maybe 100 more or less and do them every other day it doesnt work if you do it everyday as well. also swimming laps helps too sometimes..

i would say that that's alittle too soon ...i personally always thought it was weird if someone told me that they loved me that early unless i loved them back... and are you really sure that you love him? don't get me wrong if you say you really do then i would take your word for it but your only 13 ya know? maybe you should wait alittle while until your absolutely 100% positive that you love him... but if thats now maybe you should either wait for him to say it or maybe wait until he shows some sort of sign that he likes you alot more then just "like" so i would maybe wait awhile he might get totally freaked out if you tell him that you love him that soon.
