So..wat are some healthy snacks that won't make you get hungrier after you eat them??

I like munching on carrots or cucumber. Anything that takes power to chew.. like veggies.. fills me up. Fruits, too. Plus, you can't go wrong getting a good serving of them. They are guilt-free snacks, just remember that too much of a good thing can still be a bad thing.
my bf and i hav ebeen going out for about 2 months and the other day we were kissing and stuff and i noticed he got an erection and he saw i noticed and he got really embarrassed he tried to cover it up he put a cushion over his lap
its not the only time hes been embarrassed when hes had an erection im not sure if i should say anything to him but why would he be embarrassed?
I'm not really sure why the reason guys might get imbarrased about it. I mean, yeah it can be pretty imbarrassing and I would understand if a guy was imbarrassed about it, but i never knew why either hah. But wouldnt you be too if your boob or something was showing? It would probably be akward to say something about it.. what do you have to say, "Don't be shy about your boner"? I'd just leave it, if it happens again smile at him or something cute to let him know that you don't care and that he shouldn't care either. =) Hope this helped

question is, what should i do for them? we do have random jokes that we play on eachother. one involving marshmallows. i want to do something nice for them. but what? make them lunch?
Lunch sounds good. Make them s'mores.. you said you hvae jokes about marshmallows. Look up some good s'more recipies. Maybe if you can get together a little campfire around the stove at school? Hhaha, sorry random ideas.
I dont know if kuts even my bff still. He fought with my other friend on who was my penguin I love pon and zi. Then I stayed at my friend’s house for a week and her cousin and kut but I didn’t know they were and I came out in all out gothic and he left and wouldn’t look or talk to me. Then theirs some parties that something bad always happens. At parties something always goes wrong for me like I start to flirt with a lot of guys but end up sitting with them. And my friends know Im love sick so my guy friend said he’s always here for me to be with as friends. But then some of my friends and I got ina water fight. Then I told kut to join us and then kut got pissed and he said ILL SAVE YOU RA lol but it’s a water fight. Me and kut over aim we were ina chat room with a lot of people and somehow it got ona certain subject and I told him I loved him and everybody new he loved me back so they started leaving to leave us alone and he later on said red bull gives you wings in biggest font and left.lol long time ago. And once I was Xtremely depressed and I said I don’t wana talk to you and Im about to bleed to death I forgot what else happened but he didn’t get on for over a week then he did and I was so sorry but he forgave me. And in-between all this theirs him ignoring me and us flirting and hating and talking and not. He won’t even talk much over aim. I asked him if he loved me he said yes but third. ive known him my whole life. But how do you think he likes me or does he hate me?

I used em, they are for when your awake of course. Trust me, they are hard enough to keep on while you are awake, so if your sleeping you would definately knock them off, swallow them, etc.
Does anyone know a good sad book for a boy and girl, im not a reader, so please tell me a good one, and not hard. a book that a middle schooler could read!

Twilight! Its a love story pretty much and I and almost everyone I know who read it cried. It's really good, and if you like it alot you can read the next two books in the series. =) Oh and its not hard to read

They are better for you than say potatoe chips that are fried and greesey, but if you eat too much of a good thing it can turn into a bad thing.

I appericate your concern, but it really upsets me almost to the point of crying that someone would tell me this on my advice column. Please if you wanted to say it say it to me not my site. I do eat, I eat fine. I know ive lost muscle and stuff and I suck at cheerleading right now, but don't you think that its hard enough for me to deal with already. If you are on the team then you'd relize I can't even talk about anything without crying like a moron. I do, and can take care of myself though. So if you want to continue this conversation about it then talk to me in person or something.

Is it true that if you're not a very active person, and you do sit ups/crunches, whatever works your abs, and eat a lot of junk foods, the fat that you gain from the junk foods will cover the muscles and make you appear... well chubbier in the stomach area?
Well, you can work out alot and do as many crunches as you want but if you eat crappy foods then good luck trying to get a 6 pack. I know it might be different for guys because they're lucky and can eat almost anything, but girls its different (atleast for me and other girls I know).

and well i have two different questions, but ill separate them.

Ive never heard anyone say that getting fingered is with pants on. Getting fingered is when he sticks his finger up you, and how is that possible in pants? The difference, well when you get fingered and you have material and cloth between your priates and his finger then of course it doesn't feel the same. It doesn't hurt when its bare. If your not used to it, it can make you tense up sorta but you'll get used to it after the first time.
If you want a less noticable hickie then get one in a place thats covered by clothes. The neck is really noticable unless you have long hair and still it can be seen. Try your chest, like where you would put your hand over your heart at. Not like your boob but above that. Usually that is covered by clothes unless you wear tank tops and stuff. I'm not 100% sure, but I'd say they last a few days to a week depending on how good of a hickie it is.

No, when you get your period thats just the begining of puberty. You keep growing. Ive been told that you stop growing 2 years after your period but I bet it differs for the girl.

alright so i sweat a lot under my armpits and i get sweatmarks very easily. and my family doesnt have the money to get prescription deoderant and that clinical strength doesnt work for me either. so you know any ways to help me from stop sweating cause it is very embarrassing. thanks alot in advance=]
I heard baby powder might work? I think it obsorbs? I'm not too sure, but theres no harm in trying. Try different types of deoderant to see which one works best if you can't afford perscription. Hope this helped
I'm on a diet & I'm eating out with my friends tomorrow & were going to go to this place called The Pita Pit. They have a nutritional information chart online but I'm not sure how accurate it is. I was going to get a pita with turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, & honey mustard. Does this sound like a good choice?? The info said it had about 4g of fat & was around 405 calories. Does this sound about right & would it be a smart choice?? I really want to stick to my diet. Thanks!!
Thats a great choice. And even if you do happen to break your diet, then it won't really matter, you won't gain like 2 pound or something. Hope this helped

Well, hearing a 12 year old give head yeah that does kind of make me wonder.. but it shouldn't matter what I think. I do think that is a little young but I don't know your maturity and thats what matters. I think you should do whatever you want as long as your truely ready.

Um like a low cal soda? Try Flex Airforce Nutrisoda. My sister brought them home one day and I tried one, they were good. Some I didn't like, but Black Cherry Apple Soda is amazing. They are really low cal too, ranging from 5-20 calories. No sugar, no caffenie, try them!

I am a varsity cheerleader at my high school and have been for a few years now... I know this sounds ridiculous, but I have been working on a standing tuck for almost 3 years now... I've gotten it for certain periods of time before but it was very inconsistent and it just never came easy for me... my coach's just think im completley mental about it...my running tumbling is really strong and consistent.. I can do it anytime anywhere.. my coach's are rude about it, and they pretty much gave up on me.. I used to "throw my head back" alot.. and just go straight back etc... i've been going to tumbling alot more lately and working on my technique.. my form has gotten alot better i set up... and i've been doing alot of excersises to get stronger..running,abs,calf raises,etc... but my tuck is just not happening...most of the time my legs are slow on getting around..and I feel like my core/lower abs aren't strong enough..I'm not heavy at all, i'm in shape, my legs are strong,calves aren't that strong.. but overall its my abs i feel aren't strong enough at all.. I used to do ab workouts with incorrect form so it hasn't done much for me..lately ive been focusing alot on better form and theyre getting more toned.. but do you have any advice for my tuck...and also toning my obliques/abs/etc? haha sorry this is extremly long.. but i honestly dont know what else to do.. it's frustrating and make's me feel worse then everyone else on my team.. also im really flexible on my right leg but not as much my left..and i pulled a muscle in my leg and it's been getting better.. but i need it to become alot more flexible for heel stretches etc.

Oh don't worry about the legnth, tackling a long question is a big accompllishment for me haha. Well first to make you feel better, I understand your tuck situation. Ive had a full since I was in 6th grade.. its not a good one but Ive done it enough times. Still, I can't do standing tucks. I know how I should do them and the techineque and everything.. I just can't do them. It's half mental half stregnth, maybe alittle more mental though? Even if I am physically capable of landing them I still get freaked out and start having mental blocks. But to get over my mental blocks I just picture myself on my trampoline.. the veiw and everything like I am right on the trampoline. Then I just pretend I'm bouncing and try and do them like I do on the trampoline. It helps for the most part. I really wish I had a consistant tuck to help you out but I don't, I'll try and help though. For me, I never do specific exercises for my tumbling. I mean, I do crunches and stuff but I never think "Will this help my tuck". So just keep doing tucks, trampoline, matt, hard floor whatever. Practice does make perfect. Before you just throw it, think about what is causing you to have trouble and try real hard to change that. I always get scared that I won't land so I don't pull up and I fly back, which of course causes me to put my hands down. But when I think, I go.. "okay I need to pull up alot" and I picture myself doing standing tucks perfectly and try to match my physical power with that mental image in my head. And yeah, when I think about doing them good my tucks can be good, but when I get scared I go back to doing shitty techniques. Just practice each tuck you do and try to make them the best ever, so hopefully instead of making them crappy when you get scared/nervous/tired, you will have practiced enough that they are all the same.
For stomach exercises, I just do normal crunches. Plain ones, and I know that I'm doing them right because I feel my stomach. I figure, that If I feel my stomach mucsles working then whatever I'm doing is good haha. Try snap v's, they're good help too. One for the side of your abs.. (this is hard to explain) lay on your back in a hollow position. Reach up with your left arm towards your right leg, then come back down and do the same with your right arm and left leg. It shuold look like siccor kicks and you should feel it in your sides.
For flexibility.. just go down as far as you can in the splits every day. I stretch every day and seriously, over the past half a year I went from barely the splits and a crappy healstretch, to splits both ways and a bow-in-arrow. Honestly all I can say is stretch each day. That's pretty much it haha.

so at cheer today i did something to my neck, i have no clue what.
all i was doing were log rolls, backing for them.
my parents are tight on money, and i don't want to go to the chiropractor.
is there any way to fix it.
it's on the back left side, and it hurts when i turn my head.

Oh i know what your going threw! At tumbling one day I was casually just jumping up and down on the trampoline and when I landed a pain shot threw my neck. I felt like I was going to die because it hurt so bad to turn my head side to side or up and down. I went to the emergancy room (not like super emergancy like that) and i was given pain killers. The lady said I probably just pulled a muscle and to stretch it next time. So I just took off cheer for a little till it felt good enough to move. If your case is like mine then you should just ice/heat your neck and take a break for a little untill it doesnt hurt as much. Hope this helped
