I like munching on carrots or cucumber. Anything that takes power to chew.. like veggies.. fills me up. Fruits, too. Plus, you can't go wrong getting a good serving of them. They are guilt-free snacks, just remember that too much of a good thing can still be a bad thing.

- Part skim string cheese
- Fat-free yogurt
- Chicken, anything with protein
- Fruits and veggies w/ dip
- Crystal Light packet with water, the water fills you up. Try the lemonade kind, I hate sugar-free things (even like diet sodas) and to me it tastes like regular lemonade.

I'd stay away from salty or sugary foods, because those get most addicting.

I'd try eating apples. They are probably the healthiest food out there, plus they help curve your appetite, so that you aren't very hungry afterwards, because they're very filling.

You could also try eating various fresh fruits and vegetables. You can eat as much as you want, most of them taste very good, and you don't have to worry about overeating.

You could also try drinking lots of water every day. Water helps make you full during a meal or a snack.
