Okay i need to get back into shape. but its really to cold outside to do anything. and i got no workout stuff and i cant afford a gym. any suggestions on how to do some simple exercises?

Hmm, well you could run in place at home or you could start at one side of your living room and run to the other side and back again. Also, you can do some leg squats. These work amazingly. All you do is spread your legs shoulder-width apart. Just squat like you are sitting down in a chair and at the same time, lift your arms out in front of you. You can also do some sit ups and some girl-push ups to help you get back in shape.

so i'm a teenager in desperate need of money.. i mean its not desperate like i absolutely need money, but i would just like to earn a few buck so i can buy some things for myself like a nice dress for a dance.

I'm not really sure how to raise money without getting a job. I can't get a job because i'm already so busy, i wouldn't have the time. Babysitting is out of the question because where i live, there are no kids. and my parent's don't like the idea. i was thinking about selling some things on ebay? (things i don't use anymore like playstation or movies or books) but i have no idea how to sell anything on ebay. can someone please tell me how? or give me other ideas how to raise money? please no soliciting either. thank you!

Okay :) Go to ebay.com and make an account and then on the top of the website in the right hand corner it'll say My ebay and then sell. Click sell. The click on "List your item".
The only way you'd have to pay for it is if your item sells. But it is cheap paying.

Yes, you may get larger breasts if you have your mom's genes for them. You typically stop growing around 17 or 18.

Lets say I sing for half an hour a day. WIll I get better? I mean I suck at singing but rock at guitar and I write powerful songs, but my voice makes it sound bad. If I sing 30 minutes a day will I get better?

Yes you will eventually start picking up on pitches and notes if you do the same songs over and over a few times a day. :) I know that because I've gotten better with singing when I sing a lot on my free time.

my parents smoke and its not fare on me because it feels like I smoke when they sit next to me and it makes me feel sick what should i do?

You should openly talk to your parents about it. I know how you feel. Tell them what your concerns are and tell them to smoke outside if they don't want to quit, but not to smoke around you. Also, you could just leave the room when they smoke but I'd try the first suggestion first.

I don't know why but i want a Verizon phone over and at&t phone. Can someone tell me why most people say Verizon's better? Or is it not? Are they equal? Bottom line, which one has better service? Definitely Verizon is better.
I can tell you that right now because I have at&t and the service sucks everywhere you go. Also, they make their phones really cheap so that you'll have to buy another one in a few months. I've had to buy 4 of the same kind of phone in less than a year, costed me 50 dollars every time. So go with verizon, you won't regret it.

I have a severe physical condition that causes my joints to dislocate very frequently (between 5 and 50 times a day depending on the joint). This causes me a hell of a lot of pain, as you can imagine. I was on morphine for 2 years to deal with the pain but with pain management therapy I learnt to deal with it. I also have severe depression that's worse in Autumn and Winter, as is the pain. Back in March, I started to make myself sick to lose weight. I know I wasn't (am not) fat but I love the control over my weight. I can't control my joints but I can control that scale dropping a point.
I know it's stupid, I know it's not going to help, I know I'm making myself unhealthy but I really can't seem to care. I'm concerned that this is the way I've learnt to deal with my pain, by not caring about my body and I'm scared that I won't be able to get better because I don't know how to learn to care about my body again, and if I do, I won't be able to cope with the pain.
I'm seeing a psychotherapist, I'm having mental health workers come to my house every few days, I'm taking my antidepressants, I'm trying to keep myself busy to stop myself dwelling on things. I'm trying not to make myself sick.
I just really can't see any possibility of me getting better seeing as I've got all the help available to me and it's not working, and even if I get better this time, I'm only going to get ill again next Autumn. I'm really really struggling to see the point in bothering any more.
I've been suicidal before and it's never really had a reason or thought process behind it. Now I have a thought process that says "I don't think the plus sides of being alive (friends, hobbies) outweigh the negatives (pain, depression) and while I know my family would be upset if I killed myself, I think they would understand"
Please tell me why that's not right.

Your sucidial thought is not right because your family wouldn't understand. They love you very much and you there makes them happy. I may not know you, but i can tell you are a great person.
The most important thing to have, and I know it is going to be absolutely hard, but you need to have faith, love, hope and healing. If you have 3 out of 4 of those things....you will make it. I have sever depression (and bipolar disorder) so i can understand where you are coming from. It is hard to do things, but if you push yourself forward, you will be rewarded someday.

So my boyfriend and i were texting last night about marriage and he was saying all these nice things like his heart is telling him to marry me etc... then he gets home from work and tells me hes not ready to be married and bam my heart is broken again... i starts crying and all he can do is say "wtf" or "watever" please someone tell me what i should do... i really love this man

Well let me just say that is "wtf" and "Whatever" was uncalled for and you need to tell him that. Ask him why he told you he wanted to marry you and then he said he didn't want to? He was just having second thoughts. But, darling, don't cry about it. A lot of people have second thoughts, and yes, your heart is going to be broken but not forever. Just talk to him, maybe he just had a bad day. But making you feel hope for marriage and then saying he didn't want it was very mean of him, tell him that.

Well just be straight forward. Tell him randomly "You know, i'm gay." His reaction is key. Does he wink? Does he shrink back? Does he smile? Does he nod? All of these are signs of how he responds to it. With any luck he'll tell you he is gay. After you tell someone you are gay, they will confess what they are to you. If he tells you he is gay, confess your feelings to him.
BUT if he doesn't tell you he is gay and he still seems like he holds interest in you he may just be scared. So drop hints here and there. Touch his shoulder lightly when he says something funny, etc. He'll get the hint then and may tell you he likes you and that he is also gay.

Alright well there's this guy i'm not sure if i like him anymore it's not like before where i constantly think about him to be honest but him and i had a thing going on and everything and then he was acting dry towards me so i stopped talking to himf or 3 days and in those 3 days i saw him and he told me he got back with his ex girlfriend because i was sending mixed signals,however i've had dreams about this guy almost 4-5 times in a row and all of them have been him breaking up with his girlfriend or something like that i can't really remember too be honest i'm just wondering what does it mean ?

It means that you really like this guy and that all you want is him to break up with his girlfriend.

I would advise you to talk to the principal or a counselor because it could get worse and someone could get hurt.
If that doesn't help and if things get worse, talk to your parents. Tell them you want to switch schools because you're tired of this school. If they ask why tell them. Tell them you have talked to the principal and nothing has changed and that you just want to leave this school. I know bullying is hard, I've been there. You just have to stay strong.

I don't think you should challenge her to a mock fight at all, it might go wrong and someone could get hurt. You should talk to her sensei and tell him how she has been acting and also talk to your daughter about it. Tell her she will be taken out of the class if she doesn't start helping and being herself.

I love my boyfriend very much, we've been dating for a little over a year now. Recently, I've been going to some legal programs as punishment for a small wreck a few months ago. While there, I've met a guy that is really nice. When we first started going, he was really cool and I could tell he was flirting with me but I didn't flirt back because I have a boyfriend and I'd never dream of cheating on him. Anyways, tonight was our last court date and he lives about an hour away so there isn't really a reason for us to see each other anymore. The thing is, I like him a lot as a friend and I'd like to be better friends with him but I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression, especially my boyfriend. After we left the court house, this other guy asked me out to dinner and I politely declined (he didn't know I had a boyfriend at the time). Later, I added him on facebook and he apologized for asking me out because he didn't know I had a boyfriend at the time and I decided not to tell my boyfriend about this guy asking me out because I didn't want to cause unnecessary jealousy...so I guess what I'm asking is, would it be wrong of me to pursue a friendship with this guy? I feel like it would be selfish of me to do so because it might hurt my boyfriend and lead this other guy on...but could I still text this guy some times?? I just don't know where to draw the line! Well i would say that someone with a boyfriend is aloud to have a guy friend. It is all your decision what you should do about this. It would be fine if you talked to this guy but you tell this guy that you have a boyfriend and that you and him are just friends, nothing more. Make it clear to him. Also, you could tell your boyfriend you met a guy, who is a friend, nothing more. Because one day he might find out and get the wrong impression, and be upset.

My little sister is 15 and she's looking for a job in Texas. Can you be 15 and work at Walmart, h.e.b, Kroger, Brookshire Brothers, or any other grocery store like that? And does she have to have a works permit at 15? Thanks for all your time and help.

Yes she has to get a work permit at 15, especially if she is in school. Typically you can have to be 16 to even work at a store, but she could get a job at a ice cream store. She can also work at fast food places and she can be a waitress. It all just depends on the people hiring. Sometimes they will hire 15 year olds, other times you have to be 16 :) Just ask around.

Yesterday, my husband opened a package of those Keebler "Bug Bites". They are bug shaped graham crackers pretty much... Anyway, he ate one and it was stale and tasted horrible. It turned out they had expired in August of 2008... Today, he has been throwing up and has the runs. Is there a possibility that he got sick from eating even one of those crackers or is it just the flu and he needs to suck it up?

It could be both but I suggest he goes and sees a doctor because that was about two years ago, that can be very dangerous. Your husband will be fine as long as he gets checked out and assured :)

17/f so im pregnant obviously and i went to the doctor and they gave me pills that is going to slow down my babys heart beat and than im going to get the abortion operation. the dad of the baby is this guy that ive been going out with off and on for 2 years. he was my first and i love him. but we recently had a falling out and he doesnt know any of this. i tried to tell him one time that i was pregnant but he gave me a freaked out look so i said just kidding. i dont know what to do or if i should tell him again? or if he even cares. please help

Well of course you need to tell him, in my opinion. He is going to be freaked out once you tell him, but don't get scared. Just tell him you're going to get an abortion, and see what he says.
Maybe he'll want to be with you through the whole process, maybe not. But you shouldn't be scared, it will be nice to have him with you considering he was your first and you love him. He wouldn't have looked freaked out if he didn't care.

Yes brown blood means you started your period. Typically when your period gets regulated, you will see brown blood occasionally when you have that time of month and when your period is getting ready to stop until the next month.
