Will My Breasts Get Bigger?

i have somewhat small breasts, 34 B. i am 16 years old. however, my mom has breasts that are 38 C . is there hope that my breasts will grow larger or am i just done? also, if this is relevant, i first got my period when i was 11.

Yes, you may get larger breasts if you have your mom's genes for them. You typically stop growing around 17 or 18.
