Hi I'm in high school
and I have friend who is 26 and I love her she's getting married next year and I haven't seen her in along time I asked her about the wedding and she said only over 18 could come I really don't understand she was laughing so it must be a joke or not she never comes to my gatherings so is this a right friend for me or just give another chance? My boyfriend and I are looking to get married soon, but we have run into a problem. I really want a sunny wedding day (since I live in seattle, this would mean it would have to be in May-August). However, for our honeymoon, we both really want snow. We aren't skiers or anything, we just think the snow is very romantic. Just got married not to long ago (3 months ago) anyway my family and I went to our city's local fair and husband ran into his co-worker not a big deal she was at my wedding but when she practically jumped in his arms and he gave her a huge hug I got concerned. Why??? Well because he went out of town for 3 days for work and when he got back I got a "hello babe" and a peck on the lips. okay I didnt think much of it til he gave this woman that kind of hug. Then I started thinking "IM your WIFE" and I get a peck this woman gets a bear hug that I love to get from you.. When she first seen him I thought it was someone he hasnt seen in awhile the way she screamed and ran up and hugged him, when I seen who it was I thought dang you just seen him at work.. He knew it bothered me he could tell by my face.. couple days later he brought it up and I told him yeah I was concerned I even told him it wasnt about the hug it was about the way it was. He told me not to worry and went on his way. Should I be worried and should I persue this more to him. Or just leave well enough alone?? (link)

okay sooo what happened was in august i was supposed to get my period towards the end of the month but because my boyfriend was going away to university, i kept taking my pills (started a new pack) to postpone my period so we could have sex. Spotting occurred but whatever. because i started a new pack too early the period that i was supposed to get after that new pack i didnt like the timing of, so i waited a day and started the next pack, hoping to change my cycle back to the way it was. Now, i have to problems..
1. my period has been spotty for like the last 2 weeks and every time it seems to go away, it comes back. How long before the spotting goes away? hopefully by this weekend seeing as i have a wedding to go to :(
2. I thought i was okay to have sex so i did and there was a little blood, but my boyfriend came in me... do i have a high chance of becoming pregnant because even though i am on the pill, i skipped a day like the week before we did it to try to change my cycle (link)

SO-- my boyfriend and I have been together five years and plan on marrying. We're not yet engaged, but we know that the timeline is so sensitive with us-- he starts medical school in August, and I want to be a newlywed with him for at least a month before school starts, and both of us have leases that end July 1st. Clearly, a perfect wedding date would be late June or early July. Sooner than that would put us living in my crappy apartment (with my roommate) for our first month of married life before we can move to campus, and later than June would put our wedding too close to the first day of school. I want a long honeymoon and time to settle into a new home with my new husband. So we'll get engaged in December, have 6 months to plan, and marry late June or early July. Perfect, right?
NOT-- I just found out that my cousin (who has been engaged for 6 months already) just set his date for early July. We both share a huge Wisconsin-based family who don't have a lot of money. Their wedding is in Nebraska; mine would be in North Carolina. I feel terrible asking my family to spend the time and money to travel to my wedding as well as theirs, plus isn't it rude to get engaged after someone and set your date right before theirs?

I met this guy at a party and we completely clicked.(Not it like a 5 second moment but we actually had a lot in common) We talked the whole night while all our friends did their own thing. He asked me to come the the beach the next day and got my number. He texted me the next morning about the beach but something had come up so I told him i couldnt go. I told him we should hang later that night and he said sounds good. I texted him around 7pm and he told me he couldnt hang b/c he ended up staying pretty late so we didnt end up hanging out which is fine. I hadnt heard from him for about 3 days then he added me on facebook which i guess means something these days. Anyways he adds me then doesnt say anything so me being the straightforward impatient person that i am wait like 2 days and then text him to come out with me and my friends to a bar. He tells me he is prob stayin in becuase he has to leave early for a wedding. I respond well if you would like to hang for a little we will prob have a couple drinks before hand. Then he DOESNT RESPOND. Nothing doesnt even say no thank you or something...its been like 2 days now and nothing! Is it a lost cause? (link)

This week i was informed that i have been selected to go to France and study frence with a honors program. It is an opertunity of a life time. I am a senior in highschool and once i graduate i would like to go into fashion designing or interior designing. I have "shadowed" an interior designer before and have helped people in their rooms with designs. I am also curretly designing my prom dress and would hopefully some day like to design my wedding dress. Just one concern.... What if i am totally out of my league and really have no clue with what i am doing. What if i go to college and major in this and then find out that it isnt for me? Hey. I'm planning on getting married in September. I have yet to buy or even look at wedding dresses. I have no idea what size to get or anything. So, I need yalls help. :] There arn't any stores around here that sells dresses, so I'm pretty much confinded [sp] to online.
I'm a size 0-1 depends on the brand.
I'm a 32a cup...if that matters.
I don't want a short trane, but one without a one at all will be fine.
I love ones with lots of beading and such.
I doubt I can get one this cheap but it would be amazing to have one under $250.

I'm getting married in October, if all goes well. I've been looking for wedding dresses online, because none of the shops near me have anything close to what I'm looking for. So far I've found one dress I like, that's actually pretty cheap. ok, so yesterday I went to davids bridal and found 2 dresses I really like. I tried on the first dress, and it was pretty when I looked in the mirror, but inside I felt like it was just another wedding dress, and I didnt feel like myself....but the 5 girls that were with me all really loved it and thought it was beautiful.
THEN, I tried on a beautiful princess looking dress, with lots of tulle in the skirt, and the top was a beautifully beaded Halter. Not only did I think I looked pretty, but i FELT beautiful in it, I couldnt stop smiling!!
Then I asked the others what they thought...
every single person preferred the 1st dress over this one.
Yesterday when I tried on those two dresses, the pretty poofy princess dress made me feel the prettiest, and I basically had my mind made up that thats the one I wanted for sure.
Then I texted a picture of it to jay and melissa. my fiance's mom and dad.
Jay, He said he liked it and asked me to email it to him. So i emailed him 2 pictures.....

I thought everything was great....
Until I got an email from melissa.
She said, "I like the 2nd dress better..."
It really upset me because i felt like everyone preferred the 2nd dress over my favorite....
The other dress was pretty when I looked in the mirror, but I felt so uncomfortable, and felt like just another bride. I considered it a dress that people would forget what it looked like as soon as the wedding was over....
The poofy dress made me feel like a princess, and I know people would remember that dress for days....
So I'm stuck. should I go with a dress that everyone likes to see me in and thinks I'm pretty,but not really feel like myself?
or go with the dress I feel the best in and have people think I'm not as pretty?
Why did she even have to stress her opinion about the dress she preferred when I clearly stated in the email which one I wanted????
I'm just getting aggravated because she keeps trying to change my mind about almost everything!!!

Okay.
I'm 19, currently attending Savannah College of Art and design, and I want to work for Pixar.
Lately i've been building this image in my head of the ideal future for me. Living in Emeryville, CA, working for Pixar, swing dancing in San Francisco on the weekends, snowboarding in the mountains... i've looked at wedding dresses, and i just keep elaborating on this vision i have of the direction i want my life to go in. And i'm afraid i'm just setting myself up for disappointment. My mom has told me that it's good to visualize your goals, but i'm afraid in 3 years when i'm starting the "rest of my life" so to speak, it's not going to be what i pictured.
Is it bad for me to be so concerned the future? Is there anything i can do to ensure this happens for me, or should i stop worrying about it?
