i have smoked pot a couple of time....and cigerettes. my mom and dad know about the cigerettes...but not the pot. do i need to talk to someone about my problem....or should it phase?

over the summer....i met a boy. we liked each other and made out the swimming pool, bedroom, basicly all the time. We weren't bf/gf though (i was single)

I go back to his house about to get jumped by a girl who was his girl-friend. Is it my fault for not asking him if he had a gf of his fault for not telling me. i have been so depressed since then....i can't get over him, he seemed so perfect.

hey well im a 15/f.. and i don't why but i feel so ugly compared to the other girls at my school... They are lkike so grogeous and guys actually talk to them and stuff... well me i have hair on my face like on my upper lip im always getting made fun of because people think im weird and anorexic because im soo skinny... and i want to get a makeover because im tired of judging me... so should i get a makeover? and don't say no you should just be yourself.. well it doesn't work like that at my school its either your pretty and you fit in or your ugly and everyone hates you... so what should i do?

I bet you arent ugly. But i think that you should get a makeover or maybe a new hair for a new look. and i know that the whole "be yourself" thing DOES NOTwork. you should let people know your pretty side. maybe put some eyeliner on and put a headband on your head. or change some of your clothing style. i had the same problem. I thought i was the ugliest person and i was uncomfortable of myself and felt so "out" comapred to the other girls. i ahted looking into the mirror. One day i tried to go for a new look. put an eyeliner on. and did other stuff. and now i dont think im ugly anymore. I dont think im super pretty but i have more confidence than before. By changing your look, you might feel uncomfortable at first, but it will show the world that you have a prettier side. Good LucK!!!

every year i start off the school year being shy. last year i finally opened up and grew out of being shy and now that its a new year im back to being shy and i hate it. i can talk around my friends and stuff without a problem, but people i dont really know too much like my classmates, i cant open up to them. they either do all the talking and i just stand there looking like an idiot not knowing what to say, or i just neveer talk to them. i dont want to be shy but every time i try not to be shy i feel like everyones staring at me. I DONT WANNA BE KNOWN AS THE SHY GIRL. all of my friends know that im loud and stuff, but the rest of the people dont know i exist cuz im soo quiet. what can i do to break outta my shell and just let loose?

i have the SAME problem. the classes that i have my friends in, i talk a lot. bbut the ones without my real good friends, i shut down. People probably think me as a weird borin person.and i absolutely hate that. and i understadn that its hard to open up because these people dont give you an opputunirty. and the whole advice "just be yourself" does not help. You should join clubs or sports. Especialyl sports becayse teamwork will bring a bond with one another on the team beacuse everyone has the same goal of winning. Another things you can do is, you can look for people in your class who also looks interesting but are nice. Those people who are just randomly there and try to start talking to them . For me, I also wanted to let everyone know that im not boring and i have a life and know how to have fun. In the hallways or lunch, i would clown around my friends and make people know that I know how to have fun. Doing these will get people to feel easier talking to you. i hope it helped some?? :] have the same problem in some of my classes too and im slowly trying to fix my image in their heads haha Good Luck!

do you have to exercise every day to keep off the weight?? i want to eat what i want [only 3 meals], and exercise 4-5 days a week. would that be good doing that??

you dont have to excerize every single dayy. well it actually depenends on people. But i think your routine is good because its really close to mine .But dont overeat because no matter how much you excersize, if u overeat, then you will gain weight. The besy way is eating 3 meals but eating more in the morning than at night. night is the time you sleep, and if u eat a lot, all the fat will be stored in your body when your sleeping. and thats bad because you arenty moving around. your routines good :] Good LuCk!

Okay so I have blonde hair, medium length with sideswept bangs. It's kinda a dark dirty blonde color. I want to do something totally different with my hair, like some crazy color highlights or streaks or something. I just don't know what color would look good or anything. So anyone that knows what they are talking about have any ideas about anything. Thanks!

Maybe make it blonder

and cut your hair a little shorter and make it layers it might look cute :]

or dye your hair dark instead. just dont dye it like a simular color if you want to look more different :]

all the guy at my school go for looks in a girl....that's it! that is sooo wrong! as they get older will they change and start realizing that looks don't matter....or will they always be like that?

looks can matter. a lot of people do look for looks but there are some who dont. It depends. some guys amture and some guys dont. i personally hate guys who just look for looks. its stupid. Most smart guys, will look into your inner self and decide. Not just looks. Because looks will get you no where in a relationship but personality will. They should soon notice :]

whatever you do, DONT give in. You will regret it later on. It will not make you look cool. and you are right, it will make you look stupid. I dont think Smoking, something like can shorten your life, is cool. because once you get into this kin of situation, it will be hard to get out of it. If this were friends, they will accept the fact that you arent interested. If they start to not like you for this decision, they are just doing that to make you give in. If they do, you should get friends who accept everything about you. :] Just dont give in, you will regret it. Good LuCk

Im 14, and im 150 ilbs. I am not athletic at all, I can barely do a cartwheel. My dream has always been to be a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader. How can I start exerciseing and doing streches, where by the time im older to be one=].

Everyone tells me I'm GORGOUS. It's just my weight! And i I'm not Athletic.

I can't join a cheer team, because they use the best! It's so imbaressing. So whats hould ido at home, Im willing to do ALOT a day =]. & how much weight would I loose, and how fast?

im a cheerleader right now and i think the best thing to do is first take tumbling lessons at a gym around. Check online around where you live :] there should be levels of tumbling so you do not have to feel ashamed. you should of seen the first time i tried a backhandspring lol. you dont need to lsoe weight now. ive seen many buff cheerleaders. and cheerleading or tumbling will help you lose the weight. Heres some tips though. cheerleading is all about flexibility. Do leg lifts first to get you going. They are critical to raise your jumps. or kicks. this will raise your toe touch. Do lunges and aim for splits. These are helpful for cheerleading. i hope u reach your goal :]

My shins hurt-what to do?

you probably have shin splints. i got that when i did hurdles in track. what i did was , before every meet, i drank advil. But it will eventually go away after a while. so dont worry. if it hurts a lot,drink advil. It works more effectively than Tylenol for shin splints :] Hope it gets better

I want to get John Frieda's Curl Around shampoo/conditioner. Has anyone here used it, did it work well? I have naturally wavy hair, and I just started wearing it naturally instead of constant straightening. I wanted to know if this shampoo will enhance the look.

Also, how much is it about at WalMart? It did not say online and my mom won't pay over $4. Thanks!

what's appropriate to where with flats? i just have simple black flats and i'm not sure what will look okay with them.

you can wear it with anything, flats look good with anything i think. leggings. a skirt. it will still look cute :)

ok this question might seem a bit weird. when i do my hair in the morning, i usually straighten it & wear it down. basically, by like 11 i have to put it up. it annoys me so much. i just can't write and have it down because my hair is thick and i have a lot of it. i put it up in one of those cute little messy buns but i dont know. for some reason i think its prettier to wear it down & if i wear it up i feel boyish. im basically just wondering what your opinion is. should girls just wear their hair down all the time?? or is it pretty to wear it up too??

i think you should tie youer hair in a high ponytail or something. i do that because same with you, if i wear it down, it gets annoying after a while. everyone wears there hair down all the timeand i jsut think tis boring. no change. putting your hair up can look cute :] a bun is cute too with a big headband. i wear my hair down sometimes but for me, i cant stand it. lol Both is pretty. I color my hair a lot...but next week when i get it done i would like to just do it one color. Right now it's brown with dark brown, black, and blonde streaks. I don't have a picture of it but i want like a shade of brown that's dark but not really dark. I have fair skin and baby blue eyes. So what shade of brown is right for me?? Pictures would help!!!!

Hey, I'm 13, on my mom's accont, I don't think this matter though?

-Anyways. I was thinking about going on an all protein diet. All I eat is meat.

Breakfast- Bacon [ the kind I buy is like 50 calories for 3 peices ]

Lunch - A few slices of Ham.

Dinner:

Monday- small hen.

Tuesday- baked chicken

Wednesday- steak

Thurday- baked fish.

Friday- ribs.


I'm 5'1...150 ilbs.

If I exercise for 30 minuetes everyday, Will I have a flat tummy by January?

meat and fish are ofcourse needed for us. But eating meat every single day isnt healthy. First of all Oil is not good for you, and remember. Meat DOES have a lot of calories. Try eating more of veges or fruits. meat is important but eating it everyday is just going to make you unhealthy and trust me. it will not make you have the flat tummy. Meat is full of fat, so i advice not to. i hope you get a flat stomach :] good luck.

i always want to lose wieght and tell myself to go on a diet and to not eat as much but like a day after i forget about it and continue to pig out... what can i do?

when u dont eat that much for a day and eat a lot the next day, its way worse than eating normal. when you dont eat that much, your body thinks ur starving, and the next time you eat, all the things you eat is taken into your body. and more fat is stored. Eat heal;thy but you also should excersize. I have the same problem. I often think that not eating will get me to lsoe weight, but i always think that since i disdnt eat, i shouldbe allowed to eat later on. My advice is, eat a lot in the morning, and not eat too much at night. Because night is closer to when you sleep. When you sleep all of those things that you just ate gets stored. Eat everyday. you can pig out at least once a week because if you dont, then you get too stressful. but just try not to starve one day and pig out on the next! GOOD LUCK!!!

Do leg lifts to the side about 20 times, then to the front 20 times. to the back 20 times. :] if it hurts then start at 10 and gradually make the amount greater. Good Luckk
