Dallas cowboy cheerleader.

Im 14, and im 150 ilbs. I am not athletic at all, I can barely do a cartwheel. My dream has always been to be a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader. How can I start exerciseing and doing streches, where by the time im older to be one=].

Everyone tells me I'm GORGOUS. It's just my weight! And i I'm not Athletic.

I can't join a cheer team, because they use the best! It's so imbaressing. So whats hould ido at home, Im willing to do ALOT a day =]. & how much weight would I loose, and how fast?

im a very experienced cheerleader and my friend had the same problem!! she wats heavy 2! and she did no exersize wats so ever!! but she wanted to be a cheerleader at my school!! so wat was she to do?? she pulled it 2gether and went to the gym everyday!! i helped here learn tumbling, jumps, stunts, and now she is onee of the best cheerleaders on the squad!! but she only had the whole summer!! you have about 3 or 4 years!! i think you should go to the gym everyday 4 at least and hour and workout then get with someone to help you be more stretched and to learn different cheers jumps and stunts!! i know you can do it!!!! you just got to put your heart to the test!! do you think you can do it?!? w/b asap!! ok!!!!!!

im a cheerleader right now and i think the best thing to do is first take tumbling lessons at a gym around. Check online around where you live :] there should be levels of tumbling so you do not have to feel ashamed. you should of seen the first time i tried a backhandspring lol. you dont need to lsoe weight now. ive seen many buff cheerleaders. and cheerleading or tumbling will help you lose the weight. Heres some tips though. cheerleading is all about flexibility. Do leg lifts first to get you going. They are critical to raise your jumps. or kicks. this will raise your toe touch. Do lunges and aim for splits. These are helpful for cheerleading. i hope u reach your goal :]

Well, i just started cheerleading and its deff. not about how much you weigh. Alot of my friends that are cheerleaders are skinnier than me, but weigh more since it takes a lot of strengh to be a cheerleader. Work on push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, and streches a little each night and in a month you will be a lot more flexible. Theres also many sites online that can help you with cheerleading. Google it sometime and read about somethings that can help you with flexibility or with jumps. Good Luck! :]

okay how much weight you loose is up to how tall you are and stuff. but i think you should start gymnastics to start getting that athletic body and when you your older you will be able to do back handsprings and all that stuff. also, stretching every day is good (if you take gymnastics that will help you). try sit ups, the ymca gym because they let you in the gym when your 14, and read articals in magazines. they usaully ALWAYS have stuff in there about weight loss.

you should start taking gymnastics bicause it will tone your body and limber you up and youll definetly be able to do a cartwheel.

ok well women arent allowed to model unless they r 120 pounds and maybe i dont know just a little bit over. i think since ur not athletic .. it would help to build up muscle but the limit of healthy weight for a twelve year old that is like 5ft. is 112lbs. sooo...i think you want to range a few pounds under 120 pounds. hope i helped .. and for dieting tips:

1. Drink a lot of water

2. If you feel sick of drinking it...excercise this is required!!! because if u perspirate you will want more water which will help.

3. Don't eat junk food.

4. Don't eat white bread, go to wheat because it is much healthier plus white bread can cause diabetes.

5. this includes hamburger and hotdog buns.

6. Check calories on food.

7. don't go all out every now and then take a little break like if you want you can have like three cookies.

8. watch your milk intake cause like whole milk.i heard...is a no no go for soy or skim.

9. Swim, dance, even probably buy a salsa dance program... look online for them or paid programs of selling of dvd's of salsa dancing, cause it does burn calories.

10. eat slower take about thirty minutes to eat.

11. work out with weights if you want AFTER you lost some weight cause fat can turn into muscle, and you dont want that to happen.

12. Have a positive outlook and only if you want.. you can track your daily intake of calories

13. excercise for about thirty minutes a day when you start out and when your ready you can go for different times like 40 minutes...an hour etc.

14. take it slow and dont push it. you might want fast results but if you want it done properly you will take my advice.

15. take breaks when excercising like for about five minutes, drink water.

16. there IS a difference between excercise and work out. excercise is to burn calories and give you strength (but giving muscle and strength is not its main goal) you know? and work out is to burn calories but building muscle is its main goal.

take a beginner yoga and a beginer dance class. since they are both beginner classes, you dont have to worry about what other people think of you

yoga and ance actually make you lose a lot of weight, and make you become flexible AND athletic!

im pretty sure this wont take oup all your time during the day, but the great thing about yoga is it makes you flexible, and you can do it while watching tv
