i always want to lose wieght and tell myself to go on a diet and to not eat as much but like a day after i forget about it and continue to pig out... what can i do?
HypnotizexMe answered Thursday November 16 2006, 11:07 pm: when u dont eat that much for a day and eat a lot the next day, its way worse than eating normal. when you dont eat that much, your body thinks ur starving, and the next time you eat, all the things you eat is taken into your body. and more fat is stored. Eat heal;thy but you also should excersize. I have the same problem. I often think that not eating will get me to lsoe weight, but i always think that since i disdnt eat, i shouldbe allowed to eat later on. My advice is, eat a lot in the morning, and not eat too much at night. Because night is closer to when you sleep. When you sleep all of those things that you just ate gets stored. Eat everyday. you can pig out at least once a week because if you dont, then you get too stressful. but just try not to starve one day and pig out on the next! GOOD LUCK!!! <3 [ HypnotizexMe's advice column | Ask HypnotizexMe A Question ]

I have found better ways of dieting now.
Focus on something else.
Plan to go out? ..Take up a sport as then not only are you having fun, your exercising and being focused will help you lose weight playing and lose weight from not needing too eat.
Take up a hobby you will enjoy..Not swimming as after you feel dead hungry and will just eat more.
Perhps Tennis, Badminton Horse Riding ?
Or simpler stuff..Just focus on something perhaps go out and be busy...the busier you are the less you will focus on when your next meal break is ^^ Love <3 LittleMooCow [ LittleMooCow's advice column | Ask LittleMooCow A Question ]
