ok so i am 13 years old and i have been since november 16. I am really self concious about my breasts because like all my friends are a size A and i dont even think if i am a size AA (i've never tried one though) I mean when you read this you might think that i actually have breasts but they are small. But i acutally really dont. I have only 2 small like bumps when i look at myself in the mirror. and when i look at myself from the side in a mirror it is literally flat. nothing sticking out. And i have had my period since July. please help!

Hi i was AA at 13 but they got bigger as i got older, you shouldnt be worrying about your boobs wait till your a bit older and then they will grow i was a 24 AA now im a 36 A and im 14 so dont worry every ones bodys are different and no one is the same roxie xxxx

I have this one friend, but she gets really annoying sometimes. She'll talk on and on, and i never get a chance to say anything, and im not the quiet type. She always dominates the conversation, and is always being bossy. My friend Jessica made the basket ball team. And lately she has been acting really mean and shes thinks she owns the whole school and it bugs me and she yells at me in the hole and stuff and I have tolder that shes acting mean but all she said was no I'm no but I really dont know what to do

Why not try leaving her on her own for a couple of days let her see thats shes hurting you then she might relise how mean and hurtful shes been

Ive been trying so hard to loose weight for so long now. I work out my stomoch and legs and arms. I diet..The only thing i drink is water. Im eating healthy. I just dont know what to do anymore! No matter how hard i try the pooch of fat on my stomoch and my love handles just wont slim down! I dont know what to do anymore!! Can someone help me?! Is there some kind of toomer in me or something?! I NEED HELP! Thanks!

Go to the doctors and some times they can give you pills to take to help you lose weight my mum is on the actkins diet and she has lost loads if you deside to go on that search the types of food you can eat hope ive helped
if you chose the actkins diet tell your mum or dad first make sure its ok with them

Why dont you ask your mum if you can have a day of, at school try walking around or if you have p.e that day do some gental exercise.

okay so my mom smokes and i hate it.. like all my clothes smell like smoke b/c our house always smells like it and my teachers look at me evilly b/c i smell like smoke but i cant do anything about it do you know any way to either get my mom to stop smoking or to like at least have my house not smell like it all the time?!

Why not tell your mum that smoking can really damage her health as well as your or if she cant or wont stop smoking make her smoke out side when she needs to smoke take her outside and say that the house is in a bad condition because of all the fumes from your smoking

No its not slutty im 14 and ive had them since i was like 12 and ive got loads of extra bits and bats on them like there lacey or have fluffy bits on but start of with something simple then people wont think of you as a slutty dont go for all sexy stuff just mabe a little partern on or a picture roxie xxx

my parents get mad at me whenever i say something about religion that doesnt agree with their views. they tell me im to young to have an opinion about that kind of stuff. and i do. and im not that good at communicating. so should i just tell them that i believe in god? even though i have doubts?

okay, i just started my peroid a few days ago, i`m 13. i found pads are annoying. i tried tampons but they hurt so bad and i can`t even get them in, is there something im doing wrong? i looked at the directions and everything, and i have almost the smallest size, can anyone help?

yes i No what your going though im 14 i start about cant remember now about 7 months or something mabe a year but anyways ive tryed tampons but the hurt when i walk, so i had to use pads its not that bad when you get used to using them. All you can do is try them for a while if you need help ask your mum yes i no its embarrasing but she might be able to help
