XbleweyedtearsX answered Saturday December 11 2004, 10:18 pm: just do it once, don't go over it unless you really have to or something. If you mess up then get a wet Q-tip and fix it or put eyeshadow on over it to make it look better! or you can put mascara on or something so you can't really see or notice it! hope i helped **x0x0 [ XbleweyedtearsX's advice column | Ask XbleweyedtearsX A Question ]
AquamarineRose answered Saturday December 11 2004, 2:20 pm: I just put my other finger on top of my eyelashes (so they don't interfere)and just steadily draw a line.If in doubt it's a little crooked grab a wet Q-tip and make it straight. Also liquid eyeliner is sometimes easier to use. Karen answered Saturday December 11 2004, 10:36 am: Well when I do it, I pull my eyelid out so I look Chinese and I then put the eyeliner on! It comes out the way I want it: smooth and even! I know someone already mentioned this a little but it really works! Hope I helped :)

Berri answered Saturday December 11 2004, 8:13 am: There's this stuff called NYC Precision eyeliner or something. It doesn't look like a pencil. It's in a little tubey thing with a cap, and when it gets dull, you twist it to get more eyeliner. Kinda' hard to explain, but Wal*Mart has it in the NYC makeup section. That's wht I use,and it works really well as far as getting the lines pefect. [ Berri's advice column | Ask Berri A Question ]
