Talk to her again! Tell her how you feel! Maybe you should not hang around or talk to her as much as you are now! If you just tell her that she's been really mean and snotty lately, she will understand, since she is your friend! Maybe you could write a note instead of telling her in person? Just think of a way and I'm sure things with her will get better some time! Hope I helped :)

Stop hanging out with her so much. If she asks why say 'you've been mean to me lately.' Maybe then she'll get the point.

Tell her that! She sounds like one of those girls who like competing with her friends, she probably thinks she's a leg up at the moment.

ask her to sit down with you and tell her how you feel and that she needs to stop being so mean or shes gonna lose you as a friend and if she doesnt care about loseing you as a friend then she wasnt a good friend to you anyways...

I think you should just try to stay away from her you know, take a breather. Or on the other hand you should go and confront her. Follow your heart.
