Words of advice on love:
- Don't ever let someone tell you that you are not in love.

- To me, age is not an issue. If you are 13 and dating a 30 year old, then it's a big deal. If it's 5 or 6 years, not a big deal.

my boyfriend is having surgery next week on his knee. he says its no big deal and that hes glad hes having it. im really sad but happy for him at the same time... what if something goes wrong? im scared though is this normal i just dont want anything to happen to him and i hope it doesnt he wont be at school for a week because he will be on cruthes and i dont kno if i will be able to talk to him on the phone much. how do i deal with this. thanks for any advice!

Having knee surgery is one of the most common surgery there is, other than getting your tonsles removed. I can guarentee you that nothing will go wrong and he will be JUST fine. My boyfriend had knee surgery just like everyone else in his family. I'm sure you'll live without talking to him for a mere week. The week will go by very fast and he'll be better in no time. There is absolutly nothing for you to be worring about. I got nervous too when my boyfriend told me he was getting surgery. He's nervous about me getting my upcoming surgery on my mouth. It's very normal to be feeling this way, but you have to know that everything is going to be alright. He'll be back within a week and you'll be able to see him and hug him and kiss him or whatever you want. He will be fine. Hope this helped.

Well, I for one I am not a virgin. I lost my virginity a few months ago to my boyfriend of 9 months. We did it because we felt that we were ready and we love eachother so we wanted to take it to the next level. There is so much pressure in todays society about having sex and you think "Hey, everyone's doing it, why not me?" And it shouldn't be that way. Both me and my boyfriend do regret having sex at such a very young age and if we could take it back we would but in reality, you can't. I did it because I was in love and I wanted to take my relationship to the next level. With other girls, they do it because they think they're in love and they just want to please their boyfriend. It's also a stupid popularity contest. If the most popular girl has had sex with this guy and that guy and all of her friends have had sex with so and so and so and so, I should do it to because maybe they'll like me. I was not pressured in any way to do it, it was simply my mistake that I made in doing it. Both of us regret doing it and since that day haven't done it at all. We've come to realize all of the risks that we are taking in doing this and we want to wait until we are older to share that moment again. I have only been with ONE guy and I only plan to be with ONE guy. For girls that's how they feel but then, if their boyfriend breaks up with them and they had sexual intercourse, they feel like there is something missing from their new relationship and start to have sex and it's the same vicious cycle. I hope I answered your question enough so you could get at the very least a partial understanding about why girls and guys are losing their virginity at such a young age.

Guys like a nice smile. One thing I have ALWAYS told girls on this site is to always SMILE! If you go up to them and flirt alot like joking around and be like "Hey sexy, what you doin' later?" and kind of hug and hold him a little, it turns them on. One thing that makes my boyfriend go crazy is when I whisper in his ear, or when I torture him. My dog has REALLY bad dandruff(sp?) and i do not know what to do. Is this normal? Ive tried brushing him but theres just so much! Does anyone know of any good products?

You can actually use Head and Shoulders on your dog. The same thing happens with my two Shih-Tzus so we just Head and Shoulders on them. It's actually perfectly safe to use regular shampoo on dogs only you need to avoid getting it near their eyes because it will hurt their eyes like any other shampoo would. Try using that and even conditioner and massage it onto it's body. If you live in a cold area, ie: New Jersey, PA, New York, etc. it will dry out their skin. Try that and if doesn't work, I'd suggest taking him to the doctor. Hope this helped.

Ok so here's the deal... everytime my boyfriend fingers me it makes me have to go pee even if I went right before that! does anybody know why?!?

The same thing happens to me. If he sticks his fingers in really deep, it pretty much puts pressure on your blatter which is causeing you to need to use the bathroom. It's actually really healthy to go to the bathroom RIGHT before he does it and right after. Alot of girls won't do that and it can cause Urinary Tract Infections (UTI's) and those are a pain in the ass. So, it's pretty much completely normal for it to happen. I think they got married too young. Yes I believe in love at first sight, but to take it as far as getting engaged the same night, that's a little weird. I think that getting married at 19 is very young. You still have your entire life ahead of you and being tied down to one person all through college is hard. You want to go to college, get a job get your life planned out and see what the real world has to offer before you go and get married. But then again, back when Romeo and Juliet was written, it was very common for a girl to get married at a young age like that. Now, it's rarely accepted by people. I believe that if two people love eachother and do want to get married, that if their love is strong enough, they can wait a couple years more to get married since they want to spend the rest of their lives together. First of all, it's the most repulsive thing to have sex in a public place. It's illegal and if you get caught, you'll be arrested. If you're arrested, they'll call your parents and tell you what you did and then you'd be forbidden to see your boyfriend ever again. And having sex doesn't mean that you have to take all of your clothes off. If you're at his house alone in a basement or something, wear a skirt and he can just unzip his pants and you can pretty much climb on top of him and do it. And for your first time, it really all depends on the other person and you. You can keep going at it until you both orgasm (he cums and you orgasm) It could take at the most I'm guessing 40 minutes if you go slow and if the guy pases himself. I advise you not to do it in a movie theater even if no one is in there. It's disgusting. Whatever you do, use a condom and use it correctly. You don't want to be getting pregnant at 16.

It could be that he wants to take it to the next level in your relationship which means that he likes you alot. And if he likes you alot it could mean that he wants to take it to the next level in your relationship. Girls need kisses all the time and it's sweet that he's been kissing you more often. If he keeps it up for a while, try asking him if he's trying to hint at anything. Also, depending on your age, it could just be that he likes you alot and he wants to show his affection towards you. One thing that you should do is attempt to make the first move and see what happens. If things go well, then maybe you can take it to the next level. Only take it to the next level if it feels right. Certain Dri- Spelt just like that. You can get it at drug stores. I don't think Wal* Mart carries it but Rite Aid, CVS and whatnot, they have it. It costs around 7-10 dollars depending on where you get it from. It's more so an antipersprant than a deoderant. Follow the directions on the box, and after about a week, it gets so much better. All I can say to you is if it feels right for both of you, no one is stopping you. I will warn you about this: Once you have had sex with someone, you become extreamly emotionally attached to that person. So God forbid the two of you end up breaking up, you'll be very very hurt in the end. It's so sweet that the two of you are virgins and you want to lose it to eachother. You need to make sure that he feels the same way as you do or else it will be him just doing it for the sex. I also must warn you to be careful about who you tell (if you even say anything to anyone) if you do decide to have sex with him. Since he is 18 and you're still a minor, he could be arrested for rape, because it is considered to be "endangering the welfare of a minor". And, I also would advise you to be careful, use a condom and please use it correctly. Always check the condom when you're done to see if there were any rips or anything in it. I have music playing out of my PC and I have NO IDEA where it's coming from!! I'm not sure when it started because I left the PC while it was starting up. There's nothing on the toolbar, desktop or when I press ctrl alt + delete that suggests music - there's nothing that isn't normally there. It's almost like a radio station. I've checked my CD drive, media player and there are no pop ups or anything this music could be coming from. Does anyone have any idea what it is or how I could stop it?

If you are logged on to AIM, if you look up to the top of the buddy list, right underneath My AIM People and Help there's a little box. Alot of times it's advertisements that play music. If it's not that, then your computer is probably intercepting radio waves which is causing you to hear music. My computer intercepts phone calls so I can hear random people's phone calls. If you go to the little speaker icon at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, double click it and then there will be 5little settings for sound. The first will be Volume Control, then Wave, then SW Synth, then CD Player, and then Line in. If you click the mute box for either Line in or Wave, it should stop. I'm not 100% sure which one it is but you can try it out. Hope this helped.

It seems as though he's leading you on. If he pretty much invited you on a date and he had a girlfriend the entire time and didn't say anything to you, that's a little messed up. I would really think he's leading you on. I would say just try to get over him, and plus, he's 18 and he should be going to college soon, so when would you see him? Sex is probably the most amazing experience any girl or guy can go through, if you do it with a person that you love and if they love you back. For alot of girls, it is painful the first time you have sex because, if you're tight "down there" then having a penis shoved there is going to hurt. The only way I can describe the pain, is that it's one of the best feeling pains you'll ever experience. Trust me, sex is an amazing experience if done with the right person. It can be addicting at times, but ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a condom!!! Friends of mine have had prengnacy scares because they were stupid and didn't use a condom, lucky for them, they aren't pregnant. It's hard to explain really how sex is, but I guarentee that most people will say that it feels very, very good. You just have to experience it for yourself! But please, before you go and have sex, make sure it's with someone you love and someone that loves you back!! Sex gets people emotionally attached and if the couple breaks up, it's hard. Good luck!
