My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I need to lose weight and I love to swim. I've heard it was good exercise but i dont know what to do. I would like to lose the majority by the end of the summer. I would really appreciate anyone's help.

Pilates are great work outs. You can buy dvds and work out to those and running, walking, swimming.. anything will help you get in shape. When you swimm, you use all the muscles in your body. Just eat healthier and you'll get to the shape and size you want.

If those girls actually judge you on how your penis looks, they're pathetic and they're a waste of your time. They do surgeries for things like that, but that's just a suggestion.

well everyone always says guys love when girls have confidence and they get turned off by selfconcious girls..well im really selfconcious and i have confidence about my personality but not looks-wise and sometimes i accidentally complain about my looks to my boyfriend..or he ll catch me looking at my reflection in any kind of object that shows it..im afraid he might break up with me because guys want girls to have confidence and i think it bothers him alot! how do i stop being so selfconcious and show him that my confidence is growing?(if it does)

Of course guys love confidence in girls.. and the other way around. Guys hate listening to girls saying "Oh my gosh, I'm so fat! & My hair is soo ugly.. my teeth, my nose." Blah, blah, blah. It's annoying and not attractive. Your boyfriend is with you because he likes you. He doesn't care about how you look. He likes you for who you are and you need to do the same. Love how you are. Enjoy life. Stop worrying about your looks and such. I know you a bit self concious, but learn to love your body and everything about you. He will defenetlly notice that and it's having confidence. Don't care about what other people think. You don't need moron's and their lame opinions. If you're happy with who you are, that's confidence and I'm sure you will learn how to accept yourself.

what exactly is an orgasm and how do you know when you are having one? also are they hard to get or do they come easily during sex?

An orgasm is basicly a feeling of pleasure that feel good. For some people, they're harder to experience and for others they can get them quicker. You can get one from oral sex, masturbation or just sex. You will defenetly know when you get it though.

Look, you have to understand that she just wants to be friends. If she wanted to be more, things would already of happened but you have to accept the fact that she doesn't want a relationship. This happened to me before and I got annoyed of it but it would be a good thing if she gave you a chance. Talk to her and ask her if she would just give you a chance and see if it would work out. If she doesn't want to, she's really not interested. I'm not saying any of this to be mean, but I'm just being honest. You shoulnd't have to impress her or do anything special for her or for anyone just so they would like you.

The age difference doesn't seem to be a problem but parents are different when it comes to their kids dating. She just doesn't want anything bad to happent to you but you should be able to make some of the decisions for you. Talk to her again and see if she would change her mind. She should meet him though.

He's shocked to see that side of you and maybe he isn't ready to do things like that. The best thing to do is just talk to him about it. Even though it might be a bit uncomftrable talk to him and see what he thinks. You don't want to make a move on him and then he rejects. Find out how he feels and then maybe you guys could move on. If you really like this guy you would take it slow. If he breaks up with you because you're not so innocent anymore, it's his choice and you should respect his decision if he doesn't want to do other sexual things.

Ignore him. Since he wants to make you mad, don't give in on it. Let him say things to them .. just don't pay attention and try not to let it bother you. He probablly does it on purpose anyways but eather way, ignore it and he'll give up.

ok i did something really stupid but everyone makes mistakes. lol alright well today i went to a bbq and i knew i was gonna go swimming so i didnt want to take a shower and then like have to take one tonight again. anyway well i really needed to shave my legs so i just did it like not in the shower or anything and i used a brand new razor and now. it's like all razor burn. like my whole thigh and its red and bumps and looks like a rash. and it's soo weird lookingg!! like it is gonna go away? should i put something on it like lotion or something? will it go away overnight do you think bcuz people are coming over tomorrow and its hot so i wanna wear shorts but i'd be embarrased with this red rash thing on my leg!! what do i do?!!? thankss so muchh!

That is so normal so don't even worry about it. Those bumps will go away in a couple of days. I get it sometimes and it's not really noticable. Don't pay attention to it much because you will only think worse of it. I'm sure it's not even as bad so calm down and just have fun tomorrow. Just put lotion on your legs so they're smooth.

im having trouble findin the rite bra that will give me good cleavage, it seems like ever bragive me bad cleavage and it doesnt push me up im a size 34c but i think it may b the wrong size. please help me solve this problem and if there is anysite that i cna go to that like shows examples of bra sizes that may also help!

Victoria's Secret have the best bras. They are pricey but the girls who work there are a lot of help. Whatever store you're at, ask someone to help you. Sometimes they will measure you and see what your size is and help you find what kind of bras are for you. Push up bras give you cleavage but the comfort it really important too.

Okay my friend is 14, soon to be 10th grader and her boyfriend is a senior. So she's having sex. Her parents don't know.. but she has NO problem flaunting it around everywhere.
She's doing it because she thinks she's in love and she doesn't want to be alone. Being alone is her biggest fear so she latches onto any good guy, you know? I've known her for 5 years and I've seen it over and over.
And a couple of people think her boyfriend is only in on the sex.

You are a good friend for worrying about her and being there for her, but honestly, her sex life isn't a part of you and you shoulnd't tell her parents. If she is in trouble, then talk to them but other than that, don't talk to them. Talk to her. Tell her what you just told us. Make her understand that you are just worried about her and that she doesn't have to sleep with a guy just so she's not lonely. I'm sure she knows you just want to help but I can also see if she gets bothered. I know you don't mean to but if she doesn't think she's making a mistake, that's on her. Don't try to prevent it and maybe she will learn from it. It's hard to see your best friends hurt but just be there for her no matter what kind of decisions she makes.

What he did was mean but you don't have to break up with him. Is there a reason he said that to her? Think about it. Would he just say something mean to her for NO reason? Maybe.. but you should just talk to him and find out what happened. If he keeps disrespecting your friends then you can break up with him. If you break up with him now, it's not wrong but just make sure you know why he did what he did.

hey ok i got my period like umm about a year to a year and a half ago. i dont kno if that is necesarry to know but like now i have it again i got it last wednesday and today is Saturday. it has been really light where as i only need to wear like a really thin pad or whatever. but sometimes it comes out heavy for like an hour or something. now i was wondering like should i expect to have my period a little longer htan normal since its really light? or should i plan on it ending tomorrow like myne normally end?

Periods don't always end on time so we don't know when it will stop. Even though it's really light, you might be on it for longer. You never know. Just wear panty liners just incase and if it always end on a certain day, it might end tomorrow.

how could i get rid of split ends? like are there any kinds of shampoo and conditioners that could get rid of split ends because im trying to grow it out but it wont work cause i straighten and blowdry my hair too much so its lke fried

First, get your hair trimmed. Cut off all the damaged hair and after that, start treating it well. Use Treseme (sp) breakage shampoo and conditioner. You can also buy this spray called Ion from Sally Beauty store and it prevent your hair from damage of heat like the blow dryer and such. You can also try heat protection form V-5 .. I think that's what it's called. Just take care of your hair and it will grow healthier and faster.

Fourteen Female: I've like this guy for about six months and we've gotten pretty close but no one knows I like him(Greg). I am really good friends with Greg's best friend Mike. Mike told me that he thinks Greg likes me alot but is too afraid to admit it. He said Greg probably sees me as under his standerds because Greg is really popular. Me and Greg have been really good friends for a really long time and I don't want to ruin our realtionship but I would like to confront Greg on this some how. No matter how good of friends you are, you can always make a relationship work. The only way your friendship could get ruined is if both of you let it. If Greg thinks that you're under his standers, that's wrong. I don't care how popular he is, it's really lame of him. The next time you talk to him, bring up the subject of you and him and just start a conversation. He probablly does like you but maybe he is scared that you don't feel the same way about him. You should just tell him how you really feel and see what happenes from there.

Hi, I found out a few months ago that my boyfriend (he's also my best friend)is moving to Belgium, which is bad because I live in the US. My problem is that though 4th grade all the way through 7th I was a cutter. Now that I found out he's moving... I started again. He Knows what's happening and gives me all the love and support i need... That makes it worse. I love this guy more than ever, and we recently got sexually involved. I'm sooo scared.

Honestly, do you even see a point in cutting yourself? Eather way, you know that he has to move and you're just going to be left with scars and still upset. You shouldn't cut yourself whenever there is something bad going on. You have to learn how to deal with it in a different way. You are making this guy feel guilty for moving and it hurts him as much as it hurts you. For now, just spend as much time as you can with him and just support each other. Spend more time together and just accept the fact that he has to leave. I know that it's really hard for you and I can't even imagine if someone I cared about had to leave, but I can put myself in your position. You're really upset, I understand that but you shouldn't be cutting. After you leave that scar on your body you're still left with the problem. It's not worth it. While he's still here, enjoy the time you have left together and have fun with him, your friends and family. Be around people and just don't be too sad about this because you're going to have to let him go. When he leaves, keep in touch with him and you guys are still going to be close.

i love basketball and i have kinda planned my life around but one thing ive noticed is how all the pro basketball players taht r girls r flat chested its odd to ask this question but im wondering how to prevent that and how to stop your boobs from sweating?!? Please Help

Most atheletes have less fat on them and that's why women have smaller breasts. Not all women atheletes are like that though. Less fat, smaller chest. That fat can also turn into muscle and when you're playing any sport, of course you're going to sweat. It's part of life and it's normal. I don't really know what you can do to prevent sweating on your breasts but it's not good for you if you do. You burn fat while you sweat and it's good for you.

okay i love my sister sooo much & we are extremly close, but 1 thing bothers me about her. she is almost 15 years old & i am 17, but everybody thinks she is older then me when they meet us! i do not look young for my age, but she has much bigger boobs then me (which is fine she's like a c or d & i am a b) & she's a little bigger then me in general. neither of us is ugly & i don't care that i happen to be smaller, but it just bothers me that everyone always thinks i am the younger one. what can i do to meither make them think i am the older sister or at leats stop it from bothering me?!

I understand why it bothers you, but don't take it the wrong way. Looking young is a good thing. Putting more make up and dressing differently won't really make you look older but it makes you look un natrual. Just enjoy looking young and besides, when you're older people are going to think you're much younger anyways. :)

Tommarow I'm going to a concert and then after the concert I'm staying at a hotel nearby where the concert was. Then, after I stay 1 night it will be the 4th of July so I will have to put a nice outfit on and go to my friends lake house where they are having a party. Then, I'm sleeping over my friends lake house for 1 night. And the next morning I'm going to wake up and stay there until 5 pm. I'll be arriving home on Wednesday night. So basically I'm going to be gone for only 2 nights but I'm going to have to change a lot because of the concert and the party. I have no idea how much stuff to bring! How many shirts, pants, sweatshirts, shoes, socks, jewelry etc. should I bring? I need numbers and ranges please!!!

I can't tell you how many clothes you should bring. It depends on how many times you want to change. For the concert, bring a cute outfit. After, bring something comftrable that you can change in like shorts, tee shirt, and such. Bring another outfit that you can wear to the party and bring another one that you can change into after. Also another one that you can change into in the morning. Get it? So basiclly bring about 4-5 shorts, and undies and bras .. just extra things like that.
