ok my hair is as straight as a board and i can never get it to stay curly more that like 2-3 hours. what can i do? i got a perm once and it stayed in for 2 weeks.

You are really lucky. With a few exceptions, people look best how God made them. If you have pin straight hair, know that I am jealous and that you probably look better w/ straight hair anyways!

what is ceramic iron.. i just only know it has to do with a hair straightener

A cermaic iron is a straightener that has ceramic plates. Ceramic is better than metal because it doesn't burn your hair and also it creates a more uniform heat.

Alright, I usually never do anything with my hair but wear it in pig tails, pony tails, straightened, or just flat. But tomorrow I was thinking about wearing a messy bun.

I'm not sure how to do it perfect, because I've tried just putting my hair in a regular bun and messing with it a bit to give it the "messy" look, is there something more to it? Am I not doing it right? Lol, please help. Thanks.

Ok, gather your hair in a ponytail, ut don't secure it.Fold your hair in half and then secure it. You can ruffle it a bit, too.

okay this is for girls but hey if your a guy and you know what your talking about go ahead...so i put eyeliner on and like by the time im at school its wearing off and when i get home its gone and like under my eyes..ahh what can i do..

If you put it right inside your eye, notonly does it make your eyes look small, the tear fluid there wears it off. Put eyeliner UNDER your eye, and you don't need it on top. 3 coats of black mascara and you're done!!

I plan on becoming sexually active soon. I am currently on birth control and we plan to use that AND a condom as protection. I was wondering if anyone knew the percentage of the effectiveness if both protection methods are used together? I know the chance of getting pregnant is really slim, but if anyone knows the actual percentages for the typical use of them (not totally perfect use), then I'd appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.

Yeah the ones with spermicide are better. I heard Trojan is best. Condome are like 98% and birth control is 97%.

Yeah, I think both are slutty. i know that I know guys who will randomly flip up girls' skirts, and if you're wearing a thong, I think that might suck. And yeah, making out with a non bf is slutty.

ok i want an ipod for xmas but i was just wondering whats teh difference between the actual ipod, an ipod mini, and an ipod nano. Like I no ipod minis and nanos only hold 1000 songs and the regualr ipod holds aorund 10000 or sumthing....but thats it....so i was just wonderign which is better and price isn't an issue...I just wnt to no what they all do and stuff. Oh and I know that ipod minis their battery power is really crappy I was wondering if teh regualr ipod is better. Thanks

Both an ipod mini and nano hold 1000 songs. Nano is smaller. Ipod hold either 5 or 10000 songs, depends on which 1 u get

ok ppl this is kinda sick. my mom got me this new razor thats really weird and i pressed down harder than usual. the next day i got tiny red bumps on one of my legs and the day after that i got em on both legs and the red bumps are a little bigger. Is this razor burn or like ingrown hairs? if not what are they and how do i get rid of them FAST??

Eye drops that get the red out and Stridex acne pads get the red out, and usually make the bumps smaller.

I'm 15 (16 in a month) and I'm really interested in helping the starving children in Africa. Only I don't know how to get involved in this? Is there anything I can do to help these poor children?

Also, when I'm older (out of college) I want to travel to Africa to help these children (note: this is not a new-found passion, I've wanted to help since 8th grade but I havent known how to help) is there any way I could get there like any group to join? I'm not sure how I could go about with that but I really want to go to help for a year of my life.

I need advice on how I can start a petition. I need to know how I officially and legally start it and who do I present it to. How do I organize it? As you can see from my title, the purpose of the petition would be to have some sort of ruling against out-ruling the pledge of allegiance in schools or changing it.

Anyways, do you think because of 'under God' that after over 200 years, the pledge should be changed or withdrawn from any school. Why or why not? Thanks in advance.

A cocktail dress is formal, but it isn't usually shimmery, or anything close to wedding/prom dresses. If it's colored, chances are it's a cocktail dress!
