My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

What do you think would look better, gold or silver jewelry?

If i did gold, I kind of like this bracelet because its wild and my dress doesn't have embellishments.

The color of the dress is gorgeous and either silver or gold would look great - lucky for you :) It all depends on what you like better. To be honest, most girls will be wearing silver. It's like that at every prom almost. If I were you, I would do gold just because it's not expected. However, I would not add a necklace because the top of the dress is busy (in a good way) that it doesn't need any jewelry. I would add a few light gold bracelets, a ring & earings. Just make sure you don't go over board with jewelry lol. As for shoes, Bakers has really cute gold (or silver) sparkly shoes - especially with a high heel :) Either way, gold or silver would look great with that dress.

Sometimes, other people get in the way and it causes friends to drift apart a little bit. You need to talk to your best friend and let her know that no matter what anyone else says or thinks, you guys are going to remain close. Real friends don't let other people get in between them so you need to make her realize that.

I think the qualifications are the same for all states. When I got my permit, I just brought my temporary ID and my passport. I would call the place you are going and ask them in advance. They will be able to tell you better than any of us. Good luck on the permit :)

Ask the employers around you. You have to have a workers permit when you are 15 years old.

It depends what you're interested in! Get together with your closest friends and go out. Maybe a spa day, get your nails done, massage. After, go out to dinner and if you guys like to party, go to a club for a bit. You can always find creative things to do in your home town :) Happy early birthday!

My honest opinion ..... hideous, especially on a woman. I think it makes the woman appear very unapproachable and unprofessional. So yeah, not attractive at all.

It's not a bad thing, but parents can be very protective and start to assume things. I know because my parents are the same way lol. Don't be upset with your mom because she won't let you, she's just worried about you. Maybe she'd feel more comfortable if an adult went with you guys.

Look, I personally think you are WAY too young to have sex. Not only that, but you're not ready. I don't think you know one thing about what sex is. It's not something you do just because your boyfriends friends tell you he really likes you. That does not mean anything if it's not coming from him. Especially at your age, guys will say anything to get some. You think it will be a secret, but he could be the type of guy to brag about it to his friends and it will get around. You're scared, and you're not ready. I think you're putting more pressure on yourself to have sex than he is. Wait a few more years and do it with someone who you LOVE and who loves you back.

It's a natural things for girls to feel a little jealously, especially when an ex tries talking to your man again. But listen, if you really trust your boyfriend like you say you do, let it go. He is allowed to talk to anyone that he wants, as do you. He has an innocent conversation with her and I don't think there were any intentions. If this girl keeps texting him and talking to him, let him know how you feel. Explain to him that you don't like it and just be honest. It's important to tell him how you feel or else you'll end up feeling bad about the situation. I'm sure your boyfriend respects and loves you enough to not talk to her if it really bothers you.

I wish we could figure out how long our periods would last each month :/ but we can't! Every girl is different so it's hard to say. Most girls have it for about 3-5 days, but it get's lighter over time.

so i got a puppy about 3 months ago and hes a yorkie/shiht-zu and he is currently 4 months old. he bites me all the time. i hit him (lightly offcourse) on his back not on the head but he just growls at me and gets angry and trys to bite me even harder. i also say "NO" when he bites me and again he growls at me and doesnt listen at all. i really dont know what to do becuase he bites my little brother also. (not hard since he is a puppy) but still. how can i show him whose boss? and make him stop biting me? i mean eventually he is gonna grow and its actually gonna hurt. thankyou so much in advance.

He's just a puppy, so of course he is going to bite because he is teething. My yorkie did the same thing when he was a puppy. He bit our hands the most. Don't hit him on the back, but just tap his nose and say no and walk away from him. Another trick that works is getting a water spray bottle and spraying him on the mouth. Of course, very lightly.. you don't want to terify the puppy but you have to show him that you're in control, not him! Get him chew toys for puppies because it's good for their teeth and he will avoid biting you. The older he get's, he will grow out of it and stop biting.

Just make sure you train him while he is still a puppy :) Best of luck!

Most cities don't have teen "clubs" but there are probably hang out places. I tried Googling it for you, but I haven't had much luck. Try searching areas in your hometown.

Start playing a few times every week with your friends. Maybe you can ask a former player from the team to give you some pointers and advice on how to make the team. They can see what you need to improve on and you'll keep getting better the more you practice.

The number one thing a guy notices about a girl is how confident she is in herself. If you and him are taking pictures and you say you hate how you look and complain, it's a major turn off. Love yourself and your body no matter what - and don't be so insecure about it.

When you guys are together, just get your camera out and take pictures! You don't have to ask him, just say "Let's take a picture like thisss" and kiss him. When he sees how comfortable you are with yourself and HIM, he'll be more than happy too.

There could be a few reasons why you're experiencing this pain. For one, are you sexually active? If so, I suggest getting checked out. However, it could be an infection which is pretty common.

Try drinking a lot of cranberry juice. This will loosen up any bacteria in your urinary tract and flush out an infection. Cranberry juice makes you urininate a lot.

If that does not help, go see a doctor as soon as possible just to make sure. It's nothing to be ashamed of.
