hey kisses, chances are you probably do still like him a little deep down, but depending on what the fight was about and the fact that you dont seem to want to like him, tells me he might not be such a great guy. one way to get rid of that last bit of liking is to focus your liking to another guy you like better. but if hes not such a bad guy after all, nothin wrong with liking him, and maybe you guys can get over the fight thing with a mutual (both of you) appology. good luck girl!

skip the diet pills an go for green tea, it boost metabolism and suppresses hunger. or talk to your doctor about your options. but....if your going to take them no matter what anyone says, which i suspect you might, go for something all natural, and NO CAFFINE OR EPHEDRA!!!!!! ephedra or ephedrines can kill you. they can cause dizzyness shortness of breath, and they will make your heart race, which is pretty scary if your just chillin.if your under 18 you wont be able to purchase them, and if thats the case id really just get some green tea.

My ex-boyfriend just got locked up in juvi. We only broke up a week ago and we dated on and off for about a year and a half. We both still have feelings for one another. Anyways, his grandma and grandpa (whom he was staying with) called me last night and told me the whole story. His grandpa was on the other phone (different #) with Justin. His grandpa was saying Justin said he loved me and he wanted my address and stuff (to write, no phone calls or visits allowed.) The deal is, his grandparents were really sweet and sincere to me the whole time, though they were pretty broken up and crying, as was I. The thing is, since me and Justin were kind of on the verge of getting back together (that has nothing to do with what I'm about to say...just some info) his grandparents get to go see him tonight at 7. It's a half an hour away from town and its almost 4 now. Should I give them a call to check up and see how things are going, or would that seem like a pest? I don't think they would mind in the least, I just wanted to make sure it was an appropriate gesture and what I should say.
P.S. I'm pretty sure they would call me after they got back but I didn't know if I should call just in case.

it sounds like theyll call, but just in case, they clearly know how you to feel about each other and i dont think theyll consider you a pest to call and ask how things went. if your real worried about annoying them, wait untill tommorow and call early enough to not be disturbing anything (meals and what not) and just say im sorry to bother you but i was just wondering how things went last night, and if you could tell me how justins doing. if they dont call tonight they may have come home an gone straight to bed, kinda stressful i imagine, plus they might get home late for ...umm. well... older folks. if you do call tonight you can call before they go and ask them to call you back when its convienent and let you know how hes doing.

please dont dress like a skank, thinkin it will make you look better. im sure your very beautiful, but i know its easier to build self esteem when you feel like you look pretty. theres lots of less drastic, an SLEAZE FREE, ways to enhance your appearance.being african american i think offer's even more oppertunitiys for changes, like you could try getting long flowing weave, or if you prefer it short try some blonde highlights they have specific brands for your hair type. you can also try different make up styles, but dont overdo your make up, less really is more. ive always felt a subtle color eyeshadow (shimmery colors are popular right now) eyeliner and mascara were all anyone really needs, skip the fruity colored lips, an go for a more natural, untinted lipgloss with high shine. medium size hoop earings of silver also help to brighten up your face. other than that theres just basic things like moisturizing your body everyday to keep your skin healthy and to avoid dry skin. if you really want to change your clothing style, go for trendy, but classy!these things are all on the outside but all it takes to start feeling better is liking a few things about yourself. after that youll have no trouble building self esteem. all women are beautiful, because we have the ability to constantly change our styles without anyone wondering why,and dont you forget it!

Okay, well I'm not that good of a singer, and I know that. But, I have a beauty pageant coming up, and you have to have a talent, and singing is all I can come up with. I can also tumble pretty well, so idk if I should do that or not. I have a round-off back-handspring, standing back-handspring, round-off back-handspring series, and standing back-handspring series.
So I have 3 questions:
-Should I sing, or should I tumble?
-If I choose to sing, what are some tips to help an amature?
and BTW, the talent has to be 2:30 seconds long.

wow! thatd be some show, id say go with the tumbling, to make it last longer you could do each tumble seperatly with a little dancing in between and finish up with a grande finale of all your moves in rapid sucssession.good luck! let me know if you win.

unfortunatley, we live in a world where damn near everyone can find fault with someone else,s lives. whether its religion or skin color or even as shallow as looks. thier deal is that thier prejudiced, and its not nice, nor is it pretty. also when it comes to religion, alot of them have a nasty habit of feeling thiers is the one and only correct path to God.really theres not a whole lot you can to to shut trash talkers up. clearly you can attempt to educate the ignorant about your religion, but thats just one option, you can also ignore them, or stoop to thier level (which with some idiots it might help to speak thier childish language) and talk shit right back. im sorry you have to experience this, but good luck to you.

witch hazel and cotton swabs several times a day wipe the area down with a witch hazel doused cotton swab, nothing works for everyone but this worked very well for my sister. good luck

the stuff you want is h2 ocean for body piercing. alot of tattoo and piercing places carry it in a spray can. you can also find it for sale online. its not table salt and water that clears it up, its sea salt. which is what the h2 ocean is. youll just want the piercing version of it, not the tattoo version. i know the stuff works because i had an infection in my eyebrow peircing that got so bad the infection had actually created another hole near the peircing to exit. i got h2 ocean an sprayed it on 4 times a day and quit touching it with my fingers and it started clearing up later in the 1st day. good luck

you guys should sit down an talk to each other about it both the fighting, and his lack of communication, theres nothing wrong with aruging like cats an dogs, but it really helps for you both to agree that when aruging and angry, that your both willing to go the extra mile to get the fight over and still be together. remember that as long as you both love each other and want to still be together durring and after the fights, nothing is there to stop you. ive been with my husband since he was 15 years old and we STILL fuss alllll the time, but it helps that we both are very much in love and we both know it, so we agree to litterally never go to bed or seperate mad. this can cause some real problems in the sleep department occasionally, but wed both agree its worth it.as to his not talking about his depression, try disscussing with him, what would help you build the kind of trust in his eyes that he would need to be able to share his depression with you.in the mean time just try to be supportive depression is hard on te depressed and everyone that cares for them. good luck to you both.

15/f goin out wit 16/m. i need to know two things. one it is about to be our 6 month anniversary and i dont know what to get him. he loves football (the eagles) he likes rap and R&B. i dont and cant work so i dont want to go over 40 dollars. and i also need to figure out something for valentines day. i wont be able to see him on that day but i will be able to see him on the 13th so i can give him what i want. but i dont know what. i was thinkin like a teddy bear and choclate but do guys really like that stuff? any help will be appericated.

well i dont know if your man wears hats, but my boyfriend (now husband) was a huge raiders fan, so i got him a raiders hat and he loved it an still wears it 3 years later. plus it was only like 10 or 15 bucks at kmart. i cant really say how hed feel about a teddy bear and chocolate , maybe if you could find a bear in an eagles jersey. or another idea would be a card with a gift card to his favorite music store.it also pays to be thoughtful, if your on a budget like put kisses all over a card, an write in it that its worth such an amount of kisses, or a 20 minute back rub. just a few suggestions you could mix an match as you choose. good luck, and happy anniversary!

try standing in a windmill position (you can put a broom, or other stick across your shoulders for balance) and lean straight over to the left and then to the right. if your doing it correctly you should feel like your stretching each side continue untill you feel that muscle burnning in both sides.good luck! please keep in mind, and look it up on the web, that cardio, and muscle building, including targeted muscle building, both burn fat!

honestly hun, i dont think youll be able to really forget it, no one likes to be used.what he did to you was very hurtful. try to keep in mind tho that if you do see it as a mistake to sleep with a guy, you know is attatched, its even more wrong for him to cheat on his girlfriend. im not like most women on that, where they get so angry at the other girl. i believe it is the attatched persons responsability to be faithful to thier partners. try not to be too hard on yourself, you feel it was a mistake, but instead of letting it drive you crazy, try to just learn from it. like im sure next time the chance comes up youll know guys that are attatched, that are willing to be unfaithful are usually just out for sex on the side. it sounds like you learned a painful lesson, but my advise for easing the pain would be to avoid the jerk in question, and although i cant tell you what to do, id highly reccomend letting this be a life changing lesson. make it a personal badge of honor never to be an attatched guys on the side bedroom buddy again. it will prolly be angering and hurtful for a while, but turning it into a personal moral should help to make you feel empowered again.

ok so i havee 2 best friends chelsea and aaron. well they are going out so my 2 best friends are going out. well latley chelsea has been acting weird b/c aarons been messing with her more than usual. she has changed a lot. she thinks shes prettier and a better person than me. and she trys and rubbs aaron in my face. and its just getting on my nerves. i don't know what to do about it. do i tell her how i feel or what?? please tell me what to do about this.

well if you value her friendship,you could tell her tactfully how you feel, and be prepared to point out specific things shes doing to make you feel that way, and just ask her if she could tone it down a bit. if shes a good friend she shouldent mind. its possible shes really happy and just cant contain it, just explain it nicely to her and see if she even realizes shes doing it. on the other hand if it gets worse and it seems like shes doing it on purpose, tell her exactly whats on your mind, without the politeness, because clearly having a boyfriend doesent make you a better person than anyone else. good luck

well, the fact that he said no, doesent sound to promising,but if you like him, id suggest telling him how you feel(in private) and let him know if he changes his mind the offer stands. be careful taking a young guys friends word over thiers, sometimes boys do this to each other, even if thier friend doesent really like a girl. so try to get all your solid info from him.good luck

its not that it litterally stops, your not bleeding as much at one time as you think, after the water washes away whats on the outside you prolly wont see much if any blood on your pad for about an hour after you get out of the tub. it will take a little bit for more to reach the outside of your body, thats the "stop".

this is truley a sucky situation, you are honestly going to have to make a choice here. you can contine to pursue this boy, but it will prolly put a strain on your friendship. some best friends can go for the same guy an just be happy for whoever gets him, but i personally, feel friends (good ones) are more important than guys. my best friend an i have both agreed to never go for the same guy, we allow the one that "liked him first" to do the chasing. then if hes not intrested in them each of us will get a chance after the other has moved on.the only exception to this is if you feel hes "the one" in which case obviously the better friend would back down from that. now i cant tell you whos telling the truth about the look, but hey, try both an see if theres a change in how he looks at you. but keep in mind, that if you do find out your friend was lying, try not to be too mad at her, because it probably means she really likes him alot. srry for length, good luck

ok im 13 and a female. my period is three months late! its has been coming steady and iv had it since i was 11 so i shouldnt have missed it. I told my mom and she said i could be pregnant but iv never had sex before! the farthest iv got with a guy is makeing out i wont even let him take my shirt off. im worried that it is something serious. i know it could be stress because im under a lot this month but i wasnt last month OR the month before. somethings really wrong i know it. if i dont get it this month then what am i meant to do? im afraid to ask my mom to take me in to the doctor's about this and my family doctor is a guy! please help what should i do?! and im very sorry this is so long.

been doing any extreme dieting or exercising lately? both can make your periods stop. if your not comfortable with your doctor, talk to your mom, or a friends mom, about an alternative doctor, for your female problems. if you do get stuck going to your doctor, you can awnser his questions let him feel around on your tummy and watever else your ok with, but keep in mind, YOU CAN refuse to allow him to look down there. if he thinks its something that needs to be looked into, he may be able to reccomend a female in the same office. good luck
