im in a relationship with one of my best friends. like everyone else, it took me like 2 months to actually say yes to him bc i didnt want to ruin the friendship [as a matter of fact, i ended up asking him out after he dropped major hints over and over that he wanted to but didnt want to be rejected - guys and their pride.. haha anyways]. its the best relationship ive ever been in. weve been together for about 14 months, and were on a break right for other reasons now but basically nothings changed and we do plan to get back together soon. he has asked me to marry him and i do expect him to be my first. our first kiss was totally unexpected for me, and it was before we even started dating, but every kiss we have is amazing. were one of those couples that everyone can see the love we have for each other you know?
basically, dont reject a potential love for fear of losing the friendship. yes it can happen, but it really depends on the friendship you already have. do what you feel is right. i took a chance, and it was one of the best decisions ive made.
What are some good songs to encourage someone who has recently gone through a break up?
Not sad, "I want you back" type songs, but songs that help you get over that person.

there is this guy, who is a senior, he likes me and i like him back and we have become really close. we hung out saturday night and like it was really romantic, he held my hand and we jsut talked for like two hours. it was amazing. but hes a senior and im a sophomore. we really like eachother but im sooo worried about the age difference. like homecomming is comming up and i dont know if he will ask me or someone else bc of the age difference. this is really getting me worried...so please help.
A sophomore and a senior isnt a big difference at all! On a maturity level they say a girl datin a guy about 2 years older would be right, but whatever. If hes a good guy who's not just lookin to get him some, and youre into him, then go for it! good luck =]
I have bad acne. Iv had it since 5th grade and Im now in 11th. Im 16 and a felmale. I have proactive, but doesnt work. Is there anything I can buy/do to help clear my face up? Anything I can stop eating/drinking that might help. I LOVE Pizza and I do drink to much pop, is the pop doing it? Any ideas are welcomed!.. But I dont want anything stupid like put toothpaste on it. I have acne, not just pimples. Thanks!! =]
honestly, your diet doesnt have anything to do with your face. its been proven numerous times.
proactiv didnt do anything for me either. have you seen a dermatologist? trust me, they can help a ton. i went through about 5 creams they gave me, and theres one called Duac that helps a lot!
also, theres oral medication. if your acne is REALLY bad, have you considered accutane? its known to work wonders however there are serious serious side effects. if its not as bad, theres Minocycline. i used it and its amazing.
also, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne wash is a great face wash that clears it up some and makes your face smoother!

Okay so generally when, in your opinion, does it look okay to dating a senior? When i dated one back when i was a freshman, everyone called me a whore and called him a pedophile. Can only juniors date seniors or something? In high school, what is considered too young and too old? I just don't understand the age differences when people think it's acceptable.

i dated a senior when i was a freshman. i dont see a problem as long as its not a FWB relationship or one where he's taking advantage of you - now THAT would be slutty. but it depends on the maturity of the people. i know plenty of freshman who have dated seniors who made awesome couples!

So, our family have been going back and forth between the Honda Pilot and Honda Odyssey. We really don't know which one to buy. Could someone list the pros and cons of each & which one you guys would buy and why?
We need a lot of cargo room since we do mass shopping type thing and since I have a sister in college that brings half the house with her to her dorms. And I'll be going to college in 3 years. And which one has a higher safety rating? They both seem similar to us when we checked the sites & googled it & etc. Uh, which one would be better in the future, also, to like sell I guess? Or keep?
I don't know. I prefer the van...but my mom says it looks like a Mom car [ironic, I know] and she likes the Pilot more because it makes her feel younger? Haha. I don't know.

yeah i dont like vans too much & my mom obviously doesnt either. but they both have about the same amount of room. the Pilot seats 8 and has space in the back plus all 6 back seats can fold down, and there's a cargo rack on top. so its basically which style yall prefer, because the size & amount of space between the 2 arent that different.
I'm trying to come up with as many creative reasons I love my girlfriend and I need ideas please. I'm trying to come up with 365 reasons I love her. Our 2 year anniversary is coming up and I thought that I'd make a cute little book with 365 reasons why I love her. Does anyone know if a minor having sex with another minor is illegal in Georgia? I always thought it was okay if both persons were under 18. But some friends recently told me it is illegal to have sex and much less buy condoms if you are under 18 in the state of Georgia.

the age here is 16. if youre younger than that then im not sure if its like illegal and they can do something or what, but it is 16.
im pretty sure they cant stop you from buying condoms no matter what youre age since its an "over the counter", so-to-speak, birth control, but you can get them for free at Planned Parenthood.

ya know like when someone says something, or somethin happens or whatever.. and it really impacts you i guess and you get that feeling like you got the wind knocked out of you or your heart just stopped? yeah, thats it. it can be in a good way or a bad way. thats the best i can describe it though haha hope it makes sense.
I have never gave blood before but I want to start because you can get money for it. Does it hurt? And my one friend said you could rub like bengay on the spot all day before you donate and it wont hurt at all is that true?
im pretty sure you dont get money for giving blood. HOWEVER you can get money for donating plasma which is a part of your blood, but i think its a different process with different needles. yes they still draw your blood but they seperate the plasma from it but i think its something you have to be specific about. they wont just automatically take your plasma if you give blood.
giving blood doesnt really hurt. its basically just like a shot.. the needle will hurt a little going in but its not a scream ya know?

1. i've heard that it feels like you got punched in the face . and it feels like that for days .
2. i've heard that you bleed very much .
3. i've heard you have to twist 4-8 times a day everyday.
4. does it hurt cleaning it and how do you clean it?
5. does it hurt taking the nose ring out for a new ring ?
6. does getting yur hose pierced overall hurt ?
i dont have it but my cousin and a few friends do and this is what ive heard:
1. my cousin said it didnt hurt at all and she didnt even feel it but others have said its just a small pinch. your nose is one of the easier places to pierce along with your ears.
2. you can bleed alot. my cousin did. ive heard caffeine can cause you to bleed, so try not to drink any or much caffeine that day.
3. not sure
4. not sure. probably just with antibacterial soap and water in the shower as thats whats required of alot of piercings but dont take my word for it
5. my cousin said it doesnt really hurt, but its difficult until you get used to it

could someone tell me all i need to know about tanning?... like how much it costs, how much i should do it for when i first begin..and i know about the skin cancer, and i know to use tanning lotion or sun screen.
monthly it usually costs around $30 for unlimited. if its any more than like $35 id look for a different place. its $25 where i go and its very teen friendly and they have new bargains every month like buy one month get 15% off lotion, buy 2 months get the 3rd free, etc.
as for your first time id say 5-10 minutes depending on how your skin reacts to tanning indoors or outdoors. usually the people at the desk can give you some help on that.
for the tanning lotion it supposedly helps you get a darker tan quicker so i bought some just to see [i only began tanning this year] and honestly i dont really notice a difference in when i use it or dont. dont use outdoor lotion though i heard its bad for the beds but i dont know how and it doesnt really benefit you as far as tanning or protecting you from cancer since its for the sun.

i dyed my hair yesterday and it came out too dark. its really dark brown, almost black. it's ok, just not what i was looking for. are there any ways i can lighten it? if i bought another thing of dye, i'd probably have to pay for it again, & i'm broke. plus my mom would have to do it and she's never dyed hair before so i'm sure she'd mess it up. i don't wanna go to a salon because it's so expensivee, & my mom won't pay. is there anything i can do to make it a little lighter??

ive never dyed my own hair, but ive had my layers underneath dyed twice at a salon, from blonde to medium brown, and it always fades some after its been washed a few times. yours should too. if not, then probably all you can do is re-dye it, but itll damage your hair alot if you do. if you do want to redye it, wait about 3 weeks so your hair wont be fried so much at once, but its almost guaranteed to fade a little.

theres always retail stores, you could pick your favorite one so you get discounts on clothes. life guarding if you live near a country club or something with a pool. daycares - they pay about $8-10 around here. ice cream shops [really popular with teens]. or waitressing. i know you said you dont want to waitress, and i said the exact same thing but it was a last resort and ive been one for 5 months now at a bbq place. let me tell you tips are amazing and i dont live in a very big town. when averaged out with my hours i usually make around $10-20 an hour just in tips. plus my salary. just find somewhere where they wont make you 'pool' your tips and you can make some good money!

this might be long but i need help please help. ok so i had a boyfriend who i really loved. and i know he loved me too. there were jsut moments when you know you can feel it. we were fine and all but then i broke up with him because he was acting different liek he wasnt the same we lasted 10 months. so i asked for a break. during that break i missed him so much and he always said he missed me too. we would always talk and such. but then i decided that i wnated him back. so i tried to talk to him and he told me that i dont deserve him and i said why? and he said if i knew all of the bad things that he did to me then i would neevr want to hear from him again. so i told him tell me. and he said tht he doesnt want to hurt me but that he needs to tell me to get it off his back. he said that he cheated on me. those 8 months out of 10. i thought i was going to die when he said that to me. he also told me that he had sex with 2 girls and that while we were at themall and i went to the abthroom he saw one of his exs and hang out with them. he told me he loves me, and i was the only girl that he loved but that he couldnt take me back becuase after what he did things would never be the same. he says hes really sorry and that he does love me. he sid i showed him what real love is and that he messed up things badly and i shouldnt be with him. he said i too good for him. but after everything he said to me i still miss him. why? how can i get hurt and still miss him? what should i do now? any comments advice? thanks! for the help i really do appreciate it!

i just got mine last month, and i havent had any problems with it at all. just clean it like they tell you to, and as long as your body doesnt reject the jewelry [which isnt toooo common, and if youve had other peircings and they were ok then you should be fine], then yours shouldnt get infected. just make sure you go to a safe, sterile place, take care of it, and dont touch it with dirty grubby hands. good luck! itll hurt a little [cleaning hurts as well] but i love mine =]

I just got what's called the "smiley" piercing.

It's my ONLY piercing and my teeth are perfectly, movie-star white and straight. I have a bar in it instead of a ring right now so you can't see it.

i agree.. very "ouch!" lol. honestly it does look kind of tacky, but not trashy. i mean when you smile or talk theres just a ring hanging there? i think itd be hard to look someone in the eye if they had one ha. hm but if you have a bar in it maybe its not as obvious?
oh, and just FYI - you may not have that movie star smile in the long run if you keep that piercing, itll probably rub your teeth and gum line alot and wear them down like lip & tongue piercings can. just a thought.
if you like it, then who cares what anyone else says? especially if you dress sharp, it shouldnt be a problem.
