the lotion wont work in a tanning bed. it will anly fight against UVB rays. not UVA. UVA is ageing rays.UVB is burning rays

Tanning beds are JUST as dangerous as the sun-- if not worse.

Do not bother unless you want to hurry the aging process as sun bathing and tanning does. You'll be "leather" in a few, fast years.

Instead, check out the new tanning salons that "spray tan" on the tan. It's more expensive, but safe.

You can buy sunless tanning sprays at the store (any major discount store or pharmacy) or sunless lotions. The sprays are best.

That is what ALL the celebraties are doing now.

monthly it usually costs around $30 for unlimited. if its any more than like $35 id look for a different place. its $25 where i go and its very teen friendly and they have new bargains every month like buy one month get 15% off lotion, buy 2 months get the 3rd free, etc.

as for your first time id say 5-10 minutes depending on how your skin reacts to tanning indoors or outdoors. usually the people at the desk can give you some help on that.

for the tanning lotion it supposedly helps you get a darker tan quicker so i bought some just to see [i only began tanning this year] and honestly i dont really notice a difference in when i use it or dont. dont use outdoor lotion though i heard its bad for the beds but i dont know how and it doesnt really benefit you as far as tanning or protecting you from cancer since its for the sun.

good luck!
