I am twenty-one, soon to be twenty-two, and currently work in a loan servicing department. I truly enjoy my job, as well as college, in which I am reaching my last year to receive my degree. The place I work for is closing down and I'm going to be laid off in a few weeks. I am searching for a new job opportunity and have been applying to many places. The work I've been doing deals with the computer/internet so I find that on many job applications they ask more personalized questions like:
"What is your most visited website?"
and
"What is your favorite website?"
I don't want to name something stupid or make myself look bad or immature. What are some really good suggestions for my favorite or most-visited website so this employer won't turn me down? (link)

19/f this guy in my art appreciation class, whom i think likes me, we started talking today about some stuff & he told me he was a fitness trainer & i didn't believe it so he gave me his business card, and it has his cell phone on it, and i kinda called him from a block number a few times. but anyways he smiles at me whenever he sees me outside of class, we talk a little bit in class, and we talk on facebook, when i had one but only about art appreciation class. but my question is would it be weird if i called him? & how long should i wait because he gave me his card today! please help! thanks!! No, if you guys are talking and getting along well, then it isn't weird to call him. Since he gave you the number today, don't call today or even tomorrow. Make him wait it out a few days, it sounds like he likes you and you don't want him to think that you're going to be at his becking call (no pun intended) or that you are going be clingy or desperate (as it can sometimes come off that way to guys). So give this a few days or maybe even a week, make him wait it out and then go for it. Good luck, friend! :)

Honey you are not overreacting. I mean, I think it's great your boyfriend wants to "help" this girl, helping is a good thing. But saying he is dating her? That's way beyond the line of helping. I would tell him he needs to stop "helping" her in the way of acting like he's dating her, and be with you as you are his girlfriend. Tell him he needs to be with you and you only, even if he really is only acting like he's her boyfriend -- it's still feels just as real to you.

From what I've heard, a lot of women can get turned on by other women, however, that does not mean they are a lesbian or even bisexual. Really, you are only a lesbian if you want to date another woman or are interested in them in other ways. If you only get turned on by them, then that doesn't really make you a lesbian.

Considering it's from Macy's, they usually do not sal ehteir bags to other retailers. However, after awhile, they always have sales and bargains, so be sure to watch out for those. Also, you may find something similar at Payless or JCPenny's. Good luck!

My little sister has just started having her periods and I wanted to make a list of tips to give her to help her out. I don't live with her and she lives in a house full of guys (Dad & two older brothers) so it's pretty embarrassing and frustrating for her. The neighbor's have been trying to help her but they don't really take very good care of themselves so I'm afraid she's going to get lost with all of this.
What are some really good tips to tell somebody who has just started to have periods? What do you wish somebody would have told you? What have you learned throughout the years that you didn't know at first (but wish you had known or are glad you found out)? (link)

*Tell her it's completely normal and it's part of being a woman, and growing up.
*Tell her that she is going to be okay and everything is alright, and you will help her with anything she needs.
*Explain to her about pads and tampons and how to deal with her periods.
*Tell her the pain is normal, however, if she has really bad pain you may try getting her Midol if she is old enough, just to kind of relieve that pain for her.
*Tell her not to tell classmates or friends about this because they will only scare her and/or make fun of her -- so that will save her a lot of scares (kids can be so cruel).
If she has a computer, I recommend sending her to this website. I'm a lot older and I still find valuable information, haha.

Well friend, I hope that you can talk to her and make her feel better. I can understand it may be hard for her going through this with all men around her, so be sure to comfort her, visit her often and talk to her often to ensure her that everything is okay and what she is going through is completely normal. We all have to come into womenhood, and she is just growing up to be a mature young woman and we have all been through it so she is definitely not alone.

I have sex every now and then maybe once every two months. Every time we have sex it hurts like hell and i can't seem to get past the pain to start off with..so i never end up enjoying myself. $20 max, usually not even that much. By the way, just some insight on a hamster -- I had one, I named her Chewy, and she was so adorable. I had her for 3 years then she passed away, and I actually had a little funeral for her and burial (I loved her so much haha). So I definitely recommend a hamster. :)

Trust is key in any relationship, my friend. I know it must be hard to see your boyfriend be around so many females, however, you must trust him and know in your heart that he loves you and they are only friends and nothing more. You must trust until otherwise proven wrong, and you haven't been proven wrong yet so it sounds like you have a great guy. Trust him and keep him around, if he treats you as you deserve. Good luck friend and just take one day at a time and trust him.
P.S. If you like, every now and then, go out with him while he's with his female friends if that would make you feel better friend and then you can see that everything is alright and your boyfriend only loves you. :)

I have a computer work at home (W@H) job that I've been doing for about six months now. Unfortunately, the company I am currently working for is closing down and I will be forced to find another job with another company. I am happy that they have given me some notice of this but am still shocked from the news.
Anyway, I have been researching some more internet-based or computer-based Work@Home jobs that are legit. As I was filling out one application, it asked me what my preferred web browser is right now. I realize that this question is there to get to "know me" better.
Personally, I like to use FireFox but I don't know much about other web browsers other than IE (Internet Explorer). Heck, I don't really know much about the web browser I use! I thought it might be impressive to start using a better browser and to know about it so that if they happen to "casually" ask me about it on the phone interview I won't go blank and be clueless.
What is the best web browser to use and, more specifically, why?

In my opinion, Internet Explorer is the best web browser for me because it does everything I need it to. However, if I would recommend to you another web browser, it would be Firefox. I have found that it runs my programs much faster than Internet Explorer. As well as there are much more customizing options on Firefox, such as you can customize how your web browser actually looks (you can do backgrounds, different colors, etc.) and it makes your web browser more "you" in a way. It's very personalized.

I started clipping coupons from the sunday papers and find myself really enjoying the savings. My problem is now that I've started to look online for them I'm finding a lot of fake coupons. I took one that I printed off of the computer last week to the grocery store and the cashier said it wasn't a real coupon because of a fake address on it and that the store itself couldn't even redeem it for what it claims to be worth. It made sense to me and, since then, I've found a lot of people saying how many online coupons are fakes.
I don't want to take fake copies of coupons into the stores and go through that embarrassment again. Anybody know some REAL internet coupon sites I can get coupons from for the grocery store? (link)

The only real coupon website I have found, it is highly publicized on tv and highly legitimate, is www.couponmom.com
I use these coupons all the time and can promise you that these are totally legit. Always when printing out a coupon on there (or anywhere if they are legit), do not cut out the coupon, just take the whole page to the grocery store. I assure you this site is real. :)

I'm 16, and I'm about to start birth control. my main concern with it, is that ill develop more acne, and gain weight. is it true that that happens to everyone? or is it just a something you have to base on genes? i have sentitive skin, and i don't exercise at all. if i started exercising could that help the weight gain? and what could i do to make sure i don't get bad acne while i'm on the pill? thank you! :) (link)

No, actually I used to have acne, a mild case -- and I started using birth control in order to regulate my period and now I don't have any acne, except when I get really stressed, but that's normal. And weight gain and loss is sometimes a factor, except with mine, I lose weight, but only like 1-2 pounds so it's a healthy thing, not dramatic. Not everyone has a weight gain or weight loss, but it is normal while using it. You an talk over any concerns with your gynocologist.
So basically, you will not get bad acne because it actually helps your skin stay beautiful and clear. And as I mentioned, weight gain or loss is a symptom, but not everyone gets it and I have found that most people who use it lose weight more than they gain. So I'm sure you will be just fine. :)
