Ok so I just bought this purple eye liner but I'm not sure I know how to apply it. When I use black eyeliner I put it on that white line thing between your eyes and your eyelashes. Well, I go to a lot of concerts because I LOVE live music. Problem is, I have to miss a lot of them because they're 18 or 21 and older. :( Now I don't drink or smoke or do drugs or anything (I'm 14) but I really want a fake ID for 18 or 19 years old so I can get in and see the bands.
