Hi there,
Am not sure how it works in the US (and I'm assuming you are from the US as you call it your cell phone) but in the UK if you get calls from witheld numbers and they are bothering you and you get them a lot you can ring your service provider and they will give you details on how to prevent nuisance calls. They can trace the number but are only allowed to tell the police the number it is so you would have to make a complaint against the person/people that were doing it.
If I were you I'd change my number and only give it out to people I really trust.

If it shows the number then just call and say I got a call from this number and find out =] But if it says restricted then I don't think there is a way, sorry
