I looked stuff up for you on the internet and I found alot and here is what I found:
*Drink over a gallon over water a day.
*Stick with clear liquids to drink.
*Relax, try and rest it off a little
I hope some of that helps you

Ok you have a big problem. I fell your pain. Ok what you need to do is get your hands on some icy-hot and a good strech routine! Its great for leg cramps and that time of the month cramps. Make sure not to run around alot until it has shown signs of its really gone. Good luck!

If they are period pains, well it doesn't help for everyone, but bananas DO help with period pain!!!
Umm I know you said tylenol, alieve, etc. but have you tried midol? It's really good, at least for me.

Jogging helps a lot on my part, if I get really bad cramps then I'll go for a short jog around my section of my neighborhood, or I'll just walk around. Because your heating pad is broken I suppose I can't suggest that so I am now out of ideas. Sorry I wasn't more helpful.

the only reason midol works is because it has calcium in it. calcium helps stop cramps, so if you have any calcium tablets at home, take those. if not, try drinking some milk or orange juice. run a warm bath and get a good book, just stay in for a bit. or if you don't feel like taking a bath, put a washcloth in hot water, ring it out, and put it on your stomach. hope i helped. if you have anymore questions about anything leave one in my inbox. :)

*** ALIEVE AND TYLENOL IS PRETTY SHITTY LMAO!!!!!! YOU DON'T NEED A HEATING PAD, JUST A PAD DIPPED INTO HOT WATER!! FOR NEXT TIME, PURCHASE MIDOL- MENSTRAL (SP) COMPLETE ***

I understand where you are coming from. THAT'S WHY I HATE GETTING MY PERIOD BECAUSE I THROW UP AND HAVE EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS!! EVERY SYMPTOM (SP) IN DA BOOK exercise, makes the cramps stop hurting. Drink hot tea, put a warm towel that has been dipped in hot water on your stomach. Get someone to massage your lower stomach area with alcohol. YOU REALLY NEED SOME MIDOL, GURL. It really helpes! Do you have tylenol? That's good too. Anything for pain. HOT BATH!! SOOTHES YOUR MUSCLES AND BELIEVE ME, FEELS REALLY FUCK*** GOOD!!!!!!! NOW THIS ****REALLY**** HELPS, TRY AND MAKE YOURSELF ORGASM, IT MAKES THE CRAMPS FEEL LESS PAINFUL. In order to do this, when you are taking your hot bath, lay under the faucet and let the water run on your cl*it (raisin) It seems nasty but works.

If you have a heating pad put that on your stomach and lay on it.. Even if you have tylenol or something take something like that.. if not just use the heating pa until your parents come home.. If you haven`t started yet and not spotting take a hot bath.. ♥ Dez
