I think there is something you have to download, but I'm not sure of what it would be called? If anyone knows of something I could do, that would be amazing. Weight loss from sweat is very temporary. You will lose more weight if you are shivering from cold, but only a bit more. You should just exercise at whatever temperature you're comfortable with.

why would someone pick mac over a pc?
for graphics would a mac be better then a pc? such as a tablet pc?

It's just as easy to design a virus for a Mac as a PC. People just don't, because hardly anyone uses a Mac.
Macs start out more organized, but you can mess them up the same as on a PC. You can create folders as before.
You don't need a Mac for any design work. Everything you can do on a Mac you can do on a PC, but not the other way around. There is less software for a Mac than a PC.
No one uses iWork. It is not fully compatible with MS Office, and it's not worth the money.
You can only run XP on a Mac if you buy an XP license - $120. You would be better of just buying a PC.

Hi a few of the songs I have downloaded and put on my ipod are louder then all the others, so that when they are shuffled to it deafens me and i have to quickly turn my ipod down, then up again after the song lol, does anyone know how to make the song quieter so its the same level as all the other songs on my ipod?

Load the song in it and go to tools, amplify. Choose a negative number and the song's total volume will be reduced.

What program do you use to convert .m4a files to .mp3s? I am looking for freeware that is not harmful to the computer, so if anyone already knows of something they use, not just randomly pasting links, that'd be great.

Navigate to C:\documents and settings\YOUR USER NAME\shared. Everything you downloaded with Limewire is in there. You can drag it to iTunes, or go to file, open. Then sync with your iPod normally.
Alternatively, you can drag songs directly from your Limewire library to your iTunes library.

i bought a macbook because i wanted to get more into making graphic and i heard that macs were better for that kind of stuff
however i think i probably should have gotten a tablet pc, but its too late for that
besides getting photoshop or better programs

A tablet PC is just a Windows laptop with a touchscreen. It doesn't have any other special feature that makes it better for graphics. So the only thing you can do is get better software, just the same as on a tablet PC.

Photoshop is designed for professional printers. Newspapers and magazines and stuff. If you don't do that, there is no reason to have photoshop. It is a huge waste of money and space on your computer. Everything a non-professional user would want to do with photoshop, you can do with free programs. Try these:

If you don't know what browser you have, you have IE.
In IE use CCleaner:

In Firefox, Opera, Netscape, and Flock go to tools, delete private data.
In K-Meleon, go to tools, privacy, clear all.
In SeaMonkey, go to edit, preferences. In the "history" category, "clear history".
In AOL Explorer, go to tools, delete usage tracks.
In Maxthon, go to tools, safety, clear browser history.
In Avant, go to tools, clear records.
If any of the above methods fail, use CCleaner:

how do you upload pictures to a disk from online so that you can take the disk and print the pictures?
what kind of disk would you buy also?
This will only work if your computer has a CD or DVD burner and a blank CD-RW or CD-R disk(RW is better for this).
Go to the web pages and right click the images you want. Select "save image as..." or "save picture as...". Save them somewhere you'll remember. Then download, install, and run infrarecorder:

Use the included explorer to select your files and click the + near the top. They will move to the bottom. When all the files you want are in the bottom, put the blank CD-RW or CD-R in the disk burner and go to "actions, burn compilation, to compact disk" at the top of infrarecorder. When it ejects the CD for you, the data is on the CD and ready to be read by any computer.
