Navigate to C:documents and settingsYOUR USER NAMEshared. Everything you downloaded with Limewire is in there. You can drag it to iTunes, or go to file, open. Then sync with your iPod normally.

Alternatively, you can drag songs directly from your Limewire library to your iTunes library.

Well, I've tried that, and the files don't go right to your itunes, or whatever you use.

You'll have to make a cd of the songs from limewire, & then upload those onto itunes, and put them onto your ipod.
