One of my best guy friends used to have a huge crush on me but when he realized it wasnt going to happen, he moved on to one of my really good girl friends and now they are together. normally i would be really happy for them but they are not right for eachother AT ALL. Their relationship is not going to last and i know it will end badly and i'm not the only one who sees that. three of my other friends also feels this way. We havent said anything to them because they seem so happy and we dont want to ruin that for them. also, i'm pretty sure that if i told them what i thought, he would think that i'm just being jealous because he doesn't like me anymore which is not what is going on and it would ruin my friendship between both of them which is something i really don't want to do. it wouldnt be worth it. so what im doing is leaving their relationship alone and waiting for it to play itself out so they can end it their own way which will probably be very badly. am what i doing the right thing? or should i be going about this in a different way? (we all are 16)

if you honestly dont think it will last then just let them go and make their own mistakes..dont say anything about how u dont think its right or that they arent right for eachother or anything but when its over, then you can make your move. dont go to fast tho cuz then u might hurt your friend..but yeah..i think ur doing the right thing by not saying anything

the fear of rejection always sucks! But if you never go for it then how will you know if something is there or not? :) I think you should ask him... but in a way that he could never say no!! Some things that my friends have done something like *fill their bedroom up with rose peddles and a note *fill their room up with balloons and in every balloon write something sweet, then in the last one ask him out *or just find something that he's into and just go from there!! I am a 15 year old girl and I always seem to fall for guys that are a little bit younger than I am. They are usually a grade lower, and everybody seems to think I'm weird. If I was to go out with one of them.. i wouldn't want my friends making fun of me because he's a year younger. I don't see the problem though.. because older guys always go out with younger girls.. so what is the difference? What do u think?

Personally, I dont have a problem with it at all. As long as you like him enough to go out with them then it shouldnt make a difference. I think that younger girls go out with older guys a lot of the time because theyre more mature. Just go with what you feel you wanna do because no one can change you feelings toward him! I know a lot of different people who are going out with younger people... and some of them are guys. As far as I know no one makes fun of them (Ive never heard anything, or said anything at least). Go for it if you think its the right thing to do :)

ok me and this guy just met this year and were already best buddies!!hes really nice when no one else is around but when hes with his "cReW" he changes his attitude and everything.i like him and i kinda think he likes me too but he wont say anything but then sumtimes when were on the fone together(which makes me soo happy!) he kinda drops little hints but then goes back to these two girls he thinks he might like but then he says he'll probly never get with any of em..and one time he asked me right before we hung up on the fone if there was anything we wanted to clear up..so how can i get him to tell me how he feels about me truly???

He's loyal, truthful, funny, sweet, intelligent, gives me attention, flirts with me, & he's luckily single (actually-- neither of us have ever had a significant other.. which would suprise lots of people because -not to sound concieted- we're well liked & just plain good people.. and he for one is a GOOD catch) Anyways, we're kind of stuck in a rut. I am almost positive that he likes me, and i definately like him. Maybe like isnt even the word.. cause its stronger than that. But neither of us will make the first move. I know for a fact that both of us have gone through a situation where we do try to make the first move with another person & it ends up in a mistake or whatnot. So im afraid we're both too scared to take the initiative. It's always hard when someone breaks up with you... but you'll get through it! I'm guessing that you arent that old so there are MANY other guys out there. To feel better I'd suggest renting a bunch of movies, buying popcorn, ice cream, candy, all the yummy good stuff to make you feel better!! I think you were just mad at the fact that he was leaving so you wanted to take it out on something... Make sure you try and tell him beofre he leaves how truely sorry you are, and why you did it. If he forgives you right then then thats good. But either way I think you should send him a card in the mail after he moves. Maybe put in it some inside jokes that you guys have had, some good times, wish that he likes it there, and let him know youre missing him. I hope this helps and everything works out! HI Im a 14 year old girl and i told a guy I liked him right before graduation. we aren't very good friends but a friend of mine told me "he didnt want to ruin the friendship" and im pretty sure that is just an easy term for the words "i don't like you" but then at the dance two days after my friend told me the news he wouldn't stop convienently running into me and kept walking up to me like he wanted to dance but then would just say something sweet and walk away then he asked me to dance and kissed my hand. I think that you should email him back and tell him that if he really liked that other girl enough to have a relationship with her, then he shouldnt of told you all that stuff at the party. Maybe tell him that you are ok with everything that happened (IF you are) so there arent any hard feelings.
