ok, i tried thr rubber band thing a while ago and that hurt, but didnt relieve any pain, i tried cutting a stuffed animal and that did absolutly nothing... i no i need to stop but i dont no how else to do it, i tried school consul, i felt better but onlyl like until the end of the day, maybe, and i cant go everyday (weekends) and my parents no i did that one time on my arm with three deep slits. it did leave a scar. but mentally to altho i have a hiden swiss army knife in my room, in a trophy, and ive used wear no one can see it. i feel better after, but guilty cuz i no wut im doing, but do it anyway. help? please? thanx a ton. bye. hey, if you have cut yourself on the arm really deep 3 times and your parents found out so you cant do it again, you do on your chest a couple of times because you really need to but it was only a couple of times and you feel like your gonna die if you feel relieved after does it mean ill end up killing myself? is it a major thing? like do i have serious problem here? ive only done it a couple of times but i cant control myself not when i feel like i really need to. help? please? anyone? yes sweetie, cutting is a problem, dont do it, i cut and i regret ever doing it, if you think that you need to, trust me from experience it dosent do anythng for you, you dont NEED to cut, its a mental sickness and if you need to talk im me XoSweetfulsinoX@aol.com just please, if you thenk you need to do it, then get a rubber band and put it around your wrist, erery time you feel the urge, pull the rubber band back and sna it as hard as you need to, just dont cut anymore, plaes?

If you eat healthy, exercise regurally, i suggest running for about half hour at least 4 times a week will help you lose weight, also if you swim,bike,rollerblade etc. then you can lose weight foods you can eat that help you lose weight is non-carbohydrate foods and eat a lot of acedic foods like Grape-fruits, eating a half a grape friut a day for breakfast helps you burn many carbs and you also need plenty of protien to keep a steady diet, if youy do:
exercise daily/regurarly
healthy diet. . .the one i suggested

Well, you cant just "stop" him from cutting, there is a problem in his life, or was and thats why he started cutting in the first place and its not something someone can just "stop" doing, they feel that they did somethig wrong or was treated badly so lets their anger out by inflicting pain on themselves, you may want to talk to him, but what you have to realize, this is just not a habit, it is a desise and a very deliate situation, this could also mean he has a low self-esteem or thinks very low of himself, so, be gentle, and dont force him to talk about anything he dosent seem to want to. . .theres my advice i hope it helped good luck and please rate me! =D

Well, if you popped your "cherry" then there were excess amounts of blood while you and your partner were having sex. . .you dont always pop it the first time you have sex but your "Cherry" can be popped in other ways riding a horse, bike, using a tampon etc. so if youre worried about your mom finding out by your "cherry" being popped, dont becasue it is it popped easily, so if you didnt have large amounts of blood while you were having sex, then most likley you have popped it another way, unnoticing good luck

Well if you just started shaving, its gona itch a little but then hwen it grows back it itches a lil too, dont shave it as soon as you see it start to grow back because then you can get painfull razor burn and it will itch even worse, shave it about once a week and afterwords put some lotion on the spot you shaved, it will be fine just dont shave it too often.
